Recently I read a YA novel so consumed by wokeness that there was no coherent story, only an endless soapbox message from the author. Instead of tossing the book aside, I finished it, for you, my dear viewers. In this video I rant about messaging instead of storytelling, ridiculous inner monologues, the state of YA novels, and more.

I read Emilia Clarke's comic about period power so you don't have to -- and I did it without whiskey! If you've never encountered feminist "satire" before, buckle up, it's going to be a bumpy ride. When I saw images from Mother of Madness shared on Twitter, I just couldn't resist diving into this train wreck, and I decided to make my longest video ever...enjoy!

I discuss the lawsuit against Netflix being brought by female chess champion Nona Gaprindashvili because of a factually incorrect line about her in The Queen's Gambit, Netflix's adaptation of the 1983 novel of the same name. I unpack the situation and give my thoughts on the lawsuit, the hypocrisy of the woke, and how political agendas are ruining storytelling.

This is another installment of The Eighth Square's Corner, where I share a less edited version of my thoughts on a range of topics.

The CEO of Girls Who Code says we're raising our girls to be perfectionists and killing their chances of career success. The antidote? Making a typo...on purpose. I react to her op-ed in USA Today and posit that she's a identified a real phenomenon, but she's mistaken about both the cause and the solution.

Use of "red pilled" is to feed the algorithm gods; don't hate me. I share a happy story from my intellectual journey! I talk about how I met my first friend who was also on their own intellectual journey, how we began to journey together, and how they made me feel so much less alone. Hopefully it gives someone out there hope.

Talking about female criminals, this time via song lyrics! Apparently the song Frankie and Johnny is a folk song that's been recorded at least 256 times, and it's based on a real murder. I share a few different versions, discuss what the lyrics reveal about female nature, and also try to explain what "slow dancing" was in 1899.

I've never been a fan of the Political Compass test, but after a friend asked me to take it recently, I decided to record the process so I could discuss the reasoning for my answers and my issues with the propositions. You probably know I'm a libertarian at this point, but anyone looking to find out some of my views on topics beyond feminism and SJWs, this video is for you.

A dramatic reading of an article by Katie Herzog about the disappearance of the lesbian community, as it has been deemed archaic and non-inclusive by the queer intersectional types. I also share my experiences with the lesbian scene in NYC in the early 2010s.

I use a Harper's Bazaar article on what it means to be "hyper feminine" as a jumping off point to ramble about how looking feminine and being feminine are not the same thing. Random ramble about why the Alias comics are better than the Netflix adaptation, Jessica Jones. At some point, I'd love to talk about the character in relation to the heroine's journey, but for now I figured I'd just compare the two and talk about why I like this comic series so much, and why I was so disappointed by the TV show to the point that I couldn't finish it.

Hello lovely internet strangers!

I’m a former intersectional feminist and social justice leftist. Currently I’m best described as a libertarian, free speech absolutist, and personal responsibility advocate. For those obsessed with identity labels, I’m bisexual, latina, poly...yeah, I’m not your typical anti-feminist.

In my videos, I critique feminism and the modern left, review feminist books, and give non-feminist perspective on media. I also share interesting experiences from my ongoing intellectual journey.

I’m quite a reasonable human, and welcome constructive criticism and civil disagreement.
