ATLANTA (CBS46) -- Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis announced Friday afternoon that a grand jury issued a 37-count indictment in the shooting death of 8-year-old Secoriea Turner.
A grand jury indicted Julian Conley on 31 charges including malice murder and two felony murder counts and gun charges for shooting into Turner’s family car killing the little girl after forming a barricade using guns and threats to stop drivers from passing through Pryor Road in July 2020.
Jerrion McKinney faces 16 counts for his affiliation with the Bloods street gang and charges for being a convicted felon with a firearm.
“We are alleging that Mr. Conley fired into the car when it failed to stop and respect their barricade and that led to the tragic killing of Secoriea Turner,” Willis said.
Willis said both men are members of the Bloods gang and both face several counts of violating The Georgia Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act.
“This indictment includes charges of violating the Georgia Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act by criminally associating with the Bloods gang in three different ways,” Willis said in a press conference Friday afternoon.
She says the men committed violent and gun crimes with the intention of maintaining and increasing their status as Bloods.
When CBS46 asked about motive, Willis pointed to gang loyalty revealing that Rayshard Brooks was also a member of the Bloods gang and that the men were barricading the street in response to his death.

These two comrades were sprayed at a Black Lives Matter / Antifa event with a fire extinguisher. They were reportedly circling the block repeatedly, while making obscene threats and throwing objects at a group of defenders stationed across the street. BLM and Antifa rioters had just fire-bombed and looted the center of this town just a couple weeks earlier. The defenders were there to prevent another such terroristic arson attack. They were successful in deterring another attack.
It is somewhat comforting, however, to know that some Antifa and BLM comrades totally believe in the police at times such as this. You can hear him loudly calling for the police. This video is from about June of 2020. Before they drive away, you can see a guy in the back slapping a Trump sticker on his van.
Spraying people with a fire extinguisher is not recommended, though, because you might be charged with assault and battery, depending on the circumstances. Pepper spray used in self-defense is a much safer and legal option.

A New Jersey waitress was pulled into a SUV and assaulted after she chased a group of customers that had left a local diner without paying their bill.
The five suspects allegedly walked out on a $70 bill at the Nifty Fifty's restaurant located in Washington Township, New Jersey. Noticing that the suspects were attempting to drive away the waitress ran out and confronted them.
As seen in the video, the woman was then pulled into the vehicle, assaulted multiple times and eventually forced out of the SUV as it was moving.
The victim managed to return to the restaurant and reported the incident to the police. She was later transported to a local hospital and treated for bruising and a possible concussion 🤕
Atlanta police said Julian Conley and Jerrion McKinney are suspects in a gun incident that took place minutes before Secoriea Turner was killed. Fulton County District Attorney has asked the GBI to investigate the possibility of gang activity.

Local police released the surveillance video from the shooting outside a rap concert during which two people were killed and more than 20 were wounded.
Since the airing of this broadcast the white SUV in question was found abandoned in a local canal and the suspects are still at large.
No doubt the fact that several of the attendees of this event acted quickly, drew their own weapons and fired upon the alleged murderers prevented further loss of life.

In the vid, Joe Hall, a 53-year-old Portland handyman and military veteran, is confronted by a crowd of armed BLM protesters while attempting to drive through the intersection of North Alberta and Michigan Avenue.
According to Mr. Hall, he eventually exited his work vehicle because he believed that he had hit something. While the door of Hall's truck was open someone took his keys and a less-lethal weapon.
Hall stated that in response he showed the mob that he had a revolver and an unidentified individual tackled him and took his weapon. Once Hall was on the ground, the rest of the mob began to hit and kick him.
Hall said he thought he was going to die as he suffered major injuries during the attack including; a partially collapsed lung, five broken ribs, two fractured vertebrae, a broken collar bone and head trauma.

Tulsa massacre was a large scale racially-motivated conflict between the White and Black communities of Tulsa, Oklahoma, including aerial attack using Weapons Of Mass Destruction, beginning May 31, 1921. During the 16 hours of the assault, over 1000 people were admitted to local hospitals with injuries, an estimated 10,000 were murderd or left homeless, and 35 city blocks composed of 1,256 residences were destroyed by fire caused by bombing. And many more where imprisoned with lives destroyed forever.

The destruction of Greenwood began as an attempted lynching of a Black teenager and turned into full-blown destruction perpetrated by a white mob.
“More than a thousand African American homes and businesses were looted and burned to the ground; you had a thriving community occupying more than 35 square blocks in Tulsa that was totally destroyed,” Scott Ellsworth, the author of Death in a Promised Land: The Tulsa Race Riot of 1921, told Quartz. “It looked like Hiroshima or Nagasaki afterwards.”

In the video two officers affiliated with the Saint Louis Metropolitan Police Department (SLMPD) are trapped in their patrol vehicle as protestors jump the hood, roof and trunk.
The officers were in the vicinity of 1500 Washington Avenue in response to several noise complaints related to "a wild, out of control party" taking place on the roof of a local apartment building.
After shutting down the party, the officers returned to their vehicle and a mob ran over to the location where it was parked and climbed on top of it.
No officers were injured during the incident and no arrests were made 🔥🇺🇸💀

Local police released body camera footage of a shocking incident that occurred earlier this month that resulted in four deaths (including the perpetrator) and a house engulfed in flames.
Everton Brown, 56, set fire to his own house and killed three of his neighbors on the morning of May 8, 2021.
Members of the Baltimore County Police Department arrived on scene and immediately engaged Brown in a firefight which resulted in his death 💀
27-year-old Sasha Johnson - nicknamed The Black Panther of Oxford Street - was left fighting for her life after a shooting in Peckham, South London in the early hours of this morning.
"It is with great sadness that we inform you that our own Sasha Johnson has been brutally attacked and sustained a gunshot wound to her head. She is currently in intensive care and in a critical condition. The attack happened in the early hours of this morning, following numerous death threats as a result of her activism.
Sasha has always been actively fighting for black people and the injustices that surround the black community, as well as being both a member of BLM and a member of Taking the Initiative Party's Executive Leadership Committee."
Johnson called for reparations to be made to black people in Britain via tax breaks, and also voiced support for the defunding of police departments.

The Pittsburg Police Department released this surveillance video recorded during two shooting incidents as an appeal to the community for assistance in finding the suspects.
The first shooting was reported on May 5, 2021 at the El Pueblo housing complex at 875 El Pueblo Ave. Security footage shows a car pulling up and several individuals shoot numerous rounds in the direction of two people sitting in another vehicle.
The second shooting occurred on the night of May 10th. As seen in the first incident, a car enters the area and numerous rounds are fired toward a group of people.
