Bíróság: A korona-"oltás" okozta halál olyan mint az öngyilkosság általi halál

Németországban is elutasítják a balesetbiztosítók a korona-"oltás" következményeinek költségeit, hasonlóan Franciaországhoz. Ott egy bizonyítottan kovid-"oltás" miatt meghalt nagypapa volt a családban, amely az életbiztosításért perelt miután a biztosító megtagadta a fizetést. Az indoklás az volt, hogy ők kifejezetten kizárják azokat a kifizetéseket, ahol a halál a kovidoltás miatt következik be. A bíróság előtt a biztosító igazat kapott.

A bíróság ítélete a következőképpen lett megindokolva: Egy halálos rizikót bevállalni jogi szempontból olyan mint egy öngyilkosság, mert az oltás ártalmatlansága még nem bizonyított. A nagypapa oltása egy kovid-"oltás" kísérletben való önkéntes részvételnek felel meg saját felelősségre. A mellékhatásokba, ebben az esetben a halálba beleegyezett és ezért ő maga a hibás.

Ha tehát a bíróság szerint egy önkéntes részvétel ebben a kísérleti kovid-oltásban öngyilkosságnak van értékelve, mi is lenne akkor egy államilag elrendelt oltási kötelezettség?
