Where do Negative Emotions Come From?

The outside world is just a mirror of your current beliefs.

The main reason we experience so much discomfort from negative emotions is because we are the ones keeping these emotions alive in our bodies. We are giving them power by what we believe.

The more that I've worked with clients, the more I've come to realize that all emotions come from our definitions and ideas of what we believe to be true.

Our beliefs create our feelings, which then create our experiences and the stories we tell ourselves. The process works like this:

1. We believe something.
2. Then we have certain feelings.
3. Because of that we have experiences (and stories we tell ourselves).

Whatever feelings you are having right now are a result of certain ideas you believe and hold to be true. You would not feel the way you do if you didn't believe what you do. It has absolutely nothing to do with what is happening on the outside of you. The outside world is just a mirror of your current beliefs.

Your beliefs are key. When you get really clear on what it is you believe, and you realize that it doesn't really make sense to believe what you do, then you'll drop the belief.

And when you drop the belief, it's gone for good, which means you can now move on with your life with a new experience.

What's interesting is that our entire lives, we're going around listening to the people around us and believing what other people are telling us.

We did it when we were young. We did it when we were small because our teachers, our parents, we believed them implicitly, and some of those beliefs really limit what is possible for our lives and the experience we want to create for ourselves.

Follow Your Highest Excitement, Part 3

We're in a moment in time where people generally on this planet are starting to evolve to a point where their intuition is *knocking on the door* and your higher self is saying, "here's an opportunity. All you have to do is act!"

And you know what some people are doing with that opportunity?

NOTHING. They're not acting. They're just letting that opportunity pass them by.

Why would they do that?

Because they don't trust the idea of following their excitement. But you always trust in something! IN this case, you are TRUSTING more in the information of the past... meaning, well I can't leave my job or start this new business because that didn't work out for my cousin Vinny and what if doesn't work for me. It's too risky!

The idea of following your excitement is a risky one, which basically tells me that you TRUST in the information of the past MORE than you do in the information (and excitement) you feel in the moment.

That's important because when you do that, your higher self responds by saying... "Well, I tried. If you're not going to act on the opportunities I give you, then I'm not going to give you any more opportunities."

And that's how the mechanism works. Because you trust more in the information of your past, you have put yourself in this PRISON that is self-created and that unfortunately leads to a disempowering way of being. If you don't act on your excitement, it's all for none.

Your higher self CAN'T give you more opportunities because you WON'T let it.

It's time to escape the Matrix - you are FREE to choose something different.

What is the Purpose of Life?

In a nutshell... you came here to transcend the limitations of your physical 3D reality.

But it's more than that.

You see the contrast you experience in lack and limitation is the catalyst to fuel your desire to experience being more connected and having more abundance.

Each time you experience limitation or separation in your life in some way through limited finances, feeling lonely or just having challenges in your life...

That experience immediately launches an intention OR a desire to seek abundance, connection and intimacy and to feel empowered.

That's how the mechanism works. Lack "sparks" the desire for abundance.

Now it doesn't mean you HAVE to experience lack to desire more abundance...

The degree of lack you need to experience to trigger a desire for abundance really depends on the agreements your Soul made before you came here to this planet.

It depends on your preferences...

But the idea is that you came here to experience both aspects: lack and abundance... feeling separate and feeling connected... limitation and endless possibilities.

That was the choice you made freely and why you came here...

Because by having the experience of limitation... for some of you... it was very appealing.

Why would I say that?

Because you decided to make a game of it... by transcending physical limitation just for the FUN of it... as an example to show others how they could do it too.
