If there is any form of freedom to be cherished more than any other form of freedom, it is the freedom for YOU to determine, for yourself, how you will take care of your health--the health of your mind, body, and spirit. I call the system, "The 12-Minute Family Feeling Self-Healthcare System." You will also learn how I learned the five techniques. And you will learn why I decided to share them, especially at this time in our history when efforts are being made to strip away from us every form of freedom, including our freedom to take care of our health OURSELVES.
