Since Halo 2, with the Ghost of Lockout, there has always been a sighting of a ghost in Halo... and not the vehicle. A spartan that has no name, slides around the map, doesn't show up on the leaderboards, or killfeed. It's a creepypasta Halo Iceberg lore unsolved mystery. There are a lot of theories, people using cheats/hacks, or laggy or buggy connections, the developers messing with players, or left-over code back when Bungie was supposedly going to add multiplayer bots but canceled but that the bots sometimes show up on their own. Even with a new engine, with some reused old code, the ghost still shows up. For know it is know as "The Ghosts of Halo". 👻 😱

Decided to try out the new network for PVP with Squad Battles only to just have my team constantly getting steamrolled by the sweatiest spawn killing Esport wannabe tryhards for 8 or so matches and so I was going to call it my final match before I left to play something else and ended up lining up against Mint Blitz next who had us pinned with shock rifle and wasp. So had to end the match on a high note by being a little sneaky SOB and catching him off guard.

Not just Halo Infinite but all Halo titles they need to make JIP just optional because joining into a match your team is already getting slaughtered is no beuno.

It is clear the boosting is a growing problem over a decade with Halo and it will continue unless 343 Industries takes real solutions to try and fix the issue. And not resort to more banhammers. There are more boosters I have seen in Halo 4 matches, in Halo MCC, than I have ever seen in my entire time playing the classic Halo 4 on the Xbox 360 back in the day. Today we will be taking a look at the history of boosting and why it is such a controversial subject where 1 side thinks more punishments will fix the problem, even though it hasn't worked in a decade and only got worse with time, vs focusing on making a more sophisticated progression system that isn't grindy but takes more thought and work into it. It might be long but the sacrifice will diminish the rampant boosting problem.

With flighting already about to begin for Halo CE on MCC PC soon, 343i already showing progress on Halo CE, Halo 2, and Halo 3 on MCC PC and expecting to see next seasons of Halo MCC content to come as well to unlock, there are a lot of players already speculating what the new seasons might contain. 343i has stated there will be multiple seasons. And since I enjoy being an armchair developer that likes to feature creep, as they call it in the industry, in this video I'll give my theory and idea of what it could be and the probability. I highly doubt though they will change the current XP progression unlock system itself due to how much time they invested in it, even though players dislike this style of unlocking. There just isn't enough time to make drastic changes. They said about adding challenges which will help speed up progress. But it feel this is how season pass unlocks will be for Halo MCC but hopefully Halo Infinite they take note. My prediction/theory goes off on mainly what the community have been asking for years or was cut from the Halo games, like the GRD helmet, as well as new content. Can't wait to find out what Halo MCC new unlocks will be.
