"Teach me the truth, no matter what the cost"

The title says it all. I created this video for myself and have committed to listening to it daily until it is so deeply ingrained it becomes me. I am happy to offer it to anyone who is struggling to find their purpose and love for life and all living things. Anyone who is ready to be free of internal barriers keeping them from living their best lives.

The last two minutes are for quiet reflection. I want to allow the listener a moment to absorb and add to what they've listened to and reflect it back in their own way. Much love and peace to all of my fellow travelers.

I believe a good story can go a long way to changing the outcome of a day. With that in mind, I've conceptualized, reviewed and outlined each of these stories with motion in mind and most of my best ideas come to mind during workouts of my own. The length is catered to a workout or commute, short and sweet yet guaranteed to leave the listener hungry because it's effects are tested and proven on the writer first!
