DETROIT – The courtroom drama over whether lawyers who pushed election conspiracy theories should be punished continues.

According to court filings, Sidney Powell -- the former attorney for President Donald Trump -- argued she and six other attorneys should avoid sanctions for spreading misinformation about the 2020 election because they weren’t the only ones spreading false claims the 2020 U.S. General Election was stolen.
“When they filed this case, members of two of the federal government’s three branches -- including the now former President of the United States -- were insisting that there was massive voter fraud,” the court filing reads, in part. “Millions of other Americans believed those claims -- and believed that their president would not intentionally mislead them.”
ince November, at least 86 lawsuits have been filed and lost by those like Powell and attorney L. Lin Wood.
In Wood’s court filing, he argues he shouldn’t face sanctions because -- while his name was on the lawsuit and he said in court he told Powell he would help with the lawsuits -- he claims he didn’t have anything to do with the case in Michigan.
“This Court, with all due respect, lacks the authority to impose sanctions upon an attorney that does not and has not practiced before the court,” wrote Wood’s attorney. "
The attorney for the city of Detroit did not hold back.
“This lawsuit is the dangerous product of an online feedback loop, with these attorneys citing legal precedent derived not from a serious analysis of case law, but from the rantings of conspiracy theorists sharing amateur analysis and legal fantasy in their social media echo chamber,” wrote Detroit Attorney David Fink. “These nine attorneys know that it is impossible to defend their actions, so they search for excuses to avoid accountability.”

Frieden hätte es unter einem Hitler geben können, jedoch niemals Freiheit. Heute haben wir keine Freiheit mehr und wie Frieden fühlt es sich auch nicht wirklich an. Wie konnte sich die Geschichte nur erneut wiederholen, wo wir doch alle daraus hätten lernen sollen? Weil es die Regierung verbietet aus der Geschichte zu lernen und die Justiz diesen "Auftrag" der Regierung, eben nicht im "Namen des Volkes", willfährig hilft durchzusetzen.
Mit dem Beweis des Wahlbetrugs 2020 in den USA jedoch, wird eben auch die Beteiligung der BRD-Regierung offenbart werden und das wird Folgen haben, die diese Faschisten in Berlin nicht mehr regeln werden können. Der Zeitpunkt der "Befreiung der Deutschen von Nationalsozialismus" (Art. 139 GG) könnte also näher sein, als wir denken. Ich habe irgendwie den Eindruck, dass wir alle getestet werden, gerade wir Deutschen. Kann man uns vertrauen oder wären wir erneut bereit freiwillig in eine Diktatur zurückzugehen. Derzeit sieht es leider so aus und es sind nicht nur die System-Schergen, die das stetig härter durchzusetzen wollen. Die Deutschen selbst zeigen es. :/ Wo ist die Bundesangehörigkeit, die schon der Parlamentarische Rat forderte?!? Wieso ist es an der Zeit, dass neue, alte occupatio sui generis alias "vereinte Deutschland" (EU-BRD-Regime mit Basic Law 2, UN-276) aus 2+4, dinglichst zu beenden? Na um Freiheit und Frieden in Europa herzustellen und auf ewig zu sichern. Wir Deutschen dürfen nicht ein weiteres Mal zulassen, dass sich irgendein Führer selbst ermächtigt. Der heutige Führer begnügt sich nicht mehr mit 50Mill Toten, SIE will 7Mrd. Tote und quält selbst die Kinder!!! Wer will daran Mitschuld tragen und in Nürnberg 2.0 auf der sehr langen Anklagebank sitzen?!?!?
Ich hoffte wir schaffen das allein, doch die Umerziehung war zu effektiv. Nun hoffen wir auf die Ergebnisse aus den USA und die Beweise der Mittäterschaft der BRD-Regierung und Geheimdiensten über die Dominienserver in Frankfurt.
