In 1951 Texas, Mexicans were counted as White, but treated as Nonwhite, so when a Mexican man killed another Mexican in a barfight and was convicted by an All-Anglo Male Jury, his lawyers sued claiming Racial Discrimination to which The Texas Supreme Court ruled that it was impossible to discriminate against Whites. In 1954 Hernandez V Texas the US Supreme Court said that the Fourteenth Amendment applies to all races and nationalities, even White nationalities. Unfortunately because of the Jews, this has never been ruled on since.

As a group, Asians in America tell an incredible story of success. Seventy-one percent of Asian American adults in the U.S. today were born in foreign countries. I’m a SAG-AFTRA actor based in LA who is writing to address an ethics, morality and discrimination issue in the entertainment industry.
I received the Covid 19 vaccination in 2021. I had what medical professionals call a severe adverse reaction to the vaccine making it dangerous for me to get the booster so I have a Medical Exemption for the booster from my UCLA doctor.
My dangerous adverse reaction felt like a near death experience. I was medically advised to NOT get additional shots/boosters due to intense health risk for me.
My reaction included: Loss off body control & movement, followed by extreme weakness, convulsions, severe abdominal cramping that felt like stabs into my stomach, uncontrollable vomiting & diarrhea, sweats, chills, clammy skin, shaking, fever, followed by a month of rotating pain through my extremities, halted then irregular menstrual cycles, etc.
THE ISSUE:
**I have been fired &/or denied countless jobs due to not having the booster, under the entertainment industry’s “Return to Work Agreement” even though I have the Covid 19 vaccination, a medical exemption for the booster, & have natural antibodies from contracting Covid.
Most recently, this week I was just fired off a new show from a major Hollywood studio. After receiving my booking offer for a co-star on the show, I gave the production my vaccination card & booster medical exemption form as requested “at time of booking.” They the fired me based on not having the booster saying they cannot “accommodate” me due to the Return to Work agreement.
This prejudice is happening to me and so many like me who either can’t get the vaccination or choose not to based on medical or religious reasons. In my case, it’s disability discrimination. (per the Americans with Disabilities Act)
This is not a science-based mandate since it’s medically proven Covid 19 vaccinations & boosters don’t prevent the spread of Covid, just lessons the symptoms if one contracts Covid.
And isn’t logical since Covid tests are required before going on set.
I wear masks when not on-set acting and I’m happy to quarantine beforehand if needbe. I also offered to do extra Covid tests.
I begged for reconsideration...but they deny all requests or don’t respond at all.
This discriminatory policy is destroying my/our livelihood... & taking the booster could destroy my health. So we need you, the policy-makers, who swear the entertainment industry is inclusive, to actually make it so by ending this intolerant discrimination against the unvaccinated & those who can’t take the boosters.

If racism is measured by the amount of race laws that a government implements, the South African government – with more than 125 racial laws – surely constitutes the most racist government in the world.
On 2 December 2022 Ernst Roets delivered a speech on behalf of AfriForum at the United Nations Forum on Minority Issues about discrimination against minorities in South Africa. In the speech, he particularly mentioned the ANC's race laws and Julius Malema's hate speech. Roets also commented on the UN's poor track record when it comes to the prevention of atrocities and said that this is largely because the UN values diplomacy with oppressive governments above the promotion of freedom on ground level. The only way for the UN to make a sustainable contribution would be to decentralise its approach.
