Not so long ago I watched the Dragon Ball Super: Broly movie. I was so impressed that I decided to draw a scene from it. I ended up deciding to draw Gogeta in this specific pose because of how intense the scene looks and the colors involved.
This video is special to me because of how I produce my videos now. Before, I would take thousands of photos and create a time lapse out of them. Now, I video record everything. The way I edited the video was different as well. Soon, I will be adding more effects to help make things a bit more interesting.
After everything, I'm cool with how things turned out. I wish I would have done something more interesting with the background though. I was trying things out while I was coloring but nothing sat well with me. That's why I ended up filling in the background.
I'm looking forward to what I'll be drawing next. Thank you for checking out my video. Take care! :)
Here's a somewhat longer video about vignetting. I explain what it is, how it can be done and what some of the advantages are. I hope somebody will find it useful. The older video with portrait tips is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9sboOeI9-6k
Today I'm uploading a drawing that I did of Kirishima Eijirou from My Hero Academia earlier today. Here's a character that has started to grow on me. He's shaping up to be a fine hero and he's getting better at using his quirk. I'm really interested in seeing how it continues to develop. A lot of the characters have been using their quirks in ways that I hadn't even imaged. It shows me that this it's probably going to happen again since it's been so often. Makes things more exciting because I love action and watching characters with different abilities.
Hi everyone! I'm back again with another drawing that I recently finished. I drew Katsuki Bakugo from My Hero Academia. I really liked the way the reference image I used looked. That's why decided to draw this. I figured it would be a nice additional to the many things I've already drawn.
I'm kinda down though since season 4 won’t be airing until October of this year. Oh well... At least Mob Psycho 100 season 2 just recently released. A new season of One Punch Man is on the was also. They'll keep me busy while I wait.
Check out both of these anime if you haven't seen them before. They're all great in my book and filled with action. I'd love to hear your thoughts about the anime or my drawing if you don't mind sharing.
Join Shell Presto as she draws Meteora in a formal dress in preparation for the holidays. This is a Copic marker speedpaint, but we're also regaling you with a special, two-part Ascension Epoch Christmas story. Both parts create a standalone story, and you don't need to know the characters or the Ascension Epoch to enjoy it.
There's life outside of spandex and explosions for the Challenger Foundation, and this story focuses on a quiet Christmas Eve moment between two of its members, Meteora and the Atomic Ranger.
It's lighter on the sci fi and action than our usual books, but Ascension Epoch fans will be happy to know we've got just as much character building in this romance as we do in our novels and short stories.
Materials used: Strathmore smooth bristol board Pilot Color Eno pencils; sold in a set Prismacolor Col-Erase pencils Copic fineliners in sepia and cobalt Copic Markers: a lot! If you want a complete list, let me know in comments. RV34 was the too dark blush color. I'm trying R83 in future videos. ____
Fanart of Tanly, the first Elin brawler in the popular MMO, TERA.The artwork depicted shows Tanly receiving a pair of gloves, from Marda, a female human brawler. At that moment, Tanly found her place in the world...as a fighter.
I hope you've been having a great weekend. For me, it's been a little chaotic, but nothing that I can't manage lol. Today, I'm uploading a drawing I did of Himiko Toga from My Hero Academia. This girl gives me the creeps. Is it like that for anyone else out there? I mean, even if you've seen her once, her demeanor screams dangerous. Interesting character in this anime none the less.
Once again, I'm back with another piece that I recently finished. It's a drawing that I did from one of my favorite anime called My Hero Academia. There’re so many good things to say about this anime that I don't even know where to start. Kohei Horikoshi took it to another level with this story, filled with heroes and villains. I challenge you to give this anime a watch if you haven't already. See what you think about it. See if it's something that you enjoy watching like I do.
I drew Shinso Hitoshi from the anime. I liked the way the reference image looked, so I decided to give it a go. I'm really excited about this piece because I was able to record the whole process. I haven't made a drawing video in a white because I need to replace the shutter on my sony camera. I was using my iPhone for a while, but then the screen cracked. I just recently bought a new phone so that I can start recording again.
So, this is the second installment of "TheSkepticalAtheist Draws." The title of this one is "Rock Sun Fly Guy." I ended up using some color in this picture - something I'm not very good at doing. Definitely not one of my best drawings to date, but it was interesting playing around with shading and adding color. I'm far from a decent artist, and as I've said at the outset of this series, this is all just for fun. I don't know where these ideas for drawings come from. They just pop out of my brain while I listen to the music. I let the lines carry me wherever they want to go.
I think my favorite part of this picture is the "rock sun" that I spent a lot of time shading. It's really helpful being able to rotate the canvas like you would a piece of paper. It's very uncomfortable rotating the drawing tablet.
You'll also notice that, along with the instrumental, I tell a story in this video about Automatic Writing (psychography) - a paranormal/psychic phenomenon similar to using a Ouija board, accomplished using a pen and paper. As I said at the beginning of this story, I'd debated even posting it. I was concerned that people would interpret it as an endorsement of paranormal phenomena. That is not what the story is about at all. It's about faulty reasoning, and realizing how and why people can become convinced of paranormal phenomena through faulty reasoning, namely confirmation bias.
Initially, I was going to make a completely separate video for that story, but I finally decided that I would integrate it in with this iteration of "TSA Draws." After I had the script written, I really didn't know what I was going to do as far as video material. I didn't want to just make a typical slideshow type of video with pictures I found on the Internet dealing with what I was talking about. I though it would fit nicely in the background of this drawing video.
The most important thing I wanted to stress with this story is that it's very easy, through faulty reasoning, to convince yourself of things which may not be true, either because you really want them to be true, or through confirmation bias, etc.
Also, also, I made all of the background music in this video. Same as my last drawing video.
You end up at a desolate swamp...Then a decrepit, decomposing child appears...What do you do? That was the intent I had for creating this piece. I drew this free hand, so it wasn't completely drawn the way I envisioned it. Also, it's my first time I've drawn something horror related.
What would happen if stumbled too far? especially in a place you're unfamiliar with...Obviously, you'd encounter trouble. That mindset along with inspiration from Alice in Wonderland and Hansel & Gretel helped create this piece.
Everyone knows the myth of the nymphs, right? If a man were to see one, he would possibly go crazy with lust, due to the Nymph's beauty. Pertaining to this artwork, I wanted to convey how a nymph is seen as an object of lust and a cause of insanity due to something beyond her control. Being constantly pined by men, regardless of her sexual wiles, would make the nymph a target of rape; thus the aftermath of being "defiled" is portrayed by the countless arms who still wish to ravage her.
I must admit, before I did some research on the nymphs, I'd already drew her with fairy wings. Accurately, nymphs just look like women, mostly naked women (lol), but, since they congregate in isolated, natural, areas, the "fairy" wings would suit her.
On a different topic, I plan to color this in marker, so that's why some of the areas may seem incomplete. So, what do you think?
Originally aired last year as a test I want this to lead into the premier so here is episode one censored so it no longer needs to be restricted. Enjoy. Support the channel and become a patron https://www.patreon.com/craftyandy?ty=h
I know I'm supposed to practice drawing human faces, but I just wanted to do this for fun! I traced/drew Freddy in celebration of the release of Ultimate Custom Night (UCN)! Oh, and congratulations to everyone who beat 50/20 mode! I'm not real good with anything to do with horror, so I haven't really played the main series of games. But I have always enjoyed watching others' reactions and theories. (I tried to cut back on recording to make the video shorter, but it looks like I needed to skip around more than I thought I would.) (^p^;) My teacher would surely be disappointed in me for making the outlines so pronounced!
Just a video of me doing some art homework. I sped it up to 400%, so my fat hands look like they’re jiggling, lol. ～(‘ω’)～ This video ended up being longer than I expected, so I guess I’ll just try not to record too much next time.
Since I struggled to hear my own voice when I reviewed the recording, I made this video text only. (I guess I’ll need to use a mic next time.) (・ω・;) I’m not used to having a YouTube channel yet, but I’ll do my best! (*For Bitchute: I'll also try to upload all or at least most of my YouTube videos to Bitchute as well.)
BITCHUTEBenny's video poem dedicated to Sister Cyril, a Holy Rosary nun who in 1958 8th grade took him under her wing to teach him how to draw better that he was doing in her weekly art class. She was a cool lady and one of the best teachers he ever had.
Hi everyone! Here's another one of my drawings that I did of Izuku from My Hero Academia. I decided to go with this piece because of how simple it seemed and the fact that I've been short on time lately. I plan on doing more serious work in the near future. For now, I'm going to keep things simple for a bit to remain consistent. Life is throwing a full load my way and I'm doing my best to manage it all.
Thank you for stopping by and checking out my video. Take care!
I wanted to make a video for people who are interested in drawing portraits and give some general tips on drawing portraits. I used a variety of my drawings for demonstration, some older some newer. I am a self-taught artist, but I still hope some of you will find the video useful.
Finally got around to making this set of livestreams into a speedpaint (I really just wanna get rid of those files. They're taking up like 50GB of space on my laptop). I decided to not include the sketch and lineart bits of the livestream, as I didn't want the speedpaint to be 20+ minutes in length... I'll try my best to get speedpaints out faster in the future! (｡•́︿•̀｡)
Also for those who don't know about Yume 2kki: it's a fangame based off of the RPG maker horror game Yume Nikki. Probably one of my favourite games of all time. If you haven't played Yume 2kki yet, go do it now (if you're into exploration type of games with weird visuals).
So, I'm trying out a new series here on my channel - "TheSkepticalAtheist Draws." I'm basically just sitting down and doing random sketches. I don't have anything planned out. I just start drawing and see what I come up with. I guess I'm approaching it kind of like a sculptor would with a piece of marble. As I go along, I add things, and sometimes I take things away and the drawing just sort of morphs into its own creation.
It's really a form of meditation for me. I can just concentrate on the lines I'm drawing and let them take me where they will. This particular one turned out to be quite interesting. It appears to be a guy with a teapot for a head, and this weird sort of creature emerging from an eyeball floating out in space.
Also, as far as the music goes, I wrote that after doing the drawing. I tried to make something that was fitting to listen to as you watch this picture being created. I have an Akai MPC Renaissance and an M-Audio Keystation 88 that I used to make the song, in case anyone is interested in knowing that particular bit of info.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy this, and thanks for watching!
