No such thing as a “driver’s license” in Texas? How about your state? Welcome back to DAVID vs. GOLIATH, and of course I’m David, and GOLIATH being oppressive public servant tyrants. In this educational video I’ll show you facts that establish that there is no such thing as a driver’s license in Texas. How can that be you ask? Well, you’ll have to watch this video for an eye-opening lesson that you will find unbelievable. Remember, liberty is protected by law under the Bill of Rights to the Constitution for The United States of America and that of the constitutions of each state of the Union. Gov’t does NOT grant liberty; liberty is natural and given by God. You will find the true definition of liberty in the American Dictionary of the English Language Noah Webster 1828. Being that government can NOT make you do anything, otherwise there would be no lawful liberty, you have the freedom of choice. It’s all about CONSENT. The people are coerced and compelled by extraneous gov’t entities to do things under “color of law” along with the threat of some kind of “penalty” under the same color of law, which is projected to people as being true law when the fact is it’s not, so rather than being inflicted with the uncomfortable pains of a penalty people go along with whatever the extraneous gov’t entity says they have to do. It’s all about control of the people by taking control of your mind and is a deception. Truth breaks this deception. Welcome back liberty lovers! If you don’t know already I’m David of *DESECRATING OATHS formerly DAVID vs. GOLIATH—Taking Down Corrupt Tyrants, and GOLIATH being oppressive public servant tyrants. In this educational video series I’m going to show you how to create a lawful termination document/instrument that you can file for public record and successfully utilize in many applications, especially in administrative government actions & prosecutions . I will show you an example of one of my own personal termination documents that was used to terminate the state’s indirect ownership of my road machine or automobile. If you don’t know already your state actually owns your—what most people call vehicle. The evidence of such is right before your eyes in the title. Here in Texas the title reads at the top “STATE OF TEXAS CERTIFICATE OF TITLE” and gives the appearance that it is your property when in fact you are merely a tenant of the property, just a privileged operator. As a privileged operator you are subject to the corporate state’s jurisdiction and therefore MUST comply with the TEXAS TRANSPORTATION CODE and TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY rules and regulations. It’s all about jurisdiction. If you desire to reclaim your personal liberty and take back your private property you MUST terminate the title of jurisdiction. The state then has no power over you and your private property. When you purchased your road machine/automobile you unwittingly gave your consent for the dealership to give your state indirect ownership of your property by sending the true title, which is the certificate of origin, to your state’s DMV for titling, however you can ask for/request/or demand from the dealership at point of purchase the original certificate of origin because it is the birth certificate if you will for that automobile. All information is on that certificate of origin. You can’t be forced to swap it for a state’s certificate of title. If the dealer won’t do it, tell him sorry for your loss and go somewhere else that will work with you. With this said this does not apply to used vehicles because they are already titled, therefore, you must TERMINATE the title.

Bondage is also known as “slavery” or “involuntary servitude”. Slavery and involuntary Servitude is prohibited in the United States of America pursuant to the Bill of Rights to the Constitution of the United States of America pursuant to Amendment XIII, Section I, which reads, “Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.” This is also procured in The Texas Constitution pursuant to Article I Bill of Rights, Section 1 which reads, “Texas is a free and independent State, subject only to the Constitution of the United States….”

What is an "Oath of Office"? How important is it to the people? Hi, I'm David, and "GOLIATH" representing oppressive public servant tyrants. I am a Texas Constitution scholar. I began my deeper Constitution studies in 2017 with Hillsdale College. This channel is directed mostly for the benefit of the people of Texas for the educational purpose of teaching you what an Oath of Office is, its importance, and how to successfully utilize a duly elected or appointed official or officer's (public servants) lawful Oath of Office against them to hold them liable to their Oath when they transgress your unalienable God given rights, however, the main points are no different for any other state of the Union. The true definition of "oath" can be found in the American Dictionary of the English Language Noah Webster 1828. I hear people complain all the time saying, "s/he doesn't uphold their oath", but nobody does anything about it because they don't know how to. The schools don't teach these sort of things, although, the schools do indoctrinate its pupils to obey authorities without question. The Oath of Office is NOT intended to be just a piece of paper that a newly elected or appointed official or officer signs to start collecting a paycheck & benefits, but rather it is a sacred lawful document meant to call a Higher Power to hold one accountable to perform what they promised. A false oath is called perjury. When a public servant operates outside the scope of their Oath of Office it is outright tyranny and you as a people must know how to extinguish it.
