Here's the original white chicken chili recipe I'm converting for pressure canning. I'm guessing it's the most popular recipe since it's the first link on the search I did.
White Chicken Chili
chicken (i like thighs)
white beans cannellini Beans, great northern or navy beans
top with avocado, tortilla chips, and cheese.

One pound of Ground Beef or Pork
Salt and Pepper for taste
Optional: A package of Bacon cooked and chopped
5-6 Dried Chili Peppers chopped
15 oz of Crushed or Diced Tomatoes
6 oz of Tomato Paste
A pinch or more of Garlic Powder
A pinch or more of Onion Powder
A pinch or more of Chili Powder
A pinch or more of Cayenne Pepper
A pinch or more Of Paprika
Cook ground beef or pork on medium heat until brown and crumbly. Season with salt pepper throughout. Once the ground meat is brown and crumbly, discard the grease and place the meat into the slow cooker. Optional: Cook bacon until crispy and place onto a chopping board, chop the bacon into pieces and place the pieces onto the slow cooker. Chop dried chili peppers and a onion and place them onto the slow cooker. Add crushed or diced tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and paprika. Add more seasoning if needed. Mix together and cook on high for four hours or cook on low for six hours. Serve after four or six hours.

1 lb ground meat
2 cups dried beans, cooked
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, sliced
1-2 medium onions, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp avocado oil
2 tbsp chili powder
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt + more to taste
