Remington 870 12 Gauge Global Apocalypse Survivors Tactical Buildout

In this video I build out my first firearm in around 20 years. I bought this shotgun for $137.50 from a local pawn shop and took the remington shurshot front stock and grip off and sold it on ebay for $150. So this gun was completely free and ready to be build out. Im not a big fan of new firearrms and prefer to buy used guns to build out. Polaris Outlaw 500/450/525 Trail Tech Speedometer Install Part 1

In this video I start the install on the trailtech vapor speedo for the polaris outlaw 450/500/525 model atv. I bought this used for $50 on ebay. I know suggest you buy it new from the links below if you wanna install one of thewse. All the wires where cut way to short to reinstall on the atv. Now I have to buy them again from ebay for almost the price of a new unit. So this will be more than likely a 2 part series. I can't finish this until the parts come in if i can even get the parts separate.

Polaris Outlaw 450/525 Throttle Housing and Red Thumb Throttle Replacement

In this video I decided to go with a new throttle housing and aluminum thumb throttle for the outlaw. After I swapped out the handlebars I thought the red thumb throttle would look good. It took alot of research and reading parts numbers and diagrams to source the correct parts to do the swap as nothing is labeled for this atv model, make, or year. Hope this helped at least someone out that maybe wants to replace there housing or thumb throttle.

Outlaw 525 Fatty 1 1/8inch Handlebar and Handlebar Riser Install

In this video I install a new set of 1 1/8inch handlebars onto the outlaw 525. This probably can be done the exact same as the outlaw 450 and outlaw 500 models. I used a handlebar riser block fro ma polaris snowmobile and a set of 7/8 to 1 1/8 protaper handlebar risers to fit bars. For the grips i had to buy two sets as the clear ones are only sold for motorcycles. When you buy motorcycle grip one side is 22mm and the other is 24mm. So i had to make a set of 22mm grip out of two sets. I have glued and installed 24mm twist tube grips on 7/8inch bars before on a atv and you will develop blisters fast as the grip will move on the bar over time. Anyways stay tuned and thanks for watching and subscribing. P.S. Confirmed first purchase order of radiators and the first major purchase order of silicone hose kits as i will have radiator kits and will have silicone hoses for a limited number of models of atvs and motorcycles soon.

Outlaw 450/500/525 Steering Post Upper Bushing Install

In this video I install a new steering post bushing and grease the bushing upon reinstall. This busing was completely dry and hasn't been greased in a very long time. You notice how worn the actual shaft is where the paint has been removed from being dry. There is a grease zerk in front of the steering bushing to grease at least once a year to keep greased. Ive got a few more vids i filmed before i stopped filming for winter and hopefully will have the website upon in the next coming weeks. Polaris outlaw 450/525 Rectifier Replacement and Batttery Install

In this video i replace the rectifier which i believe was causing a slight charging issue but i didn't ohm test it i just replaced it. Then I chose i higher cranking battery to be used as the caltric battery didnt last a year and died. This thing fired right up after sitting so long with that higher cranking battery. Im shooting videos about once every two weeks but am focusing mainly on the weekends on torretnperformacne industries stuff. Website will be up hopefully sooner than later. Polaris Outlaw 450 525 Brake Pad Change On New MATI Caliper Also Fits RZR 570/570 S RZR 800/S 800

In this video I change the front brake calipers that i purchased from amazon for around $45. These are direct replacements for the polaris outlaw 525 oem brake calipers. The cost to repair a front caliper does not justify the repair. If you are having brake caliper problems just replacing both calipers for $45 is a really good option for this older quad. These calipers also fit the Polaris RZR 570/570 S RZR 800/ S 800.

Torrentperformance Final Production Silicone Hose Kits Outlaw 450/500/525 Have Finally Arrived

This video is from a long pain staking process of selecting a hose manufacture and sending out the outlaw 525 radiator lines to have a thermostat proper kit made for the outlaw 450/525 model atvs. These kits will not be sold separately but with my Torrentperformance dual core radiator kits that will only be available on my website when the website is done being developed. I did decide to spend the extra money and buy a outlaw 500 radiator and confirm fitment and proper sizing for the thermoswitch to have a outlaw 500 dual core radiator made, and also will have the proper silicone hoses to fit with the outlaw 500 model kits. The website will also be adding additional items to add to these kit to make your own custom radiator setup more info as the parts arrive and website development continues. I realyl decided to go with a full blown website to keep my cost down and keep the middle man like ebay and amazon from robbing over 10% of the profits from each sale. The cost to do a website is not cheap and the hosting also is costly but it will cut out the middle man and i think the website design will really show people what is up. Anyway stay tuned im shooting for website up and sales starting the first quarter of 2022. Theres still alot to be done Im not just dopshipping products here im developing my own brand and products this is a very lengthy process to start as i am already over a year into this. Outlaw 450/500/525 Front End Bearing And New Rotor Install On Wheel Hub

In this video I do a detailed removal and installation of the front wheel bearing and new ebc rotors on the wheel hub on the outlaw 525 irs. This repair is done the same on the outlaw 450/500/525 models . For some reason like I mentioned in the video they sent me a front top bearing that wasn't sealed. The set I link to in description below may come sealed or unsealed i'm not real sure. Just make sure you follow this step by step with the inner cone and anti seize the shaft before installing. Do not install this back onto the quad dry or bearing life will not be very long and you will have to do this again.

Polaris Outlaw 450/525 Clutch Master Cylinder Rebuild

In this video I disassemble and reassemble the clutch master cylinder off a outlaw 525. I bought this extra one on ebay for my outlaw 525 rebuild and decided to rebuild it before install. The clutch wires are mangled and need to be repaired before installation. Just follow the video step by step if you wanna rebuild your master cylinder. This is very easy to do and please take your time if you have never done this before. These parts are sensitive and you cannot be hard with these parts or you will damage them. Polaris Outlaw 450/525 Clutch Slave Cylinder Rebuild

Got a few more videos left on my harddrive im trying to finish editing. In this video I rebuild my clutch slave cylinder. I will need a new bleeder screw for the top of the slave cylinder as i mangled mine and it is in bad shape. I thought the kit was gonna come with a new bolt and bleeder but it didnt. There are a few extra bolts in there to fit various models. And there is two different main gaskets for the rebuild. Reuse the one that matches your slav cylinder. The kit will have a few other parts. But as you can see this one was in pretty bad shape with corrosion. Also when your done run some of the magura mineral oil in the bleed screw and banjo bolt hole to get the spring wet and lubricate the internals. AS you can see in the video this one was really worn out and after you rebuild the spring and seal will be very tight that is normal unless your internals are really worn out.

Polaris Outlaw 450/500/525 Tie Rod Endlink Removal And New Endlink Install

This is a very straight forward video on install and removing your tie rods endlinks. If you are rebuilding the front end of your quad for around $30 you might as well change these out. I made a mistake and mounted the tie rod end on one side upside down on the front end. The tie rod end that goes onto the steering knuckle needs to be installed underneath and not on top. Mistakes happen and i'm not gonna remove it from the video because i made a mistake.

Outlaw 450/500/525 Front A Arm Ball Joint, A Arm Bushing Resurface, And A Arm ReInstall Onto Quad

In this video i reinstall the ball joint on the front a arms. This process is the exact same for all outlaw 450/500/525 series atv regardless of years. I then use my bench grinder to get rid of the surface corrosion on the a arm internal bushings. And then i reinstall everything back onto the front end of the quad. Theses are really easy to do as long as you have the tools to do the work. Polaris Outlaw IRS 450/500/525 Rear Brake Lever Custom Build Footpeg

In this video I build a custom foot peg on a outlaw 450/525 brake setup. There is absolutely no options for a aftermarket system so i just had to build one. Really the only reason i did this was for color. I picked up the brake lever from ebay for $8 and paid $9 also on ebay for the orange foot peg. Im trying to clean my harddrive up of the random videos of stuff before i put out a series on rebuilding the front end and the entire rearend of this quad in sequence. How To Paint Pen Highlight Raised Lettering On A ATV/UTV Tire

In this video I basically paint pen the raised lettering on the Atv tires I will be reinstalling back onto the atv I am building. This is a very cheap way to stand out of the crowd if your into try to show off a little bit. However On a Atv or Utv this paint will really probably be scraped off or washed out upon your first deep woods adventure. But if your a racer on a motocross track or riding stand the paint will hold up for quite a while.

Polaris Outlaw 500/525 IRS Sway Bar Removal And Reinstall How To

In this video I remove the outlaw 525 sway bar off the frame and paint the sway bar just for some better looks. When i removed the sway bar little did i know about the grease zerks. Judging by how dry the bushings are and the wear on the bar Im guessing that the grease zerks were never greased since bought. Anyway thanks to everyone watching and subscribing it means alot and im ready to get this quad done asap. Everything I touch on this needs mainteance or replaced.

Polaris Outlaw 500/525 IRS Rear Carrier Hub Bearing Removal And Install New Bearing Step By Step

In this video i remove the old rear carrier bearing and install the new carrier bearing into the housing. Also after I freed the rear stuck needle bearing in previous video (link below) I will be applying grease to the bearings so this doesn't happen again for a long time. This can be done very easily and can be done by anyone especially if your having issues with the Outlaw irs model rearend making noises. There are so many bearing and things that need greased in the irs model rear ends that if the bearing haven't been replaced on everything that moves you might consider doing all this to keep the atv 100% operational. Outlaw 500/525 IRS Rear Carrier Wheel Bearing Needle Bearing Repair And Exterior Housing Cleaning

In this video I remove the Rear Wheel bearing carrier shafts and clean the needle bearings installed into the carrier that are locked up. These Irs Outlaw models are known to pop and make noises and I believe lack of maintence is the main purpose for these issues starting. I remove the bearing shafts and free up the stuck needle bearing on the rear wheel carrier. I have not run into one thing on this quad that hasn't needed fixed or replaced. To think the last owner literally ran this thing almost dead and then traded it in just blows my mind. Anyway hope you enjoy the video and don't forget to like and subscribe. Keihin Ktm 525 FCR Carb Cleaning Unboxing From CNL Motors cleanmycarb.com 2007 Polaris Outlaw 525

I took this fcr carb off of my 2007 polaris outlaw 525. The outlaw was equipped with the ktm 450 series engine to race in the 450 series races and the ktm 525 for the ultimate 2wd irs setup ever made for a 4 stroke atv. The outlaw series also had the 500 predator engine and wasnt as desirable as the ktm equipped models. This carb was functioning but not functioning properly when it arrived from oregon. I proceeded to remove the carb and sent it out to cnl motors in california. The carb came back polished, cleaned, rebuilt, and I believe reconditioned to like new condition. Upon installation I will put links below for removal and installtion. The cost as of 2021 was $89 to clean and around $15 to ship out to them. They will rebuild and jet to what you want if you need a specific setup upon cleaning. If you are not mechanically inclined and aren't familiar with this carb series take my advice please and just send this carb out for a thorough cleaning and rebuild. Otherwise you will be on the forums i jetted my quad why isnt it running properly and backfiring. Cost will vary if you need parts. How to install Header Wrap on a Header or Head Pipe 2007 Polaris Outlaw 525

This video is pretty self explanatory from what i am doing in the video. Try and get the header wrap as tight a s possible around the header and remember to use stainless zip ties for gods sake. Polaris Outlaw Air Box Refurbish And New Filter, Heat wrap, And Air Box Seal

In this video I clean and go threw a complete reassembly of the airbox which will include new airbox seal, new filter, and new heat wrap to the outside of the airbox. I may have confused some people on the irs and s model air box. On this quad i installed a s model hmf pipe and replaced my header pipe with a s model pipe. The s model will clear the irs air box. There is a difference in the irs and s model head pipe and rear exhaust. As long as you swap the header pipe to the exhaust, both systems will fit on this model quad. The irs model uses a different air box then the s model and will get more air to the engine than the restrictive s model air box. The irs head pipe is slightly longer than the s model as well.
