Hey, it’s Josh with dream body clinic, the patient you're going to see here did our back treatment, specifically the lumbar spine area of the lower back, but our back treatment's cool. We can get any section lumbar, thoracic, or cervical that would be lower, middle, or upper back. And we typically just focus on one area. Sometimes people have multiple areas of seen. I am Josh Dream Body clinic here with Thomas today, and we were just kind of geeking out about stem cells and aging health. All these. Um, Thomas, you came to us. When was it? You came initially to check out there. It was about three months ago. Yeah. So you were here three months ago. Just stopped in, want to talk with us, Dr.Sue was going on and everything. And then since then you've done some different analysis of your back. Right. Kind of figure out what's going on. And you said, so you originally are from Poland, right? Yes. So he's from Poland and you know, we do the ozone. And fortunately you've been doing that a lot of countries over in Europe for a long time.It's pretty tough to find and they've been doing it since like the 1980s. So he actually went back to Poland and just did the ozone in your circle, in that kind of. It was quite the experience. He said they did some local amnesties. Yeah. Yeah. Now there's no surgery or there's no motions that makes it 50 different. Yeah. In Europe, it's all orthoscopic. It's minimally invasive. There's a couple of other procedures, which doctors in states I haven't even heard of. Yeah. Like we've had a couple patients for like really advanced spine things that we could think it was too far gone.
Yeah. Do these artificial discs. That's a big thing. Yes. I mean, it's, it's pretty crazy. So we feel like we're kind of ahead of the curve with stem cells. I think that should be doing it everywhere. I think you can fix a lot of problems. Hopefully we'll get there, but for now we've got a here. Hey, it's Josh dream body clinic. The patient here is a returning patient, he's up from the Northwest, and he was referred by one of our long-time patients Mikey. So the patient was having some back pain. We found after doing an MRI that he had some severely herniated discs. He did have a fusion in the past, which, you know, helped a lot of his back problems. But as we normally see with these back surgeries, they're kind of temporary fixes at best. And even then, they don't always get rid of all pain. In fact, a lot of times they end up causing pain because now you've ended up with a bunch of new scar tissue and different issues.
As you'll see here, we went into his back, and we went into the discs with ozone in the operating room. We did a Twilight sedation. With that you are still awake, but you don't feel anything. Orthopedic surgeons, we have two of them that do this procedure and an anesthesiologist in there to keep everything regulated with your nurses.
They go into the disc and inject ozone, which helps shrink the disc. When you got a herniated disc, imagine the vertebrae pressing in too close and like an ice cream sandwich it's coming out right there. We're going into that injecting the ozone, which interacts with the enzymes in the disc to help it shrink. Then right after, since we already have the needle in, we're able to put the stem cells. The stem cells will then over the next three to six months, start helping to regenerate that disc and bring it back to its normal size and shape, or at least as close as you can get back to with that. But the main thing is getting rid of that herniation.
The ozone treatment has been an approved treatment in Spain and in China, they've been doing it since 1980s. For whatever reason, they don't seem to want to do it in other places, even though it's a very highly effective. Minimally invasive procedure, especially when you consider the alternatives, which are just cut off that section of.

Hey this is Josh dream body clinic. You're going to see here as a patient, that's coming back to us from up in the Northwest, like where I'm from. He is doing his back. He had a lot of success last year, the hormone therapies and the stem cells. He's had some back pain over the past year, you know, just sitting at a desk all day, kind of where's the down.

Hi, this is Josh dream body clinic. Patient you're gonna see here is doing our back treatment. Uh, this is a treatment where we go into the back of the patient and go intramuscular with the mesenchymal stem cells. This patient did a lot more than normal nor the back is in three different sections.
You've got the cervical spine, which is like the neck thoracic spine is the mid part, or you have. The lumbar spine, which is the lower portion. This patient has pain all the way through. We were able to do an MRI that actually scanned his whole back and saw he didn't have any herniations that were deep enough or profound enough to really be needing our ozone treatment, where we go into the disc and shrink it with the ozone, then put stem cells.
He just needed them intramuscular to help strengthen them on. Help reroute those nerves around any mild herniations and just help overall just back health so that he can get rid of any pain back there. The stem cells seek out inflammation. They find the root cause and they guide the cellular repair. So it's not like, Hey, you know, Cortisone shots where maybe you get three to six months of relief.

Low back pain is by far the most common source of discomfort we deal with. The irony is, a lot of times what we feel is rooted in the lower back is actually caused by muscles not in the back at all. In this video, I’m going to show you how the glute medius could be the real cause of your back pain and a quick exercise you can do to relieve your discomfort instantly. Once gone, I’m also going to show you a few additional exercises you can do to make sure your low back pain never returns.

The gluteus medius is sandwiched between the glute maximus and minimus and lies in and around the hip area. The role of the muscle is to abduct your hip or lift your leg out to the side in either standing or side lying and to keep your pelvis level whenever you take a step. Prolonged sitting during the day as well as an unequal weight distribution when standing are two of the most common reasons for this muscle to get weak and imbalanced.

You can quickly test to see if you have the makings of a weak glute medius by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and lifting one foot off the ground. First take note whether or not your opposite hip drops significantly. If it does, this would indicate a glute weakness on that side. You would repeat with the opposite foot as well. When you do this you would also want to see if you had to dramatically shift your weight to one side just to lift that foot off the ground. If you do, this would indicate that you have an unequal weight distribution when standing and it would be especially troublesome when squatting.

To fix this quickly, you will want to lay down on the ground with your affected side on top. If your right lower back was bothering you then you would want to lie on your left hip. From here, take your thumb and place it on the area most sore. You should feel that this is going to happen just to the outside of the bony prominence of your pelvis. From here, push to hold back the trigger point and start flossing your leg down and in front of you and then back and up. Your hip should be extended and then lifted into abduction towards the ceiling (being sure to point the toes down to keep the glute medius in focus). Do this about 10 times until you feel the tension in the muscle release.

Now, you can burn out the spasm in the trigger point by getting into the fully contracted position of the glute medius muscle and holding as long as you can. Generally, because this muscle is often very weak, this may not be any longer than 30 seconds to a minute. Once you cannot hold it anymore you will stand up and you should notice an immediate relief of the pain on that side.

This is a quick but not permanent fix for this problem. Since the underlying cause is weakness in the gluteus medius muscle you will want to back this up with some exercises for your low back that you can do a few times a week. I show you three options for this. The first is the hip bump against the wall. The second is called the sack swinger and can be done with a dog leash if you don’t have a formal dip belt. The last is actually doing the same movement that you did for the treatment, but this time as a strengthening exercise for your low back.

Whatever you do, just be sure you are consistent. You will also see that as you relieve the tension in this muscle that your squat performance improves as well. Your depth should be increased and any low back pain that you felt by doing the exercise should be gone since you will now be able to do them with equal force through each leg.

Hey this is Josh dream body clinic. The patient you're going to see here came to do his back and both knees. We see this pretty often; a lot of people play sports with high impact, and you get that kind of killer combo on your knees which goes to your back. Sometimes it's the knees that make you use the back incorrectly or maybe it's the back hurt and that makes you walk incorrectly. They tend to go together and you're going to see in this case, we actually treated both at the same time.
The stem cells go after inflammation and then they help guide the cellular regeneration. It's not like the sort of thing that you can overdo your body with. You used to have so many when you were a little kid and then we hit bone maturity around age 21 for men and 18 for women so we lose 90% of them cause we lose 90% of our capillaries.

Hey it's Josh with Dream body clinic here with our patient John. He just did the back treatment yesterday and just finished a big IV stem cell treatment to deal with some different issues. 4 Steps To Relieve Back Pain

Michael J. Homan is a Reiki Master and studies natural healing methods such as Acupressure, Electro-Acupuncture, Reflexology, Crystal Therapy, Chinese Magnetic Cupping, has his own e-Book called 4 Steps To A Pain-FREE Back!, and has a health-related website devoted to health issues and natural healing techniques.

I have studied and taken courses in acupressure. Studied some on chiropractic. I also have looked into psychological issues to do with pain and medical problems. And I am also a Reiki Master.

So now that you have a little about my background, and what fuels my writing… let’s get to the real content.

I am going to condense this article for convenience since it is a combination of four major studies in themselves, but you can get my e-book or read my full articles on my website.

I have found that 4 major things play an important part in your spine's health.

First, there is posture. I know this is not the first time you have heard this, but it needs to be said again and again.
Posture should be noted in sitting, standing, and sleeping. Start taking note of your posture at all times. If it is not straight, then start working on fixing it.

If you sleep in a position as I have in the past, with both hands under your pillow while you lay on your side, you can pinch a nerve in your neck if your shoulder of the arm that’s up starting to relax and leans in toward your head or neck. It would be better to lay your arm of your upper hand down on your leg while one hand is under your pillow.
And if you can, buy a few different thickness pillows throughout the night. I do not know about you, but I can not have a high, fluffy pillow when I lay on my back. But a thin pillow gives me neck ache when I lay on my side.

The second thing on our list is the flexibility of your back.

What you want to do when you notice your back goes out a lot and you experience pinched nerves, is in getting your spine back into alignment and having it flexible.

Of course, if you feel a chiropractor is your best choice, by all means, seek one. But think about your progress if you could align your own back whenever you needed to. It’s not all that hard!

If you are in pain at the present, put ice or heat on the spot until the pain seems to lessen.

Do NOT, under any circumstances exercise while any of your nerves are inflamed or swollen!

To get your back more flexible you might want to learn kundalini yoga. Not all yoga styles are like those you may have seen on television, where they twist themselves up. Kundalini yoga has very good and useful spinal exercises developed to help flexibility. Kundalini Yoga is also a spiritual tool to help before meditation as well.

It is very important to strengthen your back and the surrounding muscles. This is the third step to a healthy back.
Doing sit-ups is one such exercise, You do not have to do many sit-ups until you feel you can… step by step.
Take all of these things slow and at the pace of your body. Your body will let you know what it is feeling. Pain is a warning sign.
Just remember… taking pain pills is okay when you really need them. But also remember that they do not heal the problem, they only mask the warning sign, they simply stop the warning sign, but not the underlying problem.
Health is more than just eating right. One has to consider mental health, environmental, and many other factors. It is not all that easy for a doctor to diagnose the complete problem and cure it, especially if it has roots in psychological issues and has gone a long time unchecked, and became a physical problem.

The fourth and last step in back health is to start a daily stretching routine. You have
seen cats and dogs stretch when they get up, try it for yourself!

The key to back health is in keeping it actively flexible and strong or well supported by the stomach and back muscles. You may have to find that happy medium in between like I have, being too much strength in one area will pull out another.
Each person is uniquely different in many areas. So never think what worked for someone else is going to work for you. You may have to build on someone else’s information and work it into your own, personal program.

I recommend you learn a little about acupressure as well to maintain your pain when it flares up.
I have found that I can manage pain by using acupressure, simply by putting pressure on certain areas of the body. But that is something I suggest you seek a professional for help or look for someone who does acupuncture or takes a course in acupressure as I did.

In this video, I will talk about the difference between back pain and kidney pain.
When you are having pain in your back, you may not automatically know what is causing it.
It can be very difficult to recognize the differences between pain originating in your back and pain coming from your kidneys.
If you want to distinguish between kidney and back pain you need to concentrate on identifying exactly where the pain is located, how constant it is, and whether there are any other symptoms you are experiencing.
If you can identify the details, you should be able to distinguish between kidney and back pain.

1. Identify widespread pain across the lower back and the buttocks.

If you are having pain across these areas, it is most likely caused by an injury to the back muscles, not the kidneys.
These are common areas of back pain and it is more common for back pain to spread across this whole region than for kidney pain to spread in this way.
An injury to the back muscles can impact the function and pain levels in a variety of muscles down the backside of the body, including the gluteus muscles.

2. Feel for pain specifically between the ribs and hips.

Kidney pain is most often located on the side of the back in the area called the flank.
This is the area at the back of the body where the kidneys are located.
Pain in other areas of the back, such as the upper back, is not caused by the kidneys.

3. Identify abdominal pain.

If the pain in your lower back is accompanied by pain in your abdomen, then it is more likely that your pain is related to your kidneys.
Enlarged or infected kidneys can cause inflammation towards the front of the body in addition to the back.
If you only have abdominal pain with no back pain, that is not likely to be related to the kidneys.

4. Assess whether the pain is constant.

In many cases, kidney pain is constant.
It may decrease or increase a bit throughout the day, but it never goes away completely.
On the other hand, back pain will often go away completely and then come back later.
Most causes of kidney pain, including urinary tract infections and kidney stones, will not stop hurting on their own without treatment.
The back muscles, on the other hand, can heal themselves and the pain can go away.

5. Feel for pain on only one side of your lower back.

If you are having pain on just one side of your flank, then it is likely that it is caused by your kidney.
The kidneys are located right along the flank and a kidney stone may only cause pain in one of your kidneys.

6. Think about likely causes of back pain.

One way to distinguish between back and kidney pain is to think about whether you have done anything recently that is likely to cause back pain.
If you have done a lot of heavy lifting or have bent over for a long period of time, your pain is more likely to be back pain than kidney pain.
If you stood or sat for an unusually long time recently that could cause back pain.
Also, if you have an existing injury to your back it is likely that new pain is related to that previous injury.

7. Pay attention to problems with urination.

Because the kidneys are an integral part of the urinary tract, infections and other problems with the
kidneys often show up during urination.
Look for blood in your urine and pay attention to increases in pain when you urinate.
You may also feel an intense need to urinate when you are having kidney problems, such as kidney
stones.

This video is for the office worker, gamer, artist etc, who sits down most of the day, I think it will help.

1) Be aware of your back all day everyday, how can you improve your environment?
2) Make sure you are moving, I even set an alarm that goes off every half hour, so I stand up walk to the bathroom, or go and made a drink.
3) Make you home and work environment a better place for you health, your back is super important.
4) Once your back pain is reduced or gone (and you're off tablets), please send this video to a friend with similar problems.

How much do you weigh?
I weigh 12 stone, I would say this type of kneeling chair is sturdy, should be fine, if heavier but look into it. I would say as long as ya just sitting on it you should be fine, as i was two jean sizes bigger 3 odd years ago when i got it originally (so defo heavier).

This is Josh with dream body clinic. The patient you're going to see here is also from Washington and California part time too. And he's a good friend of my mom's, so he was referred by her since she's done her back treatment. You're going to see him do his upper neck, the cervical area. He had a herniated disc and because of that It was causing him a lot of pain down the shoulder and numbness in his hands. He likes to play a lot of tennis so he was having trouble holding the rackets. Luckily, we've got the stem cells, we injected them 100 million and four different injections at 25 million into cervical spine, and then we did an IV before that about a hundred million stem cells.

Josh with dream body clinic, in the video you're going to see a patient that came to us because he's had a lot of pain in his cervical spine area in the neck for many years. It's gotten so bad. He's taking morphine, at very low doses, to deal with the pain. You're going to see here, we did a treatment, we did four injections of 25 million into his cervical spine.
We also did an IV of a hundred million, and we're going to see his pain go away very soon. Hopefully on the MRI. He really didn't have a giant herniation, just a small one, but it looked like he had quite a bit of muscular derived pain.. With muscle, the stem cells get in there, they guide the cellular repair, help reinforce the muscle, build things back up, the ligaments, tendons, they'll help everything there to regenerate, clearing up scar tissue first, and then building it back up so you can be pain free and back in joint life. In this video we will introduce you to our new stem cell back treatment for herniated discs. We see a lot of people out there with herniated discs and there's not really much you can do about it because the way I like to look at it is think you've got two vertebrae, and in between there you've got the disc.
This leads to a lot of different problems and mainly a lot of pain and nerve damage.
With the new treatment, we work with an orthopedic surgeon here who's very, very skilled, and this is a treatment that has been done in Europe and Asia since the 1980s, they put you under general anesthesia and then they actually inject ozone into the disc. Now what that does is it's able to break down some of the tissue inside of the disc and actually shrink it. So that the herniation will go down, it won't impinge, and you're not going to have that pain. Then what we're also doing with that, which is a step further than anyone has been doing, is we go in with four injections around the most affected disc of 25 million mesenchymal stem cells. So what that's going to do is we're going to shrink the bulging disc so you're not having impingement, and then we're going to strengthen everything around with the mesenchymal stem cells.
