Here, on my way to the river, I'm looking for interesting insects in the brush next to a footpath. There are many pollinators at work, but no unusual insect is to be found.
So I go wade fishing for chub, using a small spoon that gets results. When wading downstream, suddenly a rare visitor appears right on my rod. It's the "Imago" of a dragonfly that probably needs some rest. Undeterred by my bright yellow camera it just sits there permitting me to take some unusual footage on that nice warm afternoon.
Have you ever been visited by dragonflies or other animals (except mosquitos) while fishing? Please leave your comment below.
Fighting the destruction of UK's fishing fleet, while EU gets cheaper fish (05July19)
The UK government is destroyingf UK's fishing fleet, while the European Union's fleet is protected, and gets most UK's fish for dirt cheap money - while in UK our fish is very expensive and treated as a luxury as there are so little of it landed in the UK.

Doobie has a first look at The Jetty Clip Fishing Rod Stabiliser showing how easy and quick it is to setup. It is a fantastic investment of you want to protect your rod, minimise those annoying tangles and spend less time catching your rod and fixing your line... more time catching fish!
X35 Earthwalker, the one true Earthwalker continues his many different adventures in the world of Terraria. This time he isn't fighting monsters, bosses or hunting rare items. He's simply... fishing. Yep, got his best fishing rod, some bait and a few potions and just started fishing. What did he catch? Did anything happen?

Ode#10: Benny likes fly fishing a nearby stream Oatka Creek. The older he gets the more he daydreams while working a caddis nymph through one of his favorite cold water pools where brown trout lay in wait for larva, insects and minnows. Enjoy and help keep Benny's masterful content coming to you. ;) - donate to https://paypal.me/BenjaminCampanelli
Half a fish pulled out - This fish was attacked by something far bigger, around 6-10lbs as it surfaced briefly while refusing to let go of this little blighter, off Boca Inlet, Florida. Slowly understanding why everyone is obsessed with livebait out here
Met up with Devon again for a wonderful morning of small water sight casting on the fly rod. Couldn't get any better than this, I love fishing like this. Slowly walking the bank, catching up with good company, and hooking up on some good Texas bass on the fly...SUBSCRIBE for more small water goodness!
If you watch my content often, you know I'm a fan of smaller fish, I get HYPED on small species just as much as a big old bass. These Texas Cichlids are not only unique to my home state but to our entire country as a whole! Super aggressive, extremely gorgeous, and homegrown down in the South. When I don't feel like driving, and want to guarantee a tug on my line, I know I can always rely on the Sunfish, and the Cichlids.
Went down to my favorite place on earth in search of a whole new beast. The Gar, this creek system can hold a lot of water and I bet there are some large creek monsters hiding away after the Harvey Flood waters, Subscribe and stay tuned as my best friend and I probe the waters for larger fish, right behind our homes.
We decided to go back to our roots for this trip, and pick apart a small section of our beloved creek system in search of some back water beasts. Trying out a different bait combination (small shiners just stacked on a octopus hook) we ended up having the type of success we have been hunting for a couple of months now. **I was unaware of the laws regarding White Bass being used as cut bait before filming this video** I am now informed and will not use white bass any more.
I have a library of videos on my YouTube account www.youtube.com/texasrigged and will slowly be transferring them over here, at least the good videos. Also starting to build the brand behind the scenes for more to come
