Many of us have felt resistance when we think we have to do something that feels vulnerable. This could be going for a job interview or selling our services as a coach or a freelancer, as examples. In this Sedona Method Release we use Triple Welcoming and the Free Way/No Way to dissolve what is seemingly keeping us stuck, and to experience more ease and clarity.

Is there anyone who comes to mind that you would like to feel better about? Maybe someone you have interacted with and you keep thinking about how it went. Or someone you plan to interact with and you are anticipating how it will go.

It could be someone you are close to like a family member or friend, or it could be someone you've seen in passing or someone you haven't seen in a long time. It could even be someone you will never see again.

In this Release, based on the Sedona Method, we will explore the feelings and the forces that keep a craving cycle in place.
As you open to the experience of allowing and/or letting go of these feelings, there is an unraveling of the pattern and the craving can drop away in the moment.
It may come back again, and in that case you can simply release again.
Over time, if you open to the letting go, you will notice that the time between cravings becomes longer and you can even see the food and not feel tempted.
You may even forget that you ever had a rule or a battle with this food.
How long that takes is different for everyone.
Just do your best to release before, during and after a craving and allow yourself to be awed at what happens.

Making decisions is something that we do every day. Usually clarity comes quickly and easily -- and then there are those times when we feel stuck or stressed around a decision we are facing. We may feel fear, anger and even grief. We may feel like this is happening "to me". When these feelings go unchecked, our view of what is possible becomes narrowed. We may even make a decision just get away from these feelings.

It can be helpful to bring the heart into the decision making process and the Sedona Method allows us to do that. In this Holistic Release we go back and forth, welcoming apparent-opposites (e.g., resisting making the decision/wanting to make the decision, wanting to get it right/opening to the possibility that there is no right or wrong, allowing stressful feelings/opening to curiosity) at the same time until the tension starts to dissolve. This process opens our viewpoint to the possibilities that are here for us right now that we may not be able to see from a state of stress.
