How did people get iodine before it was added to salt? People used to get salt from seafood and crustaceans, which are also a iodine source. Anticaking issues are not a substantial issue, but could be with a saturated fat or cholesterol deficiency. Cholesterol < 190 has lower life expectancy.

Dr. Daniels’ sensitivities went away after getting off vegan diet.

There are many vital nutrients that can only be found in meaningful amounts in meat 🍖 and eggs. 🥚
Plants have very little or none of a long list of nutrients. I understand the religious/ethical arguments for avoiding meat in the diet, but how ethical is it really to not feed an animal (HSS) a proper diet?

A study conducted at Princeton University found that the same amount of high fructose corn syrup consumed caused more of a weight gain in rats than regular table sugar.[3] They identify that there is a correlation between the increasing obesity rate and the increasing production of corn syrup. With the new advancement and demand for corn, the traditional farming industry is being replaced by larger corporate farms. By creating the film, the two college friends hope to increase awareness about the consequences of excessive corn production.[2]

Molly Bisher is a narcissistic, maladaptive, spiteful mutant and product of today's sick society. These human-derived creatures have been engineered and inculcated into Moloch worship, and they love it.

So in denial is she, so ego based and cynical that she will ignore the evidence of her own physical state and still insist that the products of Moloch are essential for health. She blames the weight gain on the pharmaceuticals instead of what she puts in her mouth.

The SSRIs are a panacea for Molly; not that they do anything good for her mental health or growth, in fact they do the opposite. For someone that talks in judgemental tones about others, and the lack of spiritual growth she proclaims is a hallmark of Theosophy and Hinduism; she gives herself a pass in failing at maintaining a healthy BMI, blaming it on the drugs instead of her Moloch diet.

She goes out of her way to condemn practices like Hinduism, where about a billion people are thriving on vegetarian and vegan diets. That is what a Moloch cultist would do.

After all the evidence shown, after being bested and BTFO'd in comments and videos countless times by a vegan supersoldier, she still proclaims things like "starvation diet" in reference to veganism. This seems to be her last redoubt as she seems to have abandoned her previous justification of 'essential nutrients' because she can't actually find any that can't be found in plants.

So she says "starvation diet", and still links to 'vegan parents starve baby' type of stories, ignoring things like Born Vegan's channel, the fact of healthy people who have never tasted meat in their life. Perhaps it would feel like a starvation to her for a time, as departing from her inflationary protocol will no doubt take some getting used to. Maybe she enjoys the feeling of that estrogenic animal muscle, fat and nerve tissue creating new fat cells.

But by exercising and trying new vegan foods she could quickly find that these foods are just as satisfying as her Moloch industry food. Molly needs to change from her destructive path or she is going to have health problems.

But that is the narcicism of this bitch... doesn't care about her own health, doesn't care that she will be costing the health care system probably tens of thousands of dollars in the future, doesn't care about the animals suffering for her, doesn't care about the earth. Won't even try to change, fights with fury to defend the Moloch diet, while pontificating as though she is superior and thinking that humanity can progress while doing the evil things that must be done to feed her fat stupid face!


All the people you call trolls are trying to do is help you and wake you up. And you spurn them, you ignore the arguments and present spurious ones to justify yourself! No wonder people hate your guts Molly! That's why you really could benefit from smoking some weed to facilitate deeper thinking, so you can move positively instead of reactively.

So since this is a diet hence most people’s justification for following this diet would obviously be for health reasons I’m going to debunk the claim that the average carnivore diet is healthy straight out the gate, and I’m defining the average carnivore dieter as someone who eats a restrictive diet that only includes meat, fish, and other animal foods like eggs and certain dairy products as Shawn Baker puts it.

So the first thing I want to show you is this PDF that was made by 5 different people consisting of MDs and PHDs that take into account 38 different studies and this is what is said in the abstract

“The normal low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol range is 50 to 70 mg/dl for native hunter-gatherers, healthy human neonates, free-living primates, and other wild mammals (all of whom do not develop atherosclerosis). Randomized trial data suggest atherosclerosis progression and coronary heart disease events are minimized when LDL is lowered to 70 mg/dl. No major safety concerns have surfaced in studies that lowered LDL to this range of 50 to 70 mg/dl. The current guidelines setting the target LDL at 100 to 115 mg/dl may lead to substantial undertreatment in high-risk individuals.”

Then if you scroll down a little bit you’ll read

The average total cholesterol level in American adults today is 208 mg/dl (corresponding to an LDL of approximately 130 mg/dl) (13). In this case, average is not normal because atherosclerosis is present in up to 40% to 50% of women and men by age 50 (14). Atherosclerosis is endemic in our population in part because the average person's LDL level is approximately twice the normal physiologic level (Fig. 1).

So if the average american’s total cholesterol level is not healthy, the average american of course having a lower cholesterol level than the average carnivore because they consume less cholesterol than the average carnivore imagine how unhealthy the carnivores cholesterol level is, unless a carnivore is seriously starving themselves or only eating the few animal products that don’t contain cholesterol there is virtually no way their cholesterol could be in the healthy range of 50 to 70 mg/dl where atherosclerosis progression and coronary heart disease events are drastically minimized

Let’s go to another study by the European Heart Journal and read the methods and results

Methods and results
We assessed whether the association between LDL and ASCVD (atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease) fulfils the criteria for causality by evaluating the totality of evidence from genetic studies, prospective epidemiologic cohort studies, Mendelian randomization studies, and randomized trials of LDL-lowering therapies. Conclusion
Consistent evidence from numerous and multiple different types of clinical and genetic studies unequivocally establishes that LDL causes ASCVD.


So I have more evidence to back up my claim that the typical carnivore diet is not fucking healthy mainly due to LDL cholesterol having a causal role in heart disease but I don’t even see the point in bothering at this point if you’re not convinced by what I’ve showed you so far then if you die of a heart attack that’s basically natural selection. But since there’s unfortunately a lot of propaganda going around saying that following a vegan or plant based diet is by necessity unhealthy I’m going to debunk that claim now as well.

What’s up guy’s it is Ethy and today I’m going to be criticising Tyler, the Creator for the non vegan atrocities he’s committed, now don’t get me wrong I like Tyler’s music, I even have a Igor poster above my bed and even went to a Tyler, the Creator concert but nonetheless no one is immune to criticism. I make it my goal as an activist and as a philosopher to be as unbiased as possible. No matter what kind of conflict of interests arises I will always choose justice and peace over horrible injustice and violence. So just to jump right into it in chronological order the first thing that jumps out at me is early Tyler, the Creator’s love of bacon aka murdered pig corpse. In this 2013 interview, the interviewers surprise him with bacon and of course he is thrilled. At Least he acknowledges what kind of animal’s brutalization he’s glorifying by saying “I love swine,” I would play the clip from the interview but I don’t want to get copyrighted. Nonetheless, imagine for a second that these dudes surprised Tyler with dog flesh and he said “I fucking love dog” or “wow I fucking love eating golden retrievers” or whatever breed of dog he happens to eat, if that happened Tyler and everyone involved in this interview would’ve been cancelled on social media there would be public outrage, people would be wanting to kill this guy, and the police would probably get involved aswell and charge atleast some of them with animal abuse. Chances are if you’re watching this video you love dogs and would never even think about harming them but impose animal abuse onto other very similar animals like pigs without mercy. So my question is, what’s the difference? And I swear to fuck, if anybody in the comment section says “the difference is these animals are bred for food and dogs (atleast in america) aren’t?” If you actually think that I think you’d be best fitted living in america in the 16 to 1800s because that kind of logic would justify a lot of things. That being said this isn’t the only time he’s glorified animal abuse through eating pig flesh, he’s actually quite iconic for loving this form of animal abuse. But, it does get kind of complicated when we move up to 2017 when on Tyler, the Creator’s album, Scum Fuck Flower Boy he said in a song named “Pot Holes” “I stopped eatin' bacon” but around this line he was talking about the police or this line could be symbolic of just growing out of things that he used to like when he was younger so it is unclear whether or not he meant that literally. He also made a shirt that said “Meat is murder” with a pig on it, I couldn’t find exactly when this was made but it was definitely from 2018 or older but the only source of context I could find was this redditor named bikerb00 and he said “the shirt is a reference to the pro-vegetarian song by The Smiths whom Tyler is a fan of, but I don’t believe he himself is vegetarian, though he definitely is not vegan.” Take this with a grain of salt because I’m not sure where he got this information or if this shirt being a reference to this song is even true but it would make sense given his non vegan actions after this point. For example, he did glorify the consumption of bacon in a Nuts and Bolts episode from 2019 where he made some weird looking amalgamation of plants, animal parts and animal secretions that involved bacon. And get this, it was his idea to make this. In this video he has the choice of making a food item to serve to customers in a restaurant and this is what he chooses. He had the perfect opportunity to introduce people to vegan food, but no he decides to propagate animal abuse and feed people things that came out of a holocaust. Again, replace the animal products with dog products, how do you feel about it now and what’s the difference? It’s also been brought to my attention that he’s apparently sold animal products in the form of the clothing on his golf website namely leather aka cow skin, I took a look at some of the items on his website and couldn’t find any animal products but who knows there could be some that I just didn’t see and who knows if this is even intentional, so if you’re gonna buy clothes from this website make sure it doesn’t contain any animal products although it would be preferable that you buy second hand, second hand is generally a lot easier on your wallet and a lot better on the environment as the fashion industry is very destructive whether it be vegan clothes or non vegan clothes, so second hand is always better.

Graeme Norbury talks about what he thinks is the key to human health and potential.

Here's what me and my husband typically eat in a day on the Carnivore Diet. Not every day, but it's very close. We mix things up a little (spices, meats) to keep things interesting. But if all you did was eat what we made in this video, you can't go wrong with ribeyes, strip steaks, chuck & brisket hamburgers, bacon, eggs, and a little seasoning, to taste.

🍎Times/temperatures/ingredients demonstrated:
Whole Day Ingredients: 1 ribeye, 1 strip steak, chuck/brisket ground beef, 4 eggs, 3 strips of bacon. Sizes are what you see -- I didn't measure.

For the steaks, I seared it on both sides for a little less than a minute each, heated the oven to about 375, then cooked it for about 13 mins. I probably peaked inside too just to see if it was done.
Eggs were served over easy (about 2 minutes on the first side, on med-high heat, then 1 minute on the other side).
Burger was cooked on med heat to start (6 mins), then med-high heat to darken when I flipped it. I left it there for about 6 more minutes. And because I'm not a real chef, yes, I flipped it one more time, taking the burger to medium-well after about another 6 minutes. (Dot likes burgers medium-well haha)

This "debate" was a doozy, but the crux of the issue centered on whether logic and meta-ethics are related. It took two hours to get AskYourself to finally admit he thought we "should" accept logic. In other words, logic entails truth and that one *ought* to accept what is true. Simple error in the debate was their assumption that because you can speak of things as distinct in discourse, they are in actual fact really distinct. Took two hours for him to trip up and admit they aren’t.

Why is veganism being pushed so much buy the mainstream media? Why are things like the Beyond Burger and the Impossible Burger are given a disproportionate amount of news coverage. Why is there such a push for us to follow a plant based diet? This has been the plan long in the making since before world war two. DON'T BE FOOLED!

Keto (and Carnivore) Salmon Patties:
~Serves 4~
1 can wild-caught salmon with bones and skin
2 eggs (ideally pasture-raised)
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
~1/4 cup grass-fed beef tallow
Instructions: Mix salmon, eggs, and parm. together in a bowl. Melt tallow in skillet. Form smallish patties with salmon mixture. Fry over medium heat until crispy. Enjoy with a dollop of full fat sour cream!

Approximate macros per serving:
Fat: 28 g (70% calories)-add full fat sour cream of homemade mayo to boost.
Protein: 27g (30% calories)
Carbs: 0.5g (negligible %)
