The reason I create these BackTraX is because I can't stand hearing entertainers, karaoke singers, solo backing track singers & live bands using inferior backing tracks. In the case of live bands it's more of them winging it on songs that they don't have Keyboards, Brass or Quality Backing Vocals for. I'd sooner hear the original artist & the original recording blasting out of the P.A with flat EQ any day of the week.
Therefore I just want to hear the MUSIC as created by the musicians, engineers & producers in the studio in the best quality available if using a Backing Track. The only true way to do that is have the Music Industry allow it. Which hopefully will include their analogue 4, 8, 16, 24 Track Masters using an A-D convertor for archiving & digital sales.
The Music Industry will eventually realise that some people WANT to sing along to their favourite music to the original MASTER TRACKS. Either at home, Karaoke Bar, on stage as a solo backing track performer, when & wherever. The full MASTER TRACKS (Stems) can & should be released digitally for re-mixers, samplers, loopers, edm headz & the like, also.
With yet another revenue stream for the companies & artist/s under the guise of creativity & the Music Industry helping New Talent etc, etc. It's still the Music "BUSINESS" and they'll make loadz of cash! It's a great big Rock & Roll Casino! Who wins the majority? The House - CORRECT!
