In those days, he was associated with the likes of Peter Brandt – son of Willy Brandt the German Chancellor, Beate Klarsfield, Fritz Teufel, Rainer Langham, Rudi Dutschke, Andreas Baader and Gudrun Ensslin, and was generally regarded as being a leading left-wing theoretician and the moving force in the Baader Meinhof Group/Red Army Faction, to the extent that he was credited as 'the only one who had any real genius’. In and out of prison for organising terrorist activities the Legal Authorities moved to revoke his licence to practise law. At this the liberal intelligentsia led by Gerhard Schroeder (later to become German Chancellor) organised all their forces to overturn the decision, which they successfully did. Move on a few decades and Horst Mahler, still a lawyer, has had his right to practice law removed, but not because of organising terrorist activities, but for speaking the truth about what is happening to the world and who is responsible for it. And why should a man be imprisoned for this? Simply because he is now no longer part of the cosy relationship between the far-left and the mainstream political parties that dominate not just Germany, but the whole white world. Communism and Capitalism have always ganged up on Common Sense. No, Horst Mahler is now a sayer of politically incorrect things, he is ‘an extreme right-winger’. And when a puzzled journalist asked him why he had shifted so far along the political spectrum was given the immortal reply "But, I have always been against the USA and Israel’’.
