This is actually the second video I made but the most successful. I will up load the failed experiment next. I was attempting to duplicate an experiment that is done with iron filings to show a magnet field with a coil of wire but with a ferrocell.
This is the method I use to make a Ferrophoto magnet field imprint. These are useful in studying magnet field interactions and show the rotation points where light seems to rotate around, The rotation points are the poles, the mono conjoined pole between to similar poles and between poles which want to join. These show a 3d effect when viewed and can be placed on a ferrocell light box which shows a ferrocell like effect.
Chrome seems to work to view my videos ... IE does not work ... I have no clue why that is.
A Ferrophoto is a way to capture the effect off a magnet field. It acts some what like a ferrocell but with unique features that a ferrocell does not show. A Ferrophoto is a mixture of ferrofluid and clear setting epoxy pressed between two pieces of thin plastic. This plate is then put on top of a magnet configuration and left there to set. This video shows a ferrophoto made with 10 1/2 inch disk magnets in a ring. The Ferrocell is illuminated with a red and blueish flash lights.
See the huge torus like magnet field structure in the centre of a large speaker magnet. I'm up loading some videos which show magnet fields so you don't get too board with the ferrocell light box videos as I am moving to Bitchute from YouTube because of the commie censorship there.
