Fasting may seem like the newest hype in the fitness and weight loss world, but it is not. Fasting has been a part of human evolution and human religion. We evolved to be able to withstand periods of low to no food intake due to changes in the seasons and food availability. Fasting has also been a common practice with various religions.

Fasting with the "Eat, Stop, Eat" method of fasting from Brad Pilon's book, is about as simple as you get. In a nutshell you abstain from all food for 24 hrs, 1-2 times a week. You also need to ensure you are doing some form of resistance exercising 2-3 times a week. The days that you eat, you eat whatever you want, as part of a reasonable healthy diet. The glorious part of it is that you can eat carbs, protein, fats, occasional sweets, etc. There are no restricted foods, no macro or calorie counting, no magic supplements. Just eating and then stopping periodically.

Brad Pilon has extensive training and experience in the nutrition and fitness industry. He has insider experience that has shown him that the only proven way to drop weight in healthy and sustainable way is to restrict calories. Intermittent Fasting is one of the most powerfully effective methods of weight loss and has experienced a burst in popularity across America.

While fasts have long been a feature of some of the world's largest religions, fasting has been recognized for its ability to improve Hormone Balance and encourage weight loss.

There is also evidence that Intermittent fasting can slow down many processes associated with aging, and can also protect the health of the heart. There are various methods of Intermittent Fasting, but 16 and 24-hour fasts are very popular.

How Does Fasting Affect Insulin Levels?

Insulin is how our bodies take energy from blood glucose and deliver it to our muscles, liver, and fat cells. The body produces a surge of insulin after meals and caloric consumption as a mechanism to control blood sugar and glucose where it needs to go.

Because Insulin facilitates the movement of glucose to fat cells, the body cannot extract lipids from these cells while Insulin activity is elevated which can encourage weight gain.

Fasting, exercise, and diet all have a suppressive effect upon Insulin Levels, facilitating weight loss.

How Does Intermittent Fasting Encourage Weight Loss?

Intermittent Fasting is highly effective at encouraging Lipolysis, or the extraction of energy from adipose fat cells. Of course, on the other hand, we also require natural nutrition to maintain good health, even when we're trying to lose weight.

To maximize weight loss and still get the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that we require, it's essential to select an Intermittent Fasting Schedule that takes that into account.

Clinical studies have shown that fasting for 16-24 hours appears to be ideal, depending on whether your goal is maintaining your current weight or to encourage weight loss. Insulin Levels drop to a point which promotes significant Lipolysis at around 16-18 hours of fasting.

If you're merely attempting to shed a few pounds or want to improve hormone balance and maintain your current weight, a 16-hour fasting schedule will likely provide the results that you're looking for.

Also, if you engage in an active exercise schedule, you'll want to go with a shorter fast. Many people opt for a 16-hour fast in which they skip breakfast and hold off until lunch for their first meal of the day. This leaves lots of time for exercise and keeps the body running smoothly.

Don't be afraid to push your 16-hour fast for a couple of extra hours if you can handle it.

On the other hand, if you're interested in losing weight more quickly, a 24-hour Intermittent Fasting Program can provide results without putting excessive strain on your health. Unlike 16-hour fasts, which can be done daily, 24-hour fasts are every other day or a few times per week.

I had plaque psoriasis which dermatologists say has no cure.

I was looking for ways to treat or cure psoriasis and I came across this verse in the Bible:

2 Chronicles 16:12

And Asa in the thirty and ninth year of his reign was diseased in his feet, until his disease was exceeding great: yet in his disease he sought not to the Lord, but to the physicians.

So I did not go to the dermatologists this time (I had gone earlier for rosacea but they did nothing to help). Instead I went to the Lord. I prayed for help for a few days and during prayer the Holy Spirit told me that I needed to fast.

I researched fasting and discovered that it can cure many ailments. So I would fast for a few days, then eat for a few days, and I repeated this cycle for about 2 months. During that time my plaque psoriasis was completely cured and has not returned. This was about 2 1/2 years ago.

Fasting also cured my rosacea, spider veins, helped me to sleep better and helped my overall health.

If you are suffering from health problems, or wish to maintain a healthy lifestyle, I recommend that you start fasting.

36 HOUR DOPAMINE FAST MY EXPERIENCE + DOPAMINE ADDICTION

Two days ago my girlfriend and I decided to embark on a 36 hour dopamine fast and the type of dopamine fast we did was one where we completely abstained from using all electronic devices, s*x and other external forms of stimulating sources of dopamine that almost everyone in today's world do daily.

My 2+ Year Experience With Intermittent Fasting

I personally embarked on my journey with intermittent fasting after hearing about it online and i felt drawn to it due to the hormonal benefits such as it increasing HGH (Human Growth Hormone) and Testosterone naturally!

And at that time i wanted to change my physique to go from super skinny weak and frail to lean ripped and muscular, so i decided to start doing intermittent fasting to get the amazing hormonal benefits alongside switching to calisthenics (bodyweight training) to gain the dream body i desired.

I had a lot of previous experience with multiple day fasting anywhere up to 6 days but i had zero previous experience with daily intermittent fasting and when i begun this journey i started with the most common intermittent fasting diet known as the 16/8 intermittent fasting diet and then over time i switched to one meal a day to 7 months.

I got so many other amazing benefits alongside my physique changing such as reduced hunger, increased energy levels and much more.

REASONS TO DELETE FARCEBOOK, FAKEBOOK, FASCIST BOOK
- They have declared war on free speech and free press. They are enemies of the First Amendment and what this country is about.
- They delete accounts of conservatives, patriots or others they don’t like. They are therefore not a true social media platform but an anti-social media platform serving certain political agendas.
- They are not trustworthy. Since they censor and delete accounts based on politics, you cannot trust their representations of how many people actually see your posts or comments.
- Their purpose is to control your thinking while they waste your precious time with the illusion / delusion of community. They are fascist thought police seeking to manipulate public opinion, which will affect who people vote for in elections of public officers.
- To delete a group, you have to individually delete all members. What kind of bullshit is that? If you create a group, you should be able to delete it just as fast. This alone is reason enough to delete Fakebook/Fascistbook. It’s like the song Hotel California, you can check in any time you like, but you can never leave. They think they own you. It took me about an hour to delete all members of Exiled Parents for Justice.
- There are many more reasons. Follow Infowars’ David Knight if you want to better understand why you should delete your Fakebook account.

It is hard to break the addiction to such an amazing platform which does allow you to communicate and share about your lives. But the devil fools with the best laid plans. We need to find better ways to communicate and share without being herded like sheep by enemies of Freedom. Fakebook does not deserve our precious time. It needs to be shunned by we who love free speech and free press. It should be ignored into oblivion along with fake corporate news.
