Summary of EO 6102.
With Executive Order 6102, he, FDR, criminalized the possession of gold coin, bullion and gold certificates by any U.S. individual, partnership, association or corporation.
Roosevelt justified his radical move with the spurious claim that "hoarding" of gold was stalling economic growth. This law remained in effect until 1975, when President Gerald R. Ford re-legalized private ownership of gold coins, bars and certificates.
Roosevelt based his executive order on the 1933 Emergency Banking Relief Act, which gave the president power to curb gold hoarding in any "declared national emergency" -- an eerie historic echo of the PATRIOT Act.
In October 2010, I reported that U.S. Immigration and Customs agents and Border Protection officers at the Houston/George Bush Intercontinental airport seized almost $160,000 in gold and silver in 14 separate incidents from individual travelers, none of whom had been involved in criminal activity.
Unknown to many Americans, the U.S. government has the right to confiscate precious metals held in a safety deposit box. In fact, President Roosevelt exercised this right in April 1933.
After declaring a banking holiday, FDR announced the following, as per the authority given to him by Section 5(B) of The Act of Oct. 6th, 1917:
"Pursuant to the above authority, I hereby proclaim that such gold and silver holdings are prohibited, and that all such coin, bullion or other possessions of gold and silver be tendered within fourteen days to agents of the Government of the United States for compensation at the official price, in the legal tender of the Government. All safe deposit boxes in banks or financial institutions have been sealed, pending action in the due course of the law. All sales or purchases or movements of such gold and silver within the borders of the United States and its territories, and all foreign exchange transactions or movements of such metals across the border are hereby prohibited."

In 2005, Many of the Katrina holdouts were nothing more that law-abiding private citizens simply trying to save their life’s belongings. Both from the hurricane, but also from the dregs of society looking to loot and pillage the storm ravaged community of New Orleans.
Yet despite this the New Orleans police administrators decided to go door-to-door targeting gun owners, confiscating their weapons at a time when they were needed most. On September 8th New Orleans Police Superintendent Eddie Compass declared “No one will be able to be armed… Guns will be taken. Only law enforcement will be allowed to have guns.” Thus began the city-wide warrant-less confiscation operation carried out by the New Orleans Police Department, the U.S. Army National Guard, and Deputy U.S. Marshals.
This trampling on the Second and Fourth Amendments didn’t make many headlines, but it did get covered by ABC news.

The confiscations continued for nearly two weeks. It took a lawsuit filed by the National Rifle Association, the Second Amendment Foundation and the Gun Owners of America to finally stop the warrant-less door-to-door firearms confiscation.
Even after a restraining order was filed the City of New Orleans continually denied that it ever confiscated any firearms. It took more than five months of legal proceedings to get the city to even admit that it wrongfully taken more than 1,000 privately owned firearms. Even after it admitting they took the weapons it took the City of New Orleans more than years and several lengthy rounds of legal action to return many of the firearms to their rightful owners.

So these criminals devised a voting ballot the said "A YES IS and A YES IS A NO" marking your ballot as a yes on one portion would allow pot stores to do business in rural county areas .. while selecting YES on the other would shoot the hole thing down .. They did the same kind of trick on a measure called "Home Rule" .. The measure would remove paid political hacks to be replaced with either 5 or 7 volunteers from all areas of the county. Kind of like a new mini constitution that could be drafted in many directions. They and all of their corporate cronies and Jewish subverts dumped a bunch of shekels into this campaign and promoted this measure as EXTREME ENVIRONMENTALISM .. This had absolutely nothing to do with that but had everything to do with getting rid of these crooks.
These commissioners have been working on behalf of the federal government and the United Nations implementing UN Agenda 21-30 at the local level. this community is signed on to International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI) .. So every move that these scumbag make when it comes to going in a reverse direction with regards to public lands is for sure UN Agenda Policies.
