I am writing with a critical update on a lawsuit against the Department's Covid-19 vaccine mandate.
The judge in the case has ruled that the vaccine mandate is INVALID as applied to PBA members and has ordered that all members who were terminated and/or put on leave without pay as a result of non-compliance be reinstated. Below is the text of the judge's order:
ORDERED that the vaccine mandate is invalid to the extent it has been used to impose a new condition of employment to current PBA members; and it is further
ORDERED that the mandate is invalid to the extent that it seeks an enforcement in any other manner than proscribed by law, namely monetary sanctions; and it is further
ORDERED that members of the PBA that were caused to be wrongfully terminated and/or put on leave without pay as a result of non-compliance with the unlawful new condition of employment discussed above are directed to be reinstated to the status they were as of the date of the wrongful action.

Breaking news out of Albany!
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10)–On Thursday, the New York State Public Health and Health Planning Council voted no longer require the booster shot mandate for health care workers.
Last month the Health Care Association of New York State asked for a 90 day extension before the booster mandate went into effect. That request was granted to avoid major staffing issues.
“We are extremely happy that this morning as we read the new regulations that were adopted by the PHHPC this morning, the booster mandate is no longer a requirement, explained Gary Fitzgerald, CEO of Iroquois Health Care Alliance.
The New York State Department of Health told Capitol Correspondent, Jamie DeLine, that while it will no longer be required, it still must be added to the State Registry before it’s effective.
“The regulation as we interpret it, relies on the CDC guidance as to what hospital workers have to have as far as vaccinations,” said Fitzgerald. “So, we are thrilled about that because we’ve had an extreme shortage of workforce in our hospitals throughout the pandemic and before, and that booster mandate would have really caused a lot of hospitals and nursing homes not to be able to operate.”
The Department of Health released a statement which said,
“To help protect some of our most vulnerable New Yorkers from COVID-19, today the Public Health and Health Planning Council (PHHPC) extended the original vaccination requirement for healthcare workers that has remained in effect since last year and does not renew the booster dose requirement for healthcare workers. In light of concerns about potential staffing issues, on Feb. 18, the New York State Department of Health announced it would not enforce the mandate requiring healthcare workers get a COVID-19 booster shot. As a result of the healthcare worker vaccine requirement, hospital workers and long term staff have a completed vaccine series of 98 and 99 percent, respectively.”

Staff at a local college forced a young football star to get the Covid-19 experimental gene therapy, authorized under emergency use and is now suffering from labored breathing and needs to go to see a cardiologist.
We have heard this story over and over again with our young people. Eough is enough with giving them these injections and irreparably injuring and harming them if they are lucky, and killing them if they are not.
Given all of the states and countries that have banned these injections, how is it even possible that we are still administering these injections to the people and children in our communities? How is it possible that colleges and schools are allowing injection squads to prey on the children inside those schools with drugs and medical procedures they know are harming a lot of people?
This behavior and conduct needs to stop immediately, and all of the individuals involved at this college, the county and state who are responsible for forcing this young man, and others to take these life changing shots, need to be held criminally and civilly accountable.
District Attorneys and Attorney Generals need to do their jobs and protect the people they have sworn an oath to protect. Judges need to hear these cases, have the evidence presented and rule on every case justly, fairly and accordingly.

Our researcher and reporter Maple Salmon, positioned deep in Canada reports that mask mandates, capacity regulations, vax passports and mandates are all going away in each on of the provinces in Canada. The federal government has ended the Emergencies Act as well.
For now, the only regulations that are in place are federal guidelines with regard to masking and needing to have a vax to cross the border if you are a trucker, to take a flight and to ride public transit.
Currently, a lot of employers will not hire anyone who hasn't received their injection. Although they aren't required to have the injection in a lot of market categories, these businesses are still requiring a Covid-19 vaccination.
Those bank accounts who were frozen by the Canadian authorities, are now beginning to be returned, as well as their trucks. This is all very powerful and incredible news for these wonderful angels and heroes who fought so hard to restore freedom, liberty and justice to everyone in their country.

What has become very clear throughout the past two years is that there needs to be an independent and autonomous agency set up in every town to provide oversight for every school district.
These disctricts are protected and insulated from prosecution, accountability and responsibility by the courts and law enforcement. Why?
It should not be that difficult to hold these people responsible for their improper and criminal actions. The reason it is so difficult is because these people have created a structure to preserve at all costs their empires. Empires that represent tens of millions of dollars per school district, and hundreds billions of dollars throughout the state.
The Governors office, State Education Department and the Board of Regents will do everything they can to insure that money is protected. They do not want to leave any of that up to chance. WHich is why you see most of your school boards and members controlled, compromised and frozen from being able to do anything appreciable or of any real consequence. How do we fix this? It needs to be addressed immediately if we have any hope at all of taking back our children's education.

SUNY Colleges are reporting massive losses in student enrollment. SUNY Brockport is down from an annual attendance of 8500 to 6900 students this year. Other SUNY schools across the state are experiencing much of the same.
Ambivalence, malaise, "free" schooling, being locked down for two years, tyrannical rules with regards to vaccinations, outrageous masking policies, extremist professors and administrators, radical leftist agenda curriculums, massive inflation and more are all factors contributing to the huge downturn. Also, hundreds of thousands of students are turning to other states to get their education in schools that aren't so radicalized.
Further exacerbating the situation is the massive hemorrhaging of population as our loved ones and neighbors head for greener and freer pastures in other cities and states. We have not experienced this kind of mass exodus since the early and mid 90's saw so many of our loved ones pack up and leave for other states.
Additionally, Brockport, as is the case with other SUNY colleges, is experiencing a 100% increase in attrition of students from fall to Spring. There is an increase of 5% to 10% now. In real numbers, that mean typically about 350 students would drop out of college per year. This year that number is 700 students.
The reason for this is that our public schools are not preparing our children in any even remotely close to the way they need to in order to be college ready and prepared. For public schools charging $20k - $30k per student, and paying teachers $100k per year and administrators hundreds of thousands per year, this is a completely unacceptable situation.
You can send your child to Nichols, widely regarded as one of the best private schools in the area for a fraction of what it costs to have our children indoctrinated in our public schools.

New York State and Kathy Hochul have ended all mandates throughout New York State, with the exception of schools and Erie County government buildings.
You may be asking yourself the same questions we are. How is this even possible? How does this make sense?
States all over the country have dropped mandates a long time ago, or never had them in the first place. Their children and adults were perfectly safe. In fact, most of these states had far fewer cases of Covid and deaths from Covid.
You would think NYS would look at all of that data and information and drop everything for everyone, including children. How is it possible for everyone else in NYS to be safe without any mandates except at Erie County buildings and schools? It is all about control, influence, power and money.
When your Department of Health Commissioner and public servant Gale Burstein gets on camera and says her favorite part of the pandemic has been getting on TV, you can see really quickly how these people operate and what their motivations are.
Have your children take those masks off and have everyone else you know in their school stop too. This is the only way this madness will end.

How will state agencies and the Governor use the State Registry rule to violate human rights for whoever they deem a public threat.
The worst part about this rule is that now the governor and Executives can utilize this any time they want, without even implementing a State of Emergency declaration. Which we've seen take very little to have enacted and renewed as it is.
Every public servant responsible for this needs to be held accountable criminally, civilly and removed from office.
This decision will allow the governor of NYS to place anyone they deem a threat to public health into quarantine, interment camps for as long as they want. The individuals placed in these camps will have no review process and the courts will not protect them.
This dystopian and Orwellian rule and regulation seems unimaginable, and yet, here we are with it officially adopted into our New York State Registry.

New York State public servants just passed a set of rules, policies and regulations through the state registry allowing the NYS Governor to have autonomous and unilateral power to deem anyone in this state, or a group of people, a public health threat. What this allows her to do is a wide variety of measures, including placing you and your loved ones in Quarantine Internment Camps indefinitely, and without any oversight at all. Not only that, if you are placed in one of these camps, you will have no right to challenge the decision through the courts.
If this terrifies you, it should. This state has been trying to reserve these powers to the Governor's office for the past 5 years.
What is the state registry and how does the entry of these rules effect you? This registry is a list of administrative rules, regulations and policies. These rules, regulations and policies apply to government employees only. They were never intended to be used in this way to rule over the people outside of the Constitutionally afforded legislative process.
The entry of these rules means nothing to you or I if we don't allow them to use them against us. If we do, they absolutely will use this, this is why they did what they did.
Their hope is that we will all forgot about this and they can start moving forward with their plan to transition this into law through the legislative process.

Following the position Starbucks took several weeks ago for their employees, Target has decided to drop mask mandates for their employees.
Hopefully this decision by Target will influence other area employers to do the same for their employees. It certainly stands to reason that if a major, national retailer decides to remove the masks from their employees because they fee they will be safe, the same reasoning and rationale should apply for employees of other stores as well, such as Wegman's.
Let's hope and pray common senses and decency prevail and the masks are finally removed from all employees across the county, state and country.

For the past two years healthcare workers have been subjected to insufferable conditions unnecessarily. It's insufferable and unconscionable, and certainly criminal what these government employees, public servants, politicians and businesses have forced these amazing people to endure.
It is the rare healthcare worker who hasn't though about ending their life because of the conditions they have had to face. Losing their lifelong dreams and careers if they don't get an injection. Being told they are awful people and selfish for not getting the injection. Being told they will not get unemployment. Being told they are the only ones not getting these injections.
HR Department "Alicia's" are tormenting and terrorizing these poor people. And so many of them are enjoying the power they have because they have been enabled by the federal, state and county governments. They have been willingly weaponized with their administrative authority to commit all kinds of atrocities to people they once called or considered friends. They have done this willingly. Some have taken a lot of enjoyment from it. Some have even profited from it.
"A co-worker ended their life after our shift the other day. Didn't go home and shower. Didn't change out of scrubs. DOo't know if it was planned or spontaneous but I do know we got the last living moment. And I don't know how I feel about that. Our team is shattered."
This is what healthcare workers are experiencing. They should never feel like this or feel like they are alone without any help.
All of the people who are working hard to hammer on these healthcare workers each and every day need to be stopped and held accountable for this. Especially the HR "Alicia's" of the world. And the "Buffalo Hospice's " of the world who go around touting how great they are because they have an average experience rate of 8 years compared to the rest of the community. All while they fired half of their staff, not given any regard or concern to what would happen to each individual they fired. These people need to be held accountable so these administrative tyrants can never wield this kind of power over people ever again.

A professional process server reported to police and filled out a signed affidavit that Erie County Executive and public servant Mark Poloncarz threatened to shoot her if she did not get off of her property.
To date, the FBI, Homeland Security, Erie County Sheriffs Department, Erie County District Attorney's Office or the US Department of Justice have not investigated this incident. Ask yourselves why.
This incident happened over two weeks ago and we have heard no developments. Why is it that there is a muti-tiered approach of selective enforcement of the law in our towns, counties and state? If this was something any one of us did and someone filled out a signed affidavit, law enforcement would show up to our homes, arrest us and tell us it's not for them to judge and decide, that's for the court systems. Why is that happening in this case?
How long will Mark Poloncarz be allowed to commit the crimes he does? How long before Mark Poloncarz actually does what he threatens to do and shoots someone...or even worse?

David Clements came to town last night, Friday, February 18, 2022 to discuss exactly what has been happening in all of our elections, and the rampant fraud that exist. He came all the way in from New Mexico to share this information with all of us, as well as strategies and action items we can start working on right away to restore election integrity in every one of our elections.
It was an unexpected opportunity I had to be there with David, and it was an honor to meet with him and discuss his work, as the inherent challenges associated with being a hero warrior of God.

The decision handed down by public servant Kathy Hochul to delay Covid-19 booster for 90 days as a result of the recommendations of the Healthcare Association of New York is providing individuals some much needed time.
Please use this time to find alternative employment with companies that are not forcing the injection as a criteria of employment. So many people who lost their jobs in the first round of this cleansing and purging of our healthcare workers at the end of 2021, ended up finding wonderful new careers they are so happy with. Some were even able to remain healthcare workers.
Please learn the lessons from the past and how these people in government and these businesses operate. Their sole goal is to get you injected. That is all they see and know and they have proven they will do whatever they need to in order to make this happen.
They have outright lied and admitted on camera that they have lied to convince you to get these shots. They will stop at nothing.
Your rights are your rights. Never surrender them to anyone for any reason at all.

Holding true to his word, Ontario Premier Doug Ford held a press conference today stating he would begin the process of removing and eliminating vaccine passports, lockdown measures and mandates on February 17, 2022.
March 1, 2022 is when most will be removed, including vax passports. That is also the date where beleaguered businesses will finally be able to open fully and to full capacity, regardless if they were deemed essential or non-essential.

The New York State Attorney General's Office, as advised by Letitia James Attorney General, is again being weaponized against doctor's and people suffering from Covid-19.
Darsana Srinivasan Bureau Chief of the Health Care Bureau, yet another level of government in NYS being used to prevent the people from receiving proven, life-saving, court allowed, CDC authorized medications for the treatment of Covid-19. Why is this?
Doctors all over the state are being threatened via letter, telling them they cannot use Ivermectin to treat Covid-19. Even though this treatment is being used to successfully treat and cure Covid-19 in countries all over the world, states all over this country and medical offices all over this state, the Attorney General's office decides to involve themselves in how and what doctors can prescribe. This has never before happened in our state with a drug that is approved for use. Why is it they are engaging in this course of action?
The very laws the Attorney General's Office are using to threaten doctors, are the same laws that can and should be used against them, and every doctor and pharmacist pushing experimental gene therapies on our friends and families.
