The Covid vaccination is an experiment. Who is actually liable for the damage?
Der PCR-Test bildet die Grundlage zum Ermitteln der Corona-Infektionszahlen. Entwickelt wurde dieser Test vom deutschen Virologen Christian Drosten an der Berliner Charité.
Doch es gibt massive Kritik an diesem Test, dessen Interpretation seiner Ergebnisse ausschlaggebend für die beschlossenen Corona-Maßnahmen sind. Diese Corona-Maßnahmen sind zwangsläufig mit Einschränkungen und somit erheblicher Schädigung von Wirtschaft und Privatleben verbunden und führten zur größten Gesellschaftskrise seit dem 2. Weltkrieg.
Dr. Reiner Fuellmich und seine Anwaltskollegen möchten dagegen juristisch vorgehen und bereiten eine Sammelklage (CLASS ACTION) in den USA vor.
Sie greifen mit Ihrer Klage unter anderem direkt den Virologen Christian Drosten und RKI-Chef Lothar Wieler an, indem sie ihnen "falsche Behauptungen" unterstellen. Die ersten Klagen sollen diese Woche eingereicht werden.
Wir sprachen mit Reiner Fuellmich über seine Vorwürfe und das weitere juristische Vorgehen seines Anwalt-Teams.
Dr. Reiner Fuellmich ist Rechtsanwalt und leitendes Mitglied vom Corona-Ausschuss. Er arbeitet als Anwalt in Deutschland und in Kalifornien und wurde einer breiten Öffentlichkeit als Prozessanwalt gegen Konzerne wie die Deutsche Bank, Volkswagen und die HypoVereinsbank bekannt.

The PCR test forms the basis for determining the corona infection figures. This test was developed by the German virologist Christian Drosten at the Berlin Charité.

They attack with your complaint among other things directly the virologist Christian Drosten and RKI boss Lothar Wieler, by imputing "wrong statements" to them. The first lawsuits are to be filed this week.
We spoke with Reiner Fuellmich about his accusations and the further legal action of his team of lawyers.
Dr. Reiner Fuellmich is a lawyer and a leading member of the Corona Committee. He works as a lawyer in Germany and California and became known to a broad public as a trial lawyer against corporations such as Deutsche Bank, Volkswagen and HypoVereinsbank.

PCR Test Lies
Die meisten Menschen wissen bereits, dass der PCR-Test kein Virus nachweisen kann, dies bestätigte der Erfinder Kary B. Mullis selbst, er bezeichnete diese Praxis sogar als „Oxymoron“ also ein Widerspruch in sich. Um einen wissenschaftlichen Beleg einzufordern, traf er sich sogar mit Prof. Luc Montagnier, derjenige der gemäß offizieller Erzählung das HI-Virus entdeckt haben soll. Doch dieser konnte keinen einzigen Beleg vorweisen. (vgl. Dr. Kary Mullis).
Die Validierung des PCR-Tests existiert nicht. Grundsätzlich muss verstanden werden, solange es keine saubere Isolierung des behaupteten Virus gibt und die Koch'schen Postulate nicht eingehalten werden, kann kein Test dieser Welt eine Aussage darüber geben, ob jemand infiziert sei!

Aufgrund des bereits nachgewiesenen Betruges mit dem PCR-Test, der nicht validiert und zugelassen ist, wurde der Lockdown durch Amtsträger illegal beschlossen.
Diesen PCR-Test anzuwenden verstößt gegen alle medizinische Standarts.Herr Drosten, Wieler, Spahn handeln somit wissentlich und vorsätzlich und tragen die volle rechtliche Verantwortung (private Haftung). Wissentlicher und vorsätzlicher Betrug - § 263 Strafgesetzbuch (StGB).

Eine Schadensersatzklage einer einzelnen Person oder eines einzelnen Unternehmens vor einem deutschen Gericht ist gerade, wenn es um „Corona“ geht, doppelt riskant. Unabhägige Gerichte gibt es in der BRD nicht. Dies zum einen wegen des in der Regel hohen Streitwertes (es wird bei einem kleinen Unternehmen vielleicht nur um € 10.000,– gehen, aber bei einem größeren leicht um € 500.000 oder mehr) und des damit verbundenen Kostenrisikos. Zum anderen aber zeigt die Erfahrung der Prozeßanwälte in Fällen mit strukturellem Ungleichgewicht (viele einzelnen Verbraucher, Anleger oder kleine und mittelständische Unternehmer gegen einen großen, sogar auch noch einen betrügenden, Konzern), dass die politische Unabhängigkeit der deutschen Justiz gerade in solchen Fällen nicht gewährleistet ist: In den VW-Dieselbetrugsfällen haben nach unserer Erfahrung sachfremde Erwägungen durch Gerichte am Sitz des beklagten Konzerns in Niedersachsen, häufig rechtsstaatliche Überlegungen und die Anwendung des geltenden Rechts ausgeschaltet.
In den Deutsche Bank-Fällen hat die vorgebliche „Systemrelevanz“ häufig zum selben Ergebnis geführt. Auch hier wieder durch Gerichte am Bankenstandort Frankfurt am Main.
Deshalb gibt es seit Langem Bestrebungen, auch in das deutsche Recht eine echte Sammelklage einzuführen, wo eine Person repräsentativ für alle in gleicher Weise Geschädigten klagt.
Obwohl sogar die EU eine solche Sammelklage in allen EU-Ländern bislang erfolglos einfordert, gibt es die echte Sammelklage derzeit nur in den USA und heißt dort class action. Und nun gibt es, wie Dr. Fuellmich in seinem Video darlegt, die Möglichkeit, dort, in den USA eine Sammelklage gegen die Hersteller und Verkäufer des defekten Produkts PCR-Tests anhängig zu machen. Denn der deutsche Drosten-Test wurde aufgrund einer Empfehlung der WHO als einer der ersten weltweit, und zwar auch in die USA verkauft und dort benutzt.
Dies ist die Gelegenheit auch für deutsche Geschädigte, ihre Ansprüche aufzubereiten und dann im Rahmen einer class action ihre Schadenersatzansprüche in den USA geltend zu machen.
Schon die Androhung einer solchen Sammelklage mit einer Vielzahl von Klägerinnen und Klägern einer entsprechend hohen Schadenssumme wird sicherlich sein, dass die betroffenen Unternehmen endlich Gehör bei den Verantwortlichen finden – money talks!
