We talked to Carl Setzer of Great Leap Brewing of Beijing about beers in China and his thoughts of the MBCT 2018. We were also joined by George Juniper of TDM 1874 to help bring insight into the brewers world.

We borrowed Tomas Rehak of Ebina Beer and Jiri Kotynek (Kochas) of Nihonkai Club from their duties at the Japan Brewers Cup 2018 to see if they could find their own Pilsner beers in a blind taste test. Both had cups of Pilsners that they made and they had to figure out which Pilsner was theirs.
