A High Court decision issued last Friday, the 10th of November in the New Health New Zealand vs the Director General of Health (DG) case, found that the DG acted unlawfully because he had failed to consider the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act (BORA) before he mandated 14 Councils to put fluoride into their communities’ drinking water. He was required by law to consider the BORA before he issued the directives.
This makes the inappropriate back-door mandatory fluoridation of New Zealand far less likely to succeed. Fluoride Free New Zealand says the ruling by the judge that New Health New Zealand and the Ministry of Health try to reach agreement on the outcome, or the judge will make the ruling, makes suspension of the directives highly likely.

It is used also in the manufacture of aluminum fluoride, cryolite, hydrogen fluoride and for sterilizing bottling and brewing equipment.
Hydrofluorosilicic acid is nonflammable and has the following properties: specific gravity 1.3, molecular weight 144, vapor density 4.97, boiling point 212°F (at which temperature it decomposes), and freezing point -4 to -24°F. It is totally soluble in water. Its chemical formula is HiSiFf,.

F.y.i Fluoride only "protects" the teeth when it's present in the saliva in the mouth. After drinking fluoridated water the protection last only 8 minutes. That's it. After 8 minutes, the amount of fluoride greatlly lowers in the saliva reducing so called "protection". I learned this from either the ADA or CDC website a few years back. I can't remember which one. Edward Bernays was proudly bragging, that he could sell any poison as medicine. Fluoride became one of his most beloved Pet-Projects - right after making women smoke and work for low, by selling them "Feminism". To get the highly toxic substance approved, he had to have some scientific studies, that can show health benefits. And so he payed the studies - as long as they come up with the wanted results. Presentation of Petition to the Whangarei District Council on Sept. 28th, 2023.
Speech notes: My name is Clare Swinney. I've been a ratepayer for 20 years. I have a M.Sc. (Hons) in clinical neuropsychology & I am concerned about the potential for fluoride to damage the brain.
I am here to present a petition that asks for your help to stop water fluoridation. Signatures were collected for only 50 days, as we realized that time was short. There are 1,091 signatories thus far, of which 143 are online. (See: https://www.petitions.nz/petition_to_stop_fluoridation_of_whangarei_water).
As we were collecting signatures, we spoke to people from diverse educational backgrounds, from different cultures, and from teenagers to the elderly. The reason most commonly offered for not wanting fluoride added to the water, was that people felt strongly that they have a right to choose what goes into their body.
Many made it apparent that they didn't think it was ethical for the government to feed them a known toxin. A large percentage of those signing the petition, whom we spoke to, were aware of fluoride's toxicity. Likewise, many were aware that the fluoride the Director-General of Health wants us to consume, is in fact hazardous waste from the phosphate fertilizer industry.
Some spoke about a fear that fluoride will poison the children and some that when it is added to the water supply, it goes to everyone, including the most vulnerable to fluoride's known toxic effects. These include the very young, those with diabetes, those with low thyroid function or kidney disorder and there's no control over the dose they receive.
A man employed in council water supply work, told us that fluoride should not be added, as it is corrosive and known to cause a weakening and erosion of the council's pipes. It will also corrode domestic copper pipes, water meters, washing machines, valves, solder fittings and hot water systems, thereby reducing their life spans, leaching toxins from pipes into drinking water and adding more of a financial burden on consumers and ratepayers.
There were a myriad of legitimate reasons offered as to why people don't want fluoride in the town's water supply and you can read a number of these on the online petition website, which I will send you all a link to today.
In order to stop the introduction of fluoride, the petition requests that this Council seek an interim injunction to stay the Director-General of Health’s directive to fluoridate the water, until a court case that is currently being decided upon, against the Director-General by an anti-fluoridation group called New Health New Zealand, has been decided upon.
In regard to this court case, there was a hearing between New Health New Zealand and the Director-General 10 days ago, which the judge is yet to give his decision on. This should be known within a few days. ( For the rest of the speech notes, email: [email protected]).

Slide 1: My name is Damian Wojcik; I am a General practitioner, a clinical metal toxicologist, a
specialist in nutrition and environmental medicine, & a forensic physician.
The purpose of this very brief 5 mins presentation is to give a short overview about
why I have formed a scientific opinion against community water fluoridation, (CWF). I
appreciate that there are 2 sides to every debate, and in the ring with me there are some
formidable heavyweight opponents; you cannot get heavier than Dr Peter Gluckman, MD,
who supports CWF. My view is a minority counter opinion.
Slide 2: Throughout medical school & my subsequent House Surgeon years, I had no reason to
question the Ministry of Health & the Dentistry position on water fluoridation as a
community good. In 1980 on a Friday morning for 6 months, I gave dental general
anaesthetics at Kaitaia hospital, so that the dental surgeon could extract severely curious
teeth, with black & brown stumps, where beautiful white teeth should have been. Clearly
the problem was too much sugar, but fluoridation seemed to be the answer. However, my
opinion slowly changed, and there were several reasons for this.
In the 1990s, I worked with the local dentist, Laurie Brett BDS, with several patients in
common. He told me that he had to repeat his final year at Dental School after writing a
research project questioning the benefits of fluoridation. I would like to publicly acknowledge the way he quietly shared fluoride science with me, and his courage in bringing the same to the wider public forum.
I read Christopher Bryson's book, "The Fluoride Deception," containing detailed references
in the history of water fluoridation in the US going back to the 1949 Manhattan Project, and some notable fluoride environmental disasters.
I became aware of Dr John Colquhoun's remarkable situation. He was the Dental Officer of
Health for Auckland district, and set off overseas on a world tour to gather information and
science with which to fluoridate the remaining regions in NZ where there was no community water fluoridation. However, when he returned he was totally opposed & publicly acknowledged the harm he had previously done by adding fluoride to water. He tried to redress this, & I believe remains as a remarkable example of scientific integrity in the history of New Zealand CWF. Of course, he became an embarrassment to his superiors and entered a premature retirement.

Dr. Dean Burk co-authored one of the most frequently cited papers in the history of biochemistry, "The Determination of Enzyme Dissociation Constants," published in the Journal of the American Chemical Society in 1934. -- In 1937, Dean became a co-founder of the US National Cancer Institute (NCI), and headed its Cytochemistry department for over three decades. - Fluoride is a substance used in industry as an insecticide and to kill rodents. It is more poisonous than lead and just slightly less poisonous than arsenic. Should it be used routinely on children to prevent decay? Should it be placed in the drinking water? Does it actually prevent tooth decay?
In 1993 over 39,000 records of school children 5-17 years of age from 84 areas around the United States were studied. The decay rate was virtually the same in the fluoridated and non-fluoridated areas. Dr. John Colquhoun, former Chief Dental Officer of the Department of Health for Auckland, New Zealand, studied tooth decay statistics from 60,000 12-13 year olds. He showed that water fluoridation had no significant effect on the decay rate of permanent teeth.
Dr. Dean Burk, former Chief Chemist of the National Cancer Institute, showed that there are 10,000 or more fluoridation-linked cancer deaths yearly in the United States. The National Cancer Institute, the New Jersey Department of Health, and the Safe Water Foundation all found the incidence of ostereosarcoma (bone cancer) to be substantially higher in young men exposed to fluoridated water, as compared to those who were not.
In 1993 the Subcommittee on Health Effects of Ingested Fluoride of the National Research Council, admitted that 8-51% and, sometimes, up to 80% of the children living in fluoridated areas with the amounts recommended by the promoters of fluoride have dental fluorosis. Fluorosis is the first sign of fluoride poisoning.
We are Slowly Being Poisoned & Controlled by our Government though the Chemical spraying in our skies, Fluoridated Drinking Water, Meds/antibiotics/processed foods/liquid drinks/healthcare products, (BVO-Flame Retardant in Soft-Drinks/Sports Drinks) - Vaccinations, etc. Fluoride is generated by aluminum, steel, fertilizer factories, coal burning power plants and in the production of glass and cement. Gaseous fluoride and other process waste byproducts have previously been allowed to be expelled through the factory smokestack New environmental regulation now require "scrubbers" atop of smokestacks to remove these toxic chemicals from escaping in the air.
These industries would have to pay dearly to dispose of their fluoride if they could not sell it to municipalities for adding to tap water.
"In other words," says William Hirzy, a Senior EPA scientist, "fluoride that otherwise would be an air and water pollutant is no longer a pollutant as long as it's poured into your reservoir. The solution to pollution is dilution and in this case, the dilution is your drinking water."

Hydrofluorosilicic acid is a corrosive, reactive, irritating, colorless to light yellow fuming liquid with a sour, acrid odor. It is used as a cement and ceramic hardener, a fluoridation agent for drinking water, a wood preservative, and a raw material for making paints. It is used also in the manufacture of aluminum fluoride, cryolite, hydrogen fluoride and for sterilizing bottling and brewing equipment.
Hydrofluorosilicic acid is nonflammable and has the following properties: specific gravity 1.3, molecular weight 144, vapor density 4.97, boiling point 212°F (at which temperature it decomposes), and freezing point -4 to -24°F. It is totally soluble in water. Its chemical formula is HiSiFf,.
HAZARDS
Hydrofluorosilicic acid is very corrosive. An inorganic acid, it is classified as a “strong” acid, as are all inorganic acids. (An acid’s strength is defined as the percentage of ionization the acid undergoes when dissolved in water: it has nothing to do with the concentration (the amount of acid dissolved in water) of the acid.] Inorganic acids are highly hazardous even at low concentrations; their degree of ionization is nearly 100 percent. Other inorganic acids include sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, chromic acid, nitric acid, and phosphoric acid (among numerous others).
Organic acids, on the other hand, are classified as weak acids since their degree of ionization in water is extremely low. often considerably less than

Dr. Robert C (Bob) Dickson was born in Tofield, Alberta in 1951. He has a degree in Physical Education and an MD from the University of Calgary, and certification in Paramedics from SAIT in Calgary.
Dr. Bob is past President of Change for Children, past President Tools for Peace, and past Chair of the Board of Directors of Arusha Cross Cultural Centre. He was a senior partner with Results Canada, with a mandate to end starvation, debilitating diseases and poverty globally for many years. Dr. Dickson co-led the anti-fluoridation program in Calgary from 1999 which resulted in water fluoridation being halted in 2011, and continues to actively volunteer with the issue of artificial water fluoridation. He is the founder of Safe Water Calgary, and launched their new website www.safewatercalgary.com in 2017. Dr. Dickson is also the chair of Fluoride Free Canada www.fluoridefreecanada.ca
Dr. Bob has actively partnered with Project Ixcanaan since 2003 to rebuild and support the remote village of El Remate in the Peten province of northeastern Guatemala. He has worked on climate change issues with 4 C (Calgary Citizens on Climate Change), meeting and interacting frequently with elected officials and senior administrators in the Calgary civic and provincial governments. 4 C hosted a successful federal Climate Change Forum, has authored White Papers on climate issues, and brought George Marshall from Climate Outreach in the UK to Calgary for a series of workshops to promote respectful communication.
Dr Bob is the proud father of Luke, a resident of Calgary as well. Bob also travels extensively, has an admitted golf addiction, bikes and is an avid pickleball player and dancer. He retired from his family practice in NW Calgary in 2013 but still maintains an active medical licence as of 2023 and works minor emergency shifts when back from his travels.
