Recently Holmgard Games filed a spurious DMCA Takedown against BigfryTV in order to silence his concerns that their game, Project L33t, may be a scam due to the history of the developers and their involvement with known scammer Sergey Titov. After engaging in that Copyright Abuse, they then issued legal threats, attempted to strongarm BigfryTV into signing an NDA which would act as little more than a gag order, and more ties to Sergey Titov were discovered.

The game Burning Lands Vietnam, a tactical combined arms warfare game by Zero Hour Interactive has seen the Devs announce publicly that they have been on STRIKE since before the Kickstarter went live and the Lead, "ChanceBrahh", has engaged in gaslighting and in his condescension has added fuel to the fire. Yesterday, it was found that due to the Gaming News website Exclusively Games running into financial difficulties, some disenfranchised former supporters took it upon themselves to create an impersonator Exclusively Games news web site. Now they may be facing a lawsuit for trademark infringement.

From the Ubisoft Forward live stream event we saw a great deal of video footage for Assassin's Creed Valhalla and that footage has confirmed the game mechanics from both the 30 minutes of leaked footage and the 7 minute boss battle leak. Along with that, we see some additional game mechanics that I felt warranted reviewing.

The new Denuvo Anti Cheat system for the multiplayer component of DOOM Eternal. Bethesda's inclusion of the new Anti Cheat within a game patch has created a controversy and I decided to do a little looking in to the whole kernel mode debate.
