When we increasingly become serious in following the Lord our prayers become serious too. We begin to pray with more intensity for Him to do whatever it takes to make us ready. We do this because we can feel a kind of a cul-de-sac in our growth. There is a powerful yearning to go up higher with Him.
These prayers plead with Him to "search us out and see if there be any wicked way in us and to lead us in the way everlasting." Then He answers us quite swiftly.
A few days ago what seemed okay brought about a darkness and a heaviness upon me. In the morning the Lord revealed some things to me that He wanted purged forever.
As we advance in the Lord in spiritual maturity there comes a time when He will no longer put up with some kind of concentrated sin in us. He will take the "live coal" from off of His altar and apply it directly to that sin to purge it and make us ready to send.
Let the cleansing fire be applied where sin has been concentrated in you. Then receive His hand up the Mountain of His Holiness.

We are in the end of days. The war brewing in Israel is further confirmation of the end of days events unfolding as we speak. Jesus is coming back for those that have Repented and are living righteously with Him. Repentance is not a work, it is something we are called to do.
The Good Works we perform were already ordained for us way back at eternity passed with God, it's up to us whether or not we want to walk the path that leads to eternal life, or the broad way that leads to destruction and hellfire. Jesus respects your freewill and will not force you to change.
For those seeking a true relationship with Jesus I suggest you call out to Him until He gives you guidance on what you should be doing with your life. The first steps though are to start getting rid of your sinful habits and latch onto Jesus and Seek Him in Prayer and in Truth.
Most believers today do the exact opposite of just continuing in sin and believing in Jesus when Jesus blatantly said to turn from wickedness and to deny our flesh daily and to Follow Him until the very end, to overcome these burdens of the death from the devil and to make our way to Jesus whom is offering Eternal Life to those that repent and turn towards Him.

This year the Lord woke me up to Repentance and what it truly means to Follow Jesus. Don't expect instant maturity with the Lord, sanctification takes time, we are saved by Faith through Jesus Christ. Repentance will grow and grow overtime as the Lord wakes you up to your sin, like how Adam and Eve became self-aware after they sinned. I've began to take the baby steps to a changed lifestyle with Christ. We are in a moral dilemma not an intellectual one.

Forgiving others. Sometimes we all struggle with that. We have been hurt, demeaned, ridiculed, put down, and/or just overtly offended by someone and it has eaten our emotional lunch. As believers in Jesus, of all people, we must continue, by God's power in us, to forgive those who offend us. Jesus in this parable in Mt 18 confronts all of us with the question....."Will you forgive this person?" If we do practice forgiveness, we will experience the continued abundant life in Christ. If we don't, there will be part of our life that will be consumed with ever present bitterness and frustration until we do.
We ask God for forgiveness, however, God is always waiting for our forgiveness of others first.
Many Christians appear to have side-stepped God's commandment.

Self forgiveness, means trying ones best to not let ones self to make the same mistakes again, but, knowing that, no-one is perfect, not even self.

Sometimes life gets tough & we make mistakes, or we feel weak & so give in to what's popular or what we believe to be wrong, just to try to fit in & be seen as worthy of praise or companionship even when we believe what we are saying or doing is wrong, as a way to people please or gain popularity, or, sometimes we allow ourselves to become victims of something because we are too scared to say "No" or "Stop" or cause we fear hurting another's feelings, so we knowingly or unknowingly allow ourselves to become victims.
As we age, we often feel we wasted our lives on unimportant people, jobs, or things, that filled our insides, with hidden, secret anxiety, depression, trauma, fears & regret.
We feared judgment, rejection & exile if we were honest & spoke our truth, so we lied, to fit in & be falsely accepted, into a group, who only liked or accepted our fake self, our mask & not our whole, true self in.
So we feel fractured into pieces, inside, causing anxiety, fear, depression, trauma responses, hate, jealousy, anger & more, not know who we really are.
Some people try to solve such issues with bad things like - drugs, alcohol, gambling, violence, revenge, theft, crime, even suicide - rather than to face the real, difficult, underlying issues, head on, with bravery, - cause it's not taught, or not "cool", or can't escape the bad people or situations keeping them down & trapped.
There are many other reasons in this world. Feel free to comment on yours & even on how you plan to slowly overcome it!

I had watched a documentary yesterday called "My Nazi Family - Silent History." After the WW2, German solders returned home and kept quiet about their actions. What was the price and consequence of this silence? The atrocities committed by the Nazis have been widely discussed at a general level since the Second World War.
Less attention has been paid to the fact that the perpetrators of the atrocities have kept quiet about their actions to their own descendants. This wall of silence has descended around the actions that have been done but that have not been handled and talked about within families.
The silence has grown these things into problems that will last for generations. Many today have become born again Believers and have been confessing the sins of their grandfathers, and generational curses are being broken. Lives are being radically healed.
The offspring of the Holocaust Jews have long dark threads of deep, buried sorrows and dreams of being in concentration camps. They need healing too. This has to do with all of us as well. As long dark threads of sins of forefathers are living in many. It is time to be healed.

In testing his brothers Joseph demonstrated wisdom. He learned that their hearts had indeed changed. In revealing his true identity to them he shows that his wisdom was combined with faith and grace. What an example he sets for us!

A young man says his father had high income and provided, but wasn't much of a father. He says he was a disciplinarian, even telling him to commit suicide! More recently he says he tried to be "buddy-buddy" which felt unnatural. JLP urges him to see he's wrong for hating his father. There's never a reason to be angry.

RESPONSE TO 'THE TRUTH ABOUT FORGIVENESS'
I disagree here. You can “forgive” in the sense of letting go of your resentments, without letting them off the hook, and without maintaining your relationship with them. Holding resentment eats away at you and you alone, because it feeds the scars of the trauma they created in you. No trauma can be healed if resentment is still there. Keep your abusers accountable, keep them away from you, but hold no resentment nor love for them: only indifference.

pastor charles lawson talking about being saved. about how there are points in everyone's lives where God puts it on them its time. a true conviction. giving up all old ways and desires and not looking back. having the feeling that you did not lose anything but gained so much. i'm not baptist, but i think this man has God in his heart and flowing out his mouth. his sermons impact me.
you know when it's your time to give your life to Jesus and let him take control. He'll put it in your heart no matter how lost you are.
i made some music for the background. possibly to heavy for a lot of people but i just followed my heart during the whole process knowing it was for God. Maybe this video is for one person in the whole world. Maybe they wont see it for a while. months, years... who knows. All i know is God put it in me to make this and post it.
i have another video i've been workin on for months.. i lost ambition around the 16 minute mark.. its a 33 minute video about the different types of angles. maybe put it in your prayers i find the patients to finish it... i really like it so far, but it takes so much time.

Warning to the Rich
5 Look here, you rich people: Weep and groan with anguish because of all the terrible troubles ahead of you. 2 Your wealth is rotting away, and your fine clothes are moth-eaten rags. 3 Your gold and silver are corroded. The very wealth you were counting on will eat away your flesh like fire. This corroded treasure you have hoarded will testify against you on the day of judgment. 4 For listen! Hear the cries of the field workers whom you have cheated of their pay. The cries of those who harvest your fields have reached the ears of the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.
5 You have spent your years on earth in luxury, satisfying your every desire. You have fattened yourselves for the day of slaughter. 6 You have condemned and killed innocent people,[a] who do not resist you.[b]
Patience and Endurance
7 Dear brothers and sisters,[c] be patient as you wait for the Lord’s return. Consider the farmers who patiently wait for the rains in the fall and in the spring. They eagerly look for the valuable harvest to ripen. 8 You, too, must be patient. Take courage, for the coming of the Lord is near.
9 Don’t grumble about each other, brothers and sisters, or you will be judged. For look—the Judge is standing at the door!
10 For examples of patience in suffering, dear brothers and sisters, look at the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. 11 We give great honor to those who endure under suffering. For instance, you know about Job, a man of great endurance. You can see how the Lord was kind to him at the end, for the Lord is full of tenderness and mercy.
12 But most of all, my brothers and sisters, never take an oath, by heaven or earth or anything else. Just say a simple yes or no, so that you will not sin and be condemned.
The Power of Prayer
13 Are any of you suffering hardships? You should pray. Are any of you happy? You should sing praises. 14 Are any of you sick? You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make you well. And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven.
16 Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results. 17 Elijah was as human as we are, and yet when he prayed earnestly that no rain would fall, none fell for three and a half years! 18 Then, when he prayed again, the sky sent down rain and the earth began to yield its crops.

19 My dear brothers and sisters, if someone among you wanders away from the truth and is brought back, 20 you can be sure that whoever brings the sinner back from wandering will save that person from death and bring about the forgiveness of many sins.
