The lawyer leading a potential class-action lawsuit against the Freedom Convoy wants to expand the list of defendants to include all truckers who occupied Ottawa earlier this year, as well as anyone who donated to the fund the protest.

If successful, the legal manoeuvre could make the owners of approximately 400 trucks and tens of thousands of donors financially liable for a share of $300 million in damages the lawsuit claims.

Lawyer Paul Champ first filed the litigation in February, naming public servant Zexi Li, who lives in downtown Ottawa, as a representative of a class of residents who claim they suffered from the noise and disruption caused by hundreds of trucks parked on city streets for three weeks.

Money from the Chinese Communist Party was funnelled into the campaigns of at least 11 federal candidates…9 Liberals and 2 Conservatives. Also a few events coming up on the CHP calendar.

The Catholic Church, despite its own periods of corruption, was essentially the cradle of western civilization.

It was the centre of learning and its many churches and monasteries kept time for local communities and their activities, imposed an orderly routine that became part of the custom and culture of Christian lands. The Church exercised moral authority over the masses, which in turn balanced the limits of power exercised by rulers of the day and gave form to western legal systems. There are now 1.36 billon Catholics in the world which is 17.7% of the global population. While church attendance has drastically declined, the Vatican still exercises a great deal of influence on the world stage.

Unfortunately, the WEF has also extended its tentacles around the Vatican which has been wracked by corruption in recent decades and is now an abominable place today, thanks in no small part to the Bergoglio WEF apparatus within the Church. However. in spite of this there are still faithful servants of God who hold on and still call out the evil that has fallen over the Church.

Archbishop Carlo Vigano is the most articulate and outspoken faithful of the senior clergy.

Turns out that Justin Trudeau got an angry phone call from President Biden himself on Friday February 11, 2022, and that this was not the only phone call made by U.S. government officials to their colleagues in Canada. On the following Monday, less than one working day after the threatening call from Joe Biden, Trudeau and the Canadian government perpetrated the now infamous implementation of the Emergencies Act, an act only meant to be used in a case of a genuine national emergency, a move which then enabled them to destroy the completely peaceful civil disobedience demonstrations in Ottawa and other places using violence, and the seizure of bank accounts and other sources of funding. According to POLITICO, Brian Deese, the White House National Economic Council Director, called Canadian Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland on February 10. After the call, Freeland wrote an email to her staff, saying, “They are very, very, very worried.”

“If this is not sorted out in the next 12 hours, all of their northeastern car plants will shut down.”

In her testimony during the public inquiry, as clipped by Rebel, Freeland said that she was worried Canada was “in the process of doing long-term and possibly irreparable harm to our trading relationship with the United States” and worried about politicians in DC “who would love any excuse to impose more protectionist measures on us.”

On February 11 President Joe Biden and Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau talked on the phone. The Canadian leader reassured Biden that there was a plan to end the protests.

The Emergencies Act was invoked just three days after the call between the two leaders. However, border blockades between Detroit And Windsor and in Manitoba were cleared before the Emergencies Act was invoked, and the act was used despite the fact there was already a deal to end the protests amicably.
