This doco includes:

- a summary of the water science that proves Ardern's poisoning of our forest waterways renders poisoned water down rivers and streams that flow into our drinking reservoirs, irrigation, livestock troughs and ocean food system, to inflict conditions of life that bring about the physical destruction of the national group. Arguably, given the moisture in the air, the poison information lethally synthesized into the water, is also science that applies to poison information in the air, unlawfully geo-engineering the structure of these molecules to the frequency of the poison metabolites, to disperse and kill by sub lethal doses bioaccumulating over time.

- the fact that the poison metabolites like the flourinated protein forming amino acid - that also happens to be what causes Covid19 (as per the testimony of former pzifzer VP:
https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=271700667908765&id=247405975293496 ] Evidence submitted October 24th 2018 evidenced this was a derogation pathway. Water scientific evidence submitted in a video interview with the Bion Institute also detailed that Mad Cow Disease is formed by a complex protien, and thus symptoms of 1080 poison, Covid19, Mad Cow, Mycoplasma Bovis and TB are all identical and arguably the amino acid forming fourinated protien could evidence the causality.

- whereby none of the deadly derogation pathways of the poison are tested for by the nz government. The flourinated amino acid derived protien is simply ignored alongside lethal synthesis of other derogation pathways like the highly corrosive flammable fluoro-methane molecule through soil, plants, acquatic food sources like Puha; and the air; or the oxygen and energy depriving fluoro citrate molecule, which all disperse to inflict conditions of life that mutate into various strains of poison bacterial, fungi, pathogens through out the ecosystem that bring about phsyical destruction in whole or in part as they are inhaled or consumed. For example, evidence submitted in the October 24th interim relief application, confirms that repeated sublethal doses of this poison are cumulative in effect to cause myocardial damage or cardiac arrest. It evidenced the poison is also a respiratory collapse, kidney collapse and neurological collapse inducing poison via it's breakdown products and as such, it induces the complete range of symptoms identical to Covid19.

- It explores the fact that a virus is evidenced to have a bacteria co-factor, by Professor Montagneir's work, whereby the bacteria co-factor which arguably causes the virus's excretion of poison information from that cell, could plausibly be caused by poison derived bacteria, especially given the fact that both Covid19 and 1080 poisoning could plausibly be linked via testing the derogation molecules of the poison against the molecules considered to be a purified virus.

- It also explores the science behind EMF's power to also cause the Cytokine storm of Convid symptoms including oxygen deprivation and the frequency equivalent effect on cells of a being killing pesticide like 1080.

It is illogical that our government haven't asked the plausible, probable, possible question: are Ardern's poisoning programs rendering derogation pathways of bacteria that cause Convid19? The symptoms of poisoning and Convid are the same and metabolites are arguably the same.

Currently mass poisoning continues nationwide in New Zealand, with many varied disease and illness names given to death's by Covid19 symptoms.

There is arguably a clear cause and effect between the Government's poisoning of our waterways, air circulatory system and soil, plants, insects and acquatic species, in the forests and the consequential secondary poisoning via an interconnected ecosystem, that is inflicting conditions of life that is bringing about deadly metabolites and bacterial, fungi and pathogens that slowly lethally synthesize through the human food, air, beverage and water ecosystem to cause death and disease.

Respectfully, the court is asked to consider application of the Precautionary Principle by assuming jurisdiction over this matter.

Respectfully remembering that the ICC have the right to jurisdiction over the matter under review # OTP-CR-330/18, on the basis that the District Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court all refused to accept applications under the criminal claim, either unable or unwilling to prosecute the case, and under the civil claim, the High Court found that the courts do not have the right to stop a large scale Government program, while the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court upon application found that the case of the mass poisoning of water was not a matter of public interest and they refused the claim.

For the past 12 years, through my agency SQP [www.sustainablequalitypurpose.com] I have specialised in the interpretation of the Rome Statute against Environmental Destruction, as a first of it's kind legal argument and arguably the only law capable to render justice against crimes of large scale, wide spread environmental destruction by the Private Sector and Governments. I argued to the International Criminal Court - case accepted OTP-CR-330/18 - that these 'Biodiversity' and 'Predator Free' poisoning programs would lead to mass human causalities over time by a myriad of neurological, heart and respiratory failures and longer term cancers and destruction of reproductive organs, again killing slowly over time by chemical weapons grade torture poisons, often by the bioaccumulation of sub lethal doses over time or by a high dose in one meal or drink that rendered an obvious death by poison such as kidney failure [unless marketed as Covid19].
To then find the Government, - who spread these poisons - mass marketing a genocide narrative, to manage a future of mass death, was no surprise. Arguably there is a clear cause and effect in play. Certainly when you watch this summary of the Convid19 narrative, the Government PR renders multiple layers of deception. Arguably the narrative of Convid19 is a fraud, but the calamity of mass death by chemical weapons grade poisons infesting our entire ecosystem is just beginning, with Convid19 being used to solicit DNA tests, genomic databases and a regime of mass control, while the deaths are reported as anything from generic respiratory, heart and neurological failures, to cancers, strokes, legionarres, ecoli, campylobacter, meningitis, etc... as the poisons mutate and synthesize through the ecosystem to kill by a multitude of bacterial and molecular strains.
