Add to blender:
300 mL organic coconut milk
1 kiwi
Half avocado
1 banana (can be frozen)
3 fresh pineapple slices (can be frozen)
Half tsp organic ceylon cinnamon powder
Half tsp organic turmeric powder
Quarter tsp organic black pepper
Third tsp organic ginger powder
1 tbs organic chia seeds
1 tbs organic flax seeds
Handful of raw cashews (or walnuts)
Handful of raw almonds
Handful of ice or 100 ml filtered water if using frozen fruit

* Can swap kiwi for mango or organic blueberries to alternate taste
*Add lemon juice and/or olive leaf extract to smoothies for further antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits
* I recommend a high speed blender to make easy home made dips, sauces, spreads, nut butters, soups etc to save both money and to prepare foods without unnecessary chemical additives. I have upgraded to the Vitamix E310 blender which suits my personal requirements and budget. We have no personal or professional affiliations with the brands mentioned herein.

VEGETABLE/GREEN SMOOTHIE INGREDIENT SUGGESTIONS
Optional bases: Pineapples/juice, organic apples/juice or coconut water. Can also add honey or maple syrup to sweeten if desired. Add in these options to blender....

This is a first update as I have been away for quite a long time. More videos to come however they will be on different platforms as my time here is coming to an end due to the level of censorship which is exceeding our humanitarian sovereignty to KNOW and be INFORMED of the Truth in all things.

What we are seeing is the preparation phases for something much larger which I will discuss in the next video. The use of 5C is only one small aspect of what is really going on here and what has been in the works for years but it is important to know how this has all been engineered including the use of 5-C and how the masses have been essentially corralled through these phases and those yet to come.

The obfuscation of the truth is a global operation in order to hide what is really going on and what is really going on is an appointment in the manifested destiny of ALL not just a financial reset or a 'pandemic'.
