When I was a child, I had a small collection of old records I would listen to on a portable player. One of these was the original "Chilling, Thrilling Sounds of the Haunted House" from Walt Disney Studios, a collection of sound effect stories I would play over and over. A few days ago, while trying a new patch for the Crave and working out a connection issue with the MicroFreak, the unfiltered bleeps and buzzes coming from my speakers brought me right back to that record and the joy of listening to those far-out sound effects many years ago.

The Crave and MicroFreak were recorded direct to the PCM-M10 and normalized in Audacity.
