Sometimes we slip. We overeat, over drink, overreact.
Learn to let it go.

Loneliness is everywhere right now. Everyone is struggling with it.
During this short video I invite you to not fear loneliness and how to deal with it.

"Are we there yet?"
"How long before I get there? Before I am fixed?"
Don't wait for everything to be "perfect" in your life before you decide to be happy.
Learn to manage and embrace your feelings, even the uncomfortable ones.

Making a decision to change can be the most important thing you do today. Don't wait.

My mother was my greatest role model. This short video, followed by a radio interview is all about honouring our resilient mothers on International Women's Day.

This brief video is all about the importance of not being a heightened state of panic, adrenalin, excitement, or whatever you want to call it.....all the time. So often when we are feeling that way we don't make great decisions, we are impulsive, we eat too fast, drink too much and then come down in a hump later on. Calm down first.

It's time to let it go.

How to create change, both internally, and externally, during this lenten season.

It is ok to feel. I encourage you to feel, instead of run from pain.

Yes it is possible to have success without sacrifice. When you are tired, learn to rest, not quit.

What a difficult time for so many in New Zealand at the moment.

There are so many ways to draw strength, from the community, from God, and from within.

Never forget how resilient you are.
Never forget what you have already overcome in life.
Never forget that you are not alone.
Never give up hope.

"Be strong and courageous and get to work. Don't be frightened by the size of the task, for the Lord my God is with you, he will not forsake you. he will see to it that everything is finished correctly."
1 Chronicles 28: 20-21

This weeks radio interview was all about resilience during difficult times.

Don't let shame stop you from getting the help you need.
No matter how great your professional position, we ALL struggle and quietly suffer.
Say NO to the suffering and YES to your greatness.

As busy professionals we feel it is not OK to admit when we are struggling. Whether it be physical or emotional burn out you are feeling, I am here to say that you are not the only one. Perhaps now is your time to address it and make self care an absolute priority.

No matter what your role in life, taking care of self is a must.

Overcoming loneliness is one of the toughest things to face.
Yesterday during our interview on Radio Rhema we spoke about how Valentines day can be a difficult day and some strategies on how to overcome loneliness.

This radio interview is all about loving again later in life.

In this short video I share with you how letting go of the need to have a perfect journey will set you free.

During this radio interview we talk about how to cope when tragedy hits.

Overeating has nothing to do with willpower.
As busy professional women, we’re expected to be at the top of our game in every area of life. It seems acceptable to open up about most things, however, so many women I speak to still struggle in silence with overeating, and not being in the shape they want.
Sure, it is easy to be given another plan to follow and perhaps ‘work a bit harder this time’, however, I have discovered that this does not work long term.
I've worked with many successful women, who, despite being incredibly accomplished, still find it difficult to deal with what comes up when they put the food down. Eventually, the stress eating returns, as do the pounds and once again they feel as though they are losing control.
That is why I never tell my clients to just work harder. Instead, I share with them the process I have personally used to overcoming this problem once and for all.
It is also about helping them develop a sense of personal certainty, trusting themselves around food, whilst also visibly seeing changes to their body.
My most recently published book is where I share all.
Or, you may want to know more about the Food Freedom Program that I use when I work with my private clients.
I am now offering this program at a heavily discounted rate.
Work at your own pace through seventeen hours of coaching on how to have Food Freedom, see lasting change, and finally BE who you are meant to be.

What I did was I simply gave up all those crazy restrictions.

This year January 13th was International Quitters day. Why not try something different now?

Hi there this is Tanya. The purpose of this channel is to help people out of suffering.

Due to my own personal journey, my specialty areas are grief, overcoming adversity, and food addiction / eating issues.

My journey with food issues began when I was 14, so it has been four decades of getting this right. I now live with food freedom and I help people also do the same, and the added benefit to this is being in shape.

Grief knocked on my door in my thirties when my husband and I could not conceive. Then, five years later my husband was diagnosed with cancer and passed away five months later.

Hence, at 40, I had to find out who I was again, find purpose in my life, and once again even revisit the food issues. A few years later I then had to learn how to date, and love again later in life. Hmmm, that was some journey! Life brought me a beautiful life partner.

My first two books help you on the grief journey where I share intimately from the time my late husband was diagnosed, to one year after his passing. My third book is due for release mid 2022, entitled, "From Grief to Greatness; the Art of Overcoming Adversity".

There is quite a variety of topics on this channel, to do with all of the above.
