*ALL* candidates for both seats were invited, from all parties. This is post-LP-nomination, but prior to R & D primaries, for a total of 10 invitees. The Repulican incumbent and the Republican pseudo-incumbent did not respond at all. Hitchins had accepted the invite with a surrogate, who later cancelled. Stoner accepted, but failed to appear.
