This video is a follow up to some of the experiences I had while held captive by NYE COUNTY actors. I requested Public Records from the Custodian of Records for Nye County way back in June while I was sitting in a jail cell. Human trafficking has never been this obvious. Now the COUNTY OF NYE is trying to assert the "COMPLAINANT" doesn't exist in the system anymore. This is called 'damage control'.....and there's more about "PUBLIC BONDS" and submitting CLAIMS against Public Officials Surety bonds.

This is my first video since being held captive at gunpoint until the State of Nevada created "DEFENDANT" was DISCHARGED during a PRIVATE TRIBUNAL hearing held in SECRET within the walls of Department "A" in the Pahrump Township Justice Court, its Court Administrator (ALISA SCOULTS) is being investigated for ID fraud, malicious prosecution, malfeasance in office and insurance fraud. ALL of the NYE COUNTY PUBLIC OFFICIALS were functioning without PUBLIC BONDS, contrary to the laws of the State of Nevada and its own Constitution. NYE COUNTY DETENTION CENTER, NYE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE, NYE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS STRICKLLAND, COX, BLUNDO, CARBONE AND JABBOUR are ALL GUILTY of OMISSION and intentional harm to another person that is also AN OLDER PERSON. These are MAJOR VIOLATIONS...I outline what has occurred and going forward what to expect from a COLLAPSING EMPIRE. This is a MASSIVE DEAL folks and for those that realize this, stay tuned, it's only just BEGUN!.

A United States National does not need OR WANT a state issued ID/driver license LIAR'S CLUB card. This means he or she also knows that REGISTERING a vehicle is just as voluntary as the ID/driver license, IT HAS TO BE. Nothing in that R4EALM OF COMMERCE can be forced upon anyone...UNTIL they LIE themselves in to drinking the KOOL-AID. The DMV is where that KOOL-AID is made and if you want to learn what we know, stay tuned and listen to what happens....Quinten did a masterful job of keeping control of the situation without being rude or obnoxious. It was a very young new recruit that has been TRAINED properly. NO BACKUP UNITS WERE CALLED which is VERY unusual of course but definitively a surprise to those of us that have not had a driver license/ID in over 15 years. Now that we KNOW that we are correct, the assertion of rights is LAWFUL. That which is LAWFUL is originated from a higher standard than the legal realm requires. Everything LAWFUL is LEGAL, but not everything LEGAL is LAWFUL. Case in point...obtaining a state issued driver license/ID card requires that the "applicant" LIE about IT'S date of birth. Everyone did it, including myself...I CORRECTED THAT MISTAKE and that's when everything started to get better, it just took me a little while to figure it all out!

In the tutorial, I skimmed over a couple of things and I want to clarify a few key points with respect to the MBN and the ANC itself. Please bear with me as I learn how to make better educational and FACTUAL videos. You will notice that I try to stay away from beliefs and stick to FACTS that can easily be backed up and proven with solid evidence. No belief will EVER trump a fact!

This is a step-by-step tutorial of how to "properly" file a Minnesota Business Name / Assumed Name Business Type and obtain an Assumed Name Certificate from the Minnesota Secretary of State. This document and it's corresponding data will alow a United States National that is NOT a United States citizen apply for and be approved for opening up a BUSINESS BANK ACCOUNT with any bank of your choice. I suggest the smaller established online banks and preferably one that is headquartered in the same state that the Certificate of Live Birth was created and issued. In my case, it is the State of California. Remember that this MBN and its corresponding Certificate of Assumed Name (aka Assumed Name Certificate / ANC) can be used in ANY state, is valid for 10 years and is associated with a U.S. Passport by the 8 FAM 505.2 ENDORSEMENTS 8 and 9. Note: The MBN must be renewed every year during that 10 year period but that process is free and only takes a few minuites at the most online. I will create a separate tutorial on how to open an online BUSINESS BANK account but as I mentioned before, it does require a valid current U.S. Passport to properly set up this protected account. I say "protected" because BUSINESS BANKS are protected from tax authority seizures without having a valid COURT ORDER. Court orders are very difficult to obtain when it comes to tax authority and its very limited scope of jurisdiction. I hope you will benefit from this valuable information and pay it forward by sharing this process and this video with others you know.
