Breath deep. Driving outside of the Four Corners areas, back country I have personally witnessed these devices in action. Not many people know let alone have ever seen one. You can clearly see these in on most clear days using a time lapse camera for the untrained eyes to see. Frequently they combine both methods. Just time lapse the big puffy weirdness shooting straight up to the sky until the wind picks it up sideways and then the proof is undisputable!
I used to enjoy what we used to call sunsets, now I call them chem-drops for obvious reasons. Once and while I catch interesting things out there. Today I have footage from a huge chem-drop circle hanging over the west looking toward Nevada. Is it cloaking something? hard to tell but something is definitely happening above where the naked eye cannot see.
