Tim Pool has readdressed this issue as of 10 a.m. e.s.t. on 11/28, but is still 'unaware' (for lack of a better term at this point) of the true severity of this problem.

I know in parts of this video I say we have only 11 days when in fact it is 10 days, but on day 11, the 10th of December, we can do no more to affect this. Just wanted to make myself clear.

Queer Kids Stuff is technically not for kids under US law, which is what COPPA will also be looking for.

Just my own thoughts on this, but I think this may also negatively affect the FTC as well, say if they mark the worst video(s) as 'kid friendly', the parents of kids could also use that as an excuse to start legal trouble ON TOP of the (up to) $42k fine, they try to sue YouTube, their new ToS pushes it onto the creator, creator says 'not my fault, I had it marked properly', then FTC get's that lawsuit. Just my own thoughts on this, and another is the FTC giving a creator a fine that, even though they had their video(s) marked properly, this AI algorithm reversed it, and said creator files a counter-suit against the FTC. I know that last one doesn't help the situation much, like I said, just my thoughts on it. And yes, after the fact that the video above was made.

Last one, just found out that YouTube had the chance to give us creators a 'mixed audience' option but failed to do so. Once the new ToS..

Sorry about this, meant to upload this past Saturday, but have been extremely busy at my day job. I'll explain it in the next VLOG vid next Monday, then have Quantum Break start up right after that vid. Either way though, enjoy the end.

Alright, so in other news, for those that read the description, There will be a return to Jump Force before the end of our Yellowlocke journey, but I do not know when exactly, all I do know is there will be those end game missions to take care of alongside 3 brand new characters to show off (currently leveling them up as we speak), and also a surprise return to a good game later on! So until then, until Quantum Break, and (hopefully) until Dauntless, happy hunting!
