Fool-proof broccoli Soup. Ingredients:
Broccoli
Chicken or Vegetable Stock or Water

Perfect Soup for a cold winter's day. You will need:
2 Leeks
1 Medium Onion
1/2 Medium Potato (Floury Variety)
Approx. 600 mil. Chicken or Vegetable Stock.
Salt
Pepper

Important! There is no set recipe when it comes to soup. This video shows general guidelines for making butternut squash. Butternut squash soup can be made simply with just the squash and stock ("broth" to 'Muricans). However, since I had a few carrots and onions lying around, I added them too. After all, that is the purpose of soup.
