Helen Marie Greer was a casulatie of the 2014 Mayflower Arkansas tornado. Helen died because her storm shelter she was hiding in was NOT buildt to FEMA standards ♥ I/Joe Winko felt very sorry for Helen & wanted to film this video in memory of her & to help make sure no one else suffers the same fate as Helen ♥
