Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced that his office has determined that the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is in direct violation of State Law by failing to comply with the Arizona Senate's subpoenas related to the 2020 election audit.

Plaintiff Garland Favorito of VoterGA.org, just filed a new lawsuit to completely ban Dominion voting machines in Georgia!
VoterGA filed the lawsuit because the Dominion “system is unverifiable for the voter” — it accumulates votes via QR codes and no one can verify how their vote is recorded.
A U.S. District Court ruled in October 2020 that Dominion voting machines violated GA law. However, because the order was within a month of the election, no relief was provided. Garland explained that his team is simply seeking the relief related to that ruling — if the machines are illegal, GA shouldn’t be using them.
“I think our chances are terrific because the case has already been adjudicated,” Garland said. “This was a multi-year case and the court found the system was in fact in violation of two GA statues and found that the Secretary of State’s office was ‘not credible.’ This was a scathing order on the Secretary of State’s performance.”
Todd asked Garland for an update on the Fulton County absentee ballot case. Apparently, the defendants in the VoterGA case are divided. According the Garland, the Republicans and one Democrat actually want to get to the bottom of what happened: “They’re split, which will help us in our arguments to proceed — some of the defendants are on our side and the side of election transparency in GA.”

The Arizona Senate team received part of the draft audit report today and will begin reviewing it on Wednesday. Senate President Karen Fann confirms that the envelope images were received on Thursday and hopes to incorporate those results into the final report.

Fann Makes Plans For Audit Of Voter Affidavit Signatures On Some Of Maricopa County’s 1.9M Early Ballots
Senate President Fann said they would begin reviewing the preliminary audit today! Fann told Arizona Daily Independent she was interviewing a potential contractor to audit another aspect of Maricopa County’s election process – how employees verified voter signatures on the nearly 1.9 million early ballot affidavit envelopes turned in during the election. Those signatures must be verified before the ballot inside can be sent for tabulation, but questions have been raised about the procedures utilized by then-County Recorder Adrian Fontes and his staff question while conducting those verifications. Fann says whoever she hires to review the procedures and the signatures will start by looking for envelopes which do not contain the required voter signature. Arizona State Representative Mark Finchem give updates on the Arizona forensic audit, which he has taken beyond Maricopa County.
Part of the preliminary draft report was delivered to the Arizona Senate on Monday. The Arizona Senate team will meet on Wednesday to analyze the report for accuracy, clarity, and proof of documentation.
The full final report will not be ready until the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors complies with legal and enforceable Senate subpoenas for the remaining election equipment.
Attorney General Brnovich will need to enforce these subpoenas as requested by Arizona State Senator Sonny Borrelli for routers, Splunk logs, key fobs, and Dominion’s systems.
FakeLameStreamMedia, along with progressive radical Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, and RINO Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer have released their “prebuttals” which attempt to discredit the audit and everybody involved. The radical left and the uniparty RINOS are already concocting their defense before any real accusations have been made.
AZ State Representative Mark Finchem: "Now it’s in the hands of the Attorney General. AG Brnovich will work to compel the delivery of the things that have not been delivered yet. Could there be a follow on report? Probably. There’s also, we’ve been conducting an investigation down in Pima County. We’re trying to get that wrapped up so hopefully, within the next week or so, the narrative is going to be strong for votes that are fictitious votes that we believe we found. I mean you can’t have 114% of mail-in ballots."
Bannon: "Hang on, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, hang on. Are you saying this report is going to say we got to, we got to go beyond Maricopa to Pima County and Pinal County which will get you about 80% of the state?"
Finchem: "Yes sir."
Bannon: "That’s huge!"
Finchem: "But we have to remember. There’s a separation between what the Senate is doing. The Senate is engaged in Maricopa County. I’ve been working on Pima County. I’m the only elected Republican in Pima County, in the legislature. Nobody else has lifted a finger to take a look at this. So, that is the other major voting bloc in this, in the state of Arizona. Essentially you have Maricopa County and Pima County carry well in excess of 80% - 85% of the vote in the entire state."
Bannon: "They’re going to try to do more prebuttals. Do you have any earthly idea? Now I understand it’s being handed to the Senate of when this thing will be publicly released. I’m sure some of that’s going to be leaked, but what do you think will be publicly released? Because this is gonna be a feeding frenzy, by the left to tear this apart and tear everybody that’s associated apart."
Finchem: "Yeah, I think the key to this Steve is today the report gets delivered to Senate leadership, they want a few days to fully understand what it is that they have received, the information that it contains, and then at some point, I expect to have a hearing that’s pretty much the way President Fann has conducted this business so far. I wouldn’t be surprised if that comes out either late this week or early next week to have a public hearing to reveal everything that’s in the report and to ask questions of the people who created the report."
Finchem has taken the lead in investigating Pima County, which borders Mexico and is home to nearly 4,000 potentially illegal “federal only” voters. Mark Finchem is running for Arizona Secretary of State to restore election integrity in Arizona.
The report will be released as soon as possible. Now it’s in the hands of Attorney General Brnovich.

The other portion of the preliminary report has been delayed because Doug Logan and two others have contracted COVID-19.
Maricopa County recently provided Senate auditors with the subpoenaed mail-in ballot envelopes. The envelopes will now be analyzed after reports that signature verification measures were decreased over time, until eventually, they were accepting ballots with no signature.
Maricopa County is still in defiance of the legal and enforceable subpoenas requesting access to routers, Splunk logs, key fobs, and Dominion’s systems.
After the County missed the subpoena deadline, Arizona State Senator Sonny Borrelli requested an SB 1487 investigation, by the Attorney General, into this violation of the law.
If a violation is found, the Supervisors will be given 30 days to resolve the violation. If they fail to resolve it, the State Treasurer shall withhold 10% of state shared funds from the county, which is over $61 million.
Attorney General Mark Brnovich has since opened an investigation into the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, requesting a written response by August 20. This is not true. The Senate’s investigative authority does not end at Senate adjournment.

The team of forensic auditors in Arizona are set to release their preliminary report on fraud in the 2020 election next week. The preliminary report is expected to show data and election discrepancies found in Maricopa County that they have analyzed to date. Meanwhile, auditors have yet to examine internet routers and voting machines under subpoenas by the state Senate.
Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich is now expected to enforce the subpoenas to acquire the routers, voting machines and other evidence from the Maricopa Board of Supervisors and Dominion Voting Systems.
The GOOD NEWS: Republican state Senatory Wendy Rogers said other states can now use Arizona’s experience to conduct their own audits.
“The media is beside itself because they won’t communicate the truth of the excruciating detail to which this analysis was done,” she stated. “2.1 million ballots…this is a package-able effort, this is a transportable, usable again in other states project that you can take.”

Maricopa County Lies Revealed, What's Next for the Forensic Audit?

"AZ Attorney General Brnovich has an investigation into whether or not the Board Of Supervisors are violating state law by neglecting the Subpoenas (Obviously YES they are)
Brnovich filed an amicus brief to the court back in February to support the senate... and ultimately the judge agreed with the senate and him. So clearly he will agree with himself from February when he demanded the court to uphold the Subpoenas
So here's a quick breakdown of how this investigation will unfold.
Step 1: Legislator initiates the investigation by filing a report to the AG's office
Step 2: AG opens investigation immediately and demands timely response from the offending party MCBOS

Step 3. Within 30 days AG will determine whether Maricopa County is violating the law
- And will demand Maricopa County complies immediately or be subject to the consequences
Step 4: If after those 30 days the County fails to comply then the AG will freeze 10% of state funds going to Maricopa estimated from what they get paid every 6 months (which is 10% of $610,000,000)
Step 5: The AG will sue the county in the AZ Supreme Court (the court won't be deciding if Maricopa County is violating state law but deciding on who will pay the bond of the 10% their citizens suffer from a lack of)

The Attorney General won't be charging the Supervisors as if he was the senate. So I don't get why people think he'd be charging them a $750 fine. They'd be doing that if a contempt charge was made by the Legislature. The AG operates in a different jurisdiction.
I think at Step 3 they'll have to comply, we won't be at the other steps.

Karen Fann just came back from conference where she met with 1500 people, many who were state legislatures. The hot topic was the audit and audit procedures in the future.
Fann is pushing for all 50 states to have secure auditing procedures so this never happens again.

The AG has 30 days to finish this investigation and conclude whether or not Maricopa county is violating state law. If they don't comply then the Attorney General is empowered to file a special action to the Arizona Supreme Court and the court must give this lawsuit the greatest importance according to the law. Tranche 2: Voters Illegally Claiming Indefinite Confinement (IC) Status as a Reason to Vote Absentee. Wisconsin did not allow the COVID-19 quarantine as a reason to claim indefinitely confined status.
Tranche 3: EABCINV matched to permanent, out-of-state moves in the National Change of Address Database (NCOA). At the time we processed this match in mid-November, the database
contained records as far back as four years prior to as recent as October 1, 2020.
Tranche 4: EABCINV matched to Out of State Subsequent Registrations (OOSSR) using our national voter database (NVD). In these cases, the voter had registered in Wisconsin and matched to voters subsequently registered in another state.
Tranche 5: Election Day Ballots Cast In the Names of Voters (EDBCINV) registered illegally.
Tranche 6: EDBCINV matched to the NCOA and OOSSR.

Knowing the auditors were from out of state and would need someone to coordinate with the Senate, Maricopa County Supervisors and Elections department, and assist with the logistics in conducting an audit that is the first of its kind in the nation, he is an asset to everyone in the state.
"At the July 15th Senate hearing, Mr. Bennett was the expert testifier in describing the problems the audit has encountered since the first day, due to internal problems at the Maricopa County Elections department. Lack of chain of custody, ballot boxes mismarked, duplicate ballots with no corresponding numbers as required by law, and ballots haphazardly stuffed into boxes, to only name a few of the problems encountered. Maricopa County continues to withhold vital information from the public and the auditors which has created additional costs, months of delays and a lack of transparency on their part. Instead of working with the Senate, our constituents, and the auditors, Maricopa County has engaged in a social media campaign to try to control the narrative, instead of providing the whole truth, facts and items required to be produced by the legal subpoenas.
"The physical counting of the ballots and machines will be fully complete this week and returned to Maricopa County. Since Maricopa County has been less than cooperative, a question came up a few weeks ago about what happens if the audit numbers don’t match with Maricopa County’s numbers? Our attorney suggested the Senate perform an independent counting of each ballot paper prior to the ballots being returned. This has been accomplished under the direction and authority of the Senate by Randy Pullen, who is a retired auditor with a nationally renowned auditing firm.
"This past week members of the media have asked why Mr. Bennett is not engaged in this part of the Senate ballot verification procedure. As Mr. Bennett was quoted in the media, “I shared some box counts of how many ballots were in each box, and that got leaked to the press and I apologized to Senate President Fann. I had promised that information would not be leaked to the press, but it indirectly got done, so that’s how I got barred from the audit".
"The auditors are doing the job they were hired to do, albeit more difficult than originally planned due to Maricopa County withholding vital documents and information, which appears to be purposely withholding the truth from the voters. When any audit is complete, the results are explained with supporting documentation of proof to the client. It is irresponsible to disclose partial information to the media since they are not “confirmed” facts until the audit is final. This only leads to confusion and misinformation with the public. For that reason, it is imperative anyone working with the audit is required to adhere to the rules of not disclosing unconfirmed information.
"With the completion of the “hands on" work this week, the auditors will now be doing the analysis of all the data collected to submit the results. We sincerely hope Maricopa County will produce the missing documents and information we have requested for the audit to be complete and finalized. The voters deserve to know their votes are safe, secure and legally counted. To that end, Ken Bennett will be involved and a vital part of the draft and final reports to ensure their accuracy with his knowledge and contributions throughout the audit process."

- AZ Audit is drawing to a close with outstanding items still not delivered to the Auditors. And it's Red/White/Blue ballot count day on lower left Camera #1.
- New subpoena was reissued by the Senate on July 26th for remaining items with attached penalties, which will enforced for non-compliance by August 2nd.
- If the County complies, the auditors will have some days of additional work followed by a writeup for that portion.

Arizona Senate President Karen Fann spoke with Western Journal last week for an in-depth interview on the historic forensic audit of Maricopa County.
On July 15, audit leaders presented some preliminary findings which, if true, could potentially overturn the results of the November 2020 election in the state.
But decertifying the election results — while hypothetically possible — isn’t really the goal of the audit; ensuring that our elections are secure going forward is.
Over the course of the interview, it was hard for a viewer not to conclude that the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has been working overtime to obstruct the audit. This is quite remarkable when one considers that four board members are Republicans and only one is a Democrat.
Having failed to prevent the forensic audit from happening at all, board members, as well as some state officials, are now trying to attack its integrity.
In late June, the board announced it will replace the voting machines used in the 2020 election after Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, a partisan Democrat, raised concerns the auditors may have “tampered” with the existing machines.
Fann says, that “Maricopa County has intentionally done everything in their power to sabotage [the audit], to withhold information, to be less than honest with the public about this. And so it’s created a huge problem.”
The county has not complied with state Senate subpoenas and has continued to withhold critical information such as the routers, critical passwords, chain of custody documents and more, according to Fann.
The auditors have learned that the board of supervisors does not have the passwords to its own election machinery.
Fann said election contractor Dominion Voting Systems has them. “What we have found also is that the password hasn’t been changed in two years and multiple people are sharing the password.”
“So Maricopa County doesn’t even have control over their election system. Only Dominion has those passwords. They have 24-hour-a-day access to those computers. Come and go as you want.”
An individual who worked at the election center told Fann “it was not unusual for somebody to yell across the room, ‘Hey Joe, what was that password again?’ And he would yell it back. That’s not secure.”
Maricopa County would not allow the audit to be conducted at its facility. So the Senate had to rent space at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix and pay steep money for ballot security.
Fann discussed the disorganized condition of the ballots when they arrived at the coliseum: “They are in boxes that are literally just stuffed in there. They’re supposed to be organized. There are supposed to be these pink sheets between that says there’s certain numbers there. They weren’t.”
“You know for a fact it’s going to go to court. … If we have to go to court, make sure we have everything lined up so we can prove everything six ways to Sunday.”
If, after that lengthy process, it is indisputably clear that “somebody else won other than Biden, Fann said, “according to our [state] Constitution, according to our rules, by the House and Senate, it can’t be just the Senate” would either meet if already in session or call a special session “for the purpose of putting the question on the board to decertify the electors.”
It would require a simple majority, 16 votes in the Senate and 31 votes in the House.
In the Senate, Republicans hold 16 of the 30 seats. In the House, the party’s majority is 31-29.

Ken was considering stepping down, briefed Senate President Fann before this interview, whom he has tremendous respect for, he does not want to step down, so he brings transparency to this issue, for the benefit of election integrity! Former President Donald Trump is applauding suggestions that Republicans in Texas may open an Arizona-style forensic audit of its 2020 election results.
Trump, who has frequently touted theories of widespread voter fraud without offering evidence, encouraged Texas officials to audit its election results, "even though I won Texas by a lot."

The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson ran into her in another part of the arena.
He asked her why she killed Senator Kelly Townsend’s chain of custody and election integrity bills.
Ugenti-Rita: Because it was bad Conradson: Do you think that’s why you got booed off stage?
Ugenti-Rita left the building when asked questions by Conradson. Shortly after, she came back, and when he saw her again, she told officers on sight that Conradson was harassing her. The police did nothing because no laws were being violated. Conradson compared this behavior to that of radical leftist
Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, whose seat she is running for. bRoughly ten minutes later, Conradson was detained by event officials and escorted from the building for “harassing”
Ugenti Rita. After walking away, he called AZ State Senator Kelly Townsend, she encouraged him to come back peacefully and fight this. While on the phone with the Senator and simply walking to meet her outside of the event, police grabbed Conradson and used handcuffs to put him in the back of a police car.
Conradson could hear police radios accusing him of being a member of the Proud Boys, a right-wing organization that the left has labeled as terrorists. Conradson has no affiliation with any political groups.
The police said he was facing a misdemeanor and a fine of up to $900. This tyrant violated Conradson’s free press rights. State Senator Kelly Townsend raised hell when this happened which is most likely what led to Conradson’s release. The officers dropped Conradson off at his vehicle and said that he is permanently banned from the venue. Kelly Townsend: I think it’s concerning that someone on our side has such disregard for the Constitution that she would seek to have a journalist arrested because he dared ask her a question about me that angered her. I am glad we were able to resolve the issue and correct what could have been a great miscarriage of justice. After this fiasco, Michelle Ugenti Rita went to Twitter
to trash the audit I’ve been on the frontlines of the battle for election integrity for the last 10 years. I wrote the law banning ballot harvesting, cleaned-up our mail-in voter rolls, strengthened ID requirements
just to name a few of my accomplishments, (1of5) Something every candidate on that stage praised. I’ll put my record of fighting for election integrity up against anyone. What I won’t do is vote for “show” legislation that does nothing to strengthen election integrity and introduced for self serving reasons. (2of5)
