Got 45 minutes to spare? This easy and delicious cabbage roll recipe is worth every minute! As with any recipe, you can alter the salt content, or add fresh garlic to it. This is cabbage rolls MY WAY.

YOU NEED:
1 Organic cabbage (preferably Savoy)
1 lb lean ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 jar sauerkraut
5-6 slices of black forest ham
1/4 cup rice
1 Litre Caesar Drink (Clamato)
1 Small onion (chopped)
Paprika
Salt
1 or 2 bay leaves

Cut out the hard part of the cabbage. I cut a "square" shape. Put the cabbage in a pot of hot water that is on low heat. While that is heating, prepare your meat mixture.

MEAT
Use equal parts ground pork and ground beef. Add rice and salt. In a pan, saute the onions until they're translucent. Then add salt and Paprika. How much paprika? I'd say a few dashes.
Then add the sauted onions to the meat mixture and mix

ROLL
Take the leaves out of the pot of water one at a time. Slice off the "spine" so it's easier to roll.
Pack the meat into one end and roll it. Tuck in the ends

STACK
Stack the cabbage rolls "snugly" in the crock pot, directly on top of black forest ham. Add 1-2 bay leaves. Pour approx 1/3 jar of saerkraut on top. Pour your ceasar mix. It should cover the cabbage rolls. Cook for 4-6 hours as desired. Serve.

I like to cool mine and eat them the next day. For some reason, these always taste better the following day once the flavours have marinated.

Yep! You're welcome :)

The EASIEST and most satisfying meal or snack to make! Trust me! Try it! You can cut it up or bite into it like a fajita. You make the rules!

The "hardest" part is making the sushi rice, but you'll love your life if you just try this at least once! The options of what to place inside are ENDLESS!

SUSHI RICE: I used all organic & Non-GMO ingredients

You will need:
- 1 cup Sushi Rice
- 1.5 cups Water
- Rice Vinegar
- Sugar
- Pot with a tight fitting lid

DIRECTIONS:
- Place rice in pot
- Wash the rice until the water is clear (about 5 times)
- Add the 1.5 cups of water and let is soak for 30 minutes
- Place pot on stove, cover the lid and cook until boiling
- Once the water begins to boil, turn the temperature to LOW and continue to cook for 20 minutes
- Take the pot off the stove and let it stand (lid ON) for another 10 minutes
- Remove lid. Fluff with a fork
- In a separate bowl - Mix rice vinegar and sugar and pour over rice
- Mix the rice very well to incorporate the rice vinegar
- ***IMPORTANT***Some people like their sushi rice sweet, some like it more sour. You will have to get the taste you like yourself. Just don't use too much extra liquid.

There you go! Enjoy! Yep! You're welcome :)

Found a recipe for making quinine. Thought I'd give it a try because, why not? I read that it's nature's form of hydroxychloroquine, whereas some places I've read that it's a derivative. Either way, I know that it's in tonic water and recommended to be taken along with zinc if/when experiencing the onset of a cold/flu.

Trying the recipe out! Will see how it goes once I actually need to use it!

SAVE MONEY and MAKE YOUR OWN! I got tired of spending $5.99 for a bag of kale chips (the good ones) with LITERALLY 4 leaves in the bag!!! Here's how to make your own!
***Dehydrator is better so that you can maintain them as RAW and destroy the nutrients with heat***

KALE - 6 cups
BELL PEPPERS - 2 medium. Red or Yellow
SALT - 1 tsp
NUTRITIONAL YEAST- 2 Tbsp
LIME - 1 small
COCONUT OIL - 1/3 Cup
WALNUT or CASHEWS - 1/4 Cup
(Cashew makes it creamier, but I try to use more alkaline nuts)
CHILI FLAKES - 1 tsp - Optional if you like to have a little kick. Or you can add a dash of cayenne pepper

1. Wash the kale
2. Break kale into bite-size pieced
3. Blend all the ingredients in blender
4. Coat the kale piece
5. shake off excess
6. Place on parchment paper and dehydrate/bake until crispy (flip over to ensure other side dries)

***If you leave them in the oven over night, leave the oven door ajar so the moisture can escape so your chips don't become soggy.
ENJOY!

Notice how the mainstream media talks about wearing masks and handwashing, but RARELY (if ever) speaks about the importance of BOOSTING YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM?
Let's face it, if the government truly cared about our health, sugar, fried foods, and alcohol would be BANNED.
Check out my daily regime of vitamins and minerals and daily products I use and have YET to get a cold or flu to-date (Jan 12, 2021).

VITAMIN D - cheap and easy to get. *BLACK PEOPLE ESPECIALLY: Due to our darker skin color, we struggle to absorb vitamin D. Also, most blacks are lactose intolerant. It just so happens that milk products are usually fortified with vitamin D. Many people who contract covid are found to be vitamin D deficient. I have been recommending to everyone I know (especially blacks) to increase their daily vitamin D intake to 3000-5000 IU's per day.
