Welcome back to another installment of The Workbench. In this episode, I walk you through the process of installing the latest version of Raspbian onto an SD card for use with a Raspberry Pi. This is the first episode in a series of videos in which I cover the basics of getting a Raspberry Pi up and running from scratch. The series will serve as a foundation for future Raspberry Pi project videos that I'll be creating soon.

Welcome back to another installment of The Workbench . In this episode I talk about the workbench / assembly table I built for the workshop a few months ago.
I sort of stalled out on this video because I was not happy with some of the shots, as well as the overall length. I shot this video over the course of two weeks, and had about 25-hours of footage, and the end result was just too long. So I speed things up, and loosely emulated Jimmy Diresta's "Diresta's Cut" style of videos to keep the length down. View Jimmy's videos here: http://bit.ly/19B622s
As I mentioned in the video, I made a mistake when choosing to inset the top surface into the 2x4 top rails, as this will make changing the hardboard top all but impossible. I will rebuild this table when that time comes, and just use a double layer of 3/4" plywood next time.
Thanks for watching, and remember that we still have a giveaway of the Filterpal HD wet / dry vacuum pre-filter going on. Head over to that video at the link below to find out how to win one for yourself.
