Jeff Nischwitz is the Founder and Chief Snow Globe Shaker of The Nischwitz Group, a speaking, consulting and coaching company that transforms people and organizations—one truth at a time! Jeff energizes audiences on a wide range of topics including leadership, relationship building, building self-accountable teams, navigating change and personal transformation. As a leadership and personal transformation coach, Jeff uses his gifts of intuitive listening, pattern spotting and questions to help his clients identify their obstacles and overcome them so that they can grow themselves, their business, their relationships, and their impact.

Beginning as a successful lawyer, Jeff first modeled courageous change when he left the corporate law firm where he was a partner to take the leap into entrepreneurship to create his own law firm. After building and growing that firm into a northeast Ohio success story, Jeff did what few dare to even consider: he left that which he knew and which was successful to go in search of his true calling. For Jeff, merely succeeding without loving what he does was not acceptable. Like many entrepreneurs, Jeff’s journey had many twists, turns and yes, stumbles, which Jeff openly shares and speaks on as part of his authentic story telling—the good, the bad and sometimes the ugly. After several years of trying to fit into the traditional corporate and business world, Jeff once again leapt into his true life when he founded The Nischwitz Group. Jeff now helps entrepreneurs and owners grow and accelerate their businesses and teams.

Jeff is the author of five leadership and business books

Sam George is a master at discerning trends before they are recognized as trends and communicating these ideas to the public at large.

He is the co-author of The Great Divide: Retro vs. Metro America, the first book to name and bring awareness of the cultural rift in America, which has become a war. The Great Divide received national press coverage, including reviews in the New York Times, Newsweek, the Los Angeles Times, and a presentation to the National Press Club that was covered by C-SPAN.

In 1995, Sam was hired to put together the strategy to legalize marijuana. The program was in part funded by George Soros. Sam’s focus groups and polls showed that the only way to “legalize” marijuana was to “medicalize” it first. Another funder, John Sperling, Founder of University of Phoenix, described it as a “genius” idea. It worked. A total of thirty-six states have approved medical marijuana and sixteen states have legalized marijuana.

Sam now splits his time between writing and digital communication. He specializes in advocacy, marketing, and fundraising for nonprofits and corporations. He also leads an entirely online yoga company, YMEDICA, which educates yoga teachers on medical yoga.

Josh Pather was born in South Africa and came to the United States in 2001 with two suitcases of possessions and a strong will to succeed. He had a strong business and entrepreneurial sense at a young age: mowing lawns in middle school, then selling outsourced shoes from China in high school. After an unfortunate end to that venture, Pather decided to get a more traditional job working at a bank. Still feeling that entrepreneurial itch, Pather and his friend from the bank started a DJ business. Looking to elevate their DJ business, the two partners incorporated a photo booth into their events. After Pather and his business partner split, Pather continued to excel in his DJ and photo booth business. Becoming an expert in SEO, Pather decided to name his new business Photo Booth Dallas, which was servicing over 800 events a year by 2014.

In 2019, Pather and Photo Booth International were featured in a Click Funnels documentary and received recognition from Shark Tank’s Kevin O’Leary. As of 2020, Pather has empowered over 3,000 entrepreneurs, continues to mentor people and businesses through his Inner Circle Mentorship program and YouTube channel. Pather is a two-time two Comma Award winner through Click Funnels, the CEO of Photo Booth International, and has achieved recognition from INC 5000 Texas and INC 5000 America.

An “Entrepreneur for Literacy,” Brian Floriani lives and breathes his mission to transform literacy initiatives across the United States. In 2009, Brian established Bernie’s Book Bank, the largest provider of books to under-served children throughout Chicago. As Bernie’s Book Bank grew, Floriani knew he needed to not only help supply reading materials, but work towards eliminating the root of the problem, inadequate funding for literacy education and initiatives throughout the country.

To address this issue, Floriani established Freadom USA in 2020, as a purpose-driven, for-profit lifestyle brand, offering high-quality, responsibly made apparel and products, with 100% of the net profits going towards transformative literacy initiatives. By utilizing a rarely seen social enterprise business model (think Newman’s Own), Freadom is turning traditional approaches to social giving on its head, setting the audacious goal of investing $100 million to literacy initiatives annually.

Brian currently resides in Lake Forest, IL with his two children. Although his “job” never really stops, he also spends time serving as a board member for Craftsmen Cafe and 4 Coaches International.

The Brobe was born out of shock and frustration from seeing the recovery gowns women were given after going through such a traumatic experience. Allison created the product with everything a breast cancer survivor would need, in mind. There are pockets inside the robe for post-op fluid drains, a detachable bra with front Velcro closure, pockets in the bra to hold ice packs or prosthetic breasts, three-quarter length sleeves for easy IV access and it is made of a soft cotton blend fabric. The cozy material makes it comfortable enough to wear at home, but the design and colors are chic enough to wear out and stay confident, even during treatments.

CEO and Founder of Brobe, Allison Schickel, joins us today to talk about her entrepreneurial journey, the inspiration behind her company and how it has now helped over 50,000 women through the recovery process of breast cancer.
