Fill air fry basket about an inch deep with frozen oil free hash browns. Cook on 375 for 15-17 minutes. Top with seasoning, and vegan cheese sauce (Look at my channel for how to make it) or cover with maple and seasoning.

What if breakfast could make itself....? That was the homework prompt a fellow student gave me. For my animation I came up with the idea of anthropomorphic slices of bead paying tribute to humans (in a King Kong sort of way). The song used in this short film is entitled, “Bongo Psylocybin” by Sid Peacock. (I do not own the rights to this song; I am simply using it for entertainment/ educational purposes.)

I’m always looking for ways to improve my work and a simple thumb up or down doesn’t tell me specifically what I’m doing right or wrong. So instead, I’d prefer if people leave a comment discussing the video.

It's the Sunday after Thanksgiving and it's also what I call "Use It, Freeze It, or Toss It Day", meaning this is the last day for Thanksgiving turkey leftovers to be in the refrigerator and you have to do one of or a combination of the three options stated. In this video, I show you how I go about making that last turkey sandwich prior to freezing the remaining turkey that probably won't be seen again until January or February when I use them as an ingredient in another dish. I hope you enjoy the video!

2 cups flour (white, wheat, or mixed)
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons corn starch
4 large eggs, - separated
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cups milk

Preheat the waffle iron
In medium bowl sift together flour, baking powder, corn starch, and salt.
Beat together the egg yolks and 3 Tbs sugar until sugar is completely dissolved and eggs have turned a pale yellow.
Add the vanilla extract, melted butter, and milk to the eggs and whisk to combine.
Combine the egg-milk mixture with the flour mixture and whisk just until blended.
Beat the egg whites and 1 Tbs Sugar with an electric mixer until soft peaks form, about 1 minute.
Using a rubber spatula, gently fold the egg whites into the waffle batter
