In January of 2011, Holmseth published a book detailing the activities of the mysterious John Regan. The book featured a photograph of John Regan posing with Hillary Clinton-associate Wayanne Kruger, his son, Jeremiah Regan, and the missing child’s mother Crystal Sheffield. Holmseth also filed a formal BAR complaint against Attorney Kim L. Picazio.
In September, 2011, Attorney Kim L. Picazio fraudulently petitioned the Family Court in Broward County, Florida for an “INJUNCTION FOR PROTECTION AGAINST REPEAT VIOLENCE” against Timothy Holmseth, Minnesota.
Holmseth had never been to Florida and NEVER MET Kim Picazio. Holmseth was NEVER accused by law enforcement of committing a crime against Picazio. The court action would later be described by Constitutional Law experts as a Sharia Law scam.

On July 22, 2014 Timothy Charles Holmseth filed a federal lawsuit against the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota. The filings contained evidence that John Regan was a self-professed “undercover pedophile” for the “FBI” involved in a CIA/FBI child trafficking operation. The operation involved John Regan, Kim Picazio, and her convicted felon husband, Michael J.
