It was BROMANCE at first sight that day in October 2013. Then in November 2013, Hovik and I decided to film our first workout session together. I did a whole-body workout while Hovik focused more on arms and chest. Funny story: When Hovik did try to squat, he damn near fell on his ass. Weak knees and glutes…typical for teenagers who skip leg day.
I have not tried this yet but it sounds awesome. 2 sets to failure once a week. squat pulldown week 1 and dip deadlift week 2.....then lower calories for cuts.....apparently the body needs more time to build muscle. The body also needs a hard brief stimulation.
