"At the Eldritch Gate" - The quest to find the missing glowing green gas giant.
7 years ago, CMDR Kelly Eldridge discovered a remarkable find that everyone is familiar with today: The rare and elusive green gas giants. Nobody had seen anything like it before, and many CMDRs wondered in awe if there would be more planets like it somewhere in the galaxy. Unfortunately, for unknown reasons, the discovery was lost to time, mainly as Kelly Eldridge died herself in the brief but deadly Cerberus Plague, which coincidentally happened right after she returned on a badly beaten ship with no comms enabled…
Multiple expeditions and efforts have been made throughout Elite history to discover this elusive planet. Most of them unsuccessful.

This is a 'raid' mission (not to be confused with 'settlement raid'). In this type of mission you are required to kill a given number of occupants in *any* settlement of the target faction.
This video features some of the worst decision-making and aiming ever, and yet I still made it through.

Mission; None - Farming 'Smear Campaign Plans' from data ports at a settlement.
Location: Chon Tourist Hostel, LHS 1541
Why?: To unlock the Odyssey engineer 'Yarden Bond' you will need 8 units of 'Smear Campaign Plans'. This is a good place to farm them.
The stealth element of this playthrough is not necessary. This is an Anarchy system, so you could just kill everybody.
Edit: This 'guns-blazing' approach only works so long as the settlement is controlled by the 'Anarchy' faction.

Another quick Landing, and quickly back to the Asylum. This time it's Prua Phoe RN-T e3-29, Body AB 2 (7.94G).
It's past my bedtime, and I've got to get a landing in on Richard's Admin planet - Clooku KM-W f1-177, Body 10 (4.26G).
Things went slightly better than expected.
Land on 'The Mighty' (Kyloalks DL-Y g17, Body 4). This is a 9.9G planet.
Hover 100m above the surface, extend landing gear, switch off shields, switch off thrusters. If you survive, you pass.
I did not pass.

I forgot to switch off my shields on this attempt. Automatic FAIL!
