A Louisiana resort town tried targeting a man over his f*ck Biden flags he has flying on his truck by using a city ordinance regarding obscenity. Seven times he was cited and seven times he beat them which led to their crafting a new ordinance specifically targeting him. In response, he proceeded to sue them and now as part of a settlement, the town has to repeal both ordinances and will no longer try to stop him from flying his Biden flags on his truck from this point forward. They also had to publicly admit that those flags are protected speech under the First Amendment too. And to top things off, the end result of this situation really got the Joe Biden protecting Legacy Media really salty.

Josh Sigurdson reports on the suspension of the second amendment in New Mexico following Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham's decision to use a "public health emergency" to shut down people's ability to conceal carry in several counties around Albuquerque for 30 days. In the governor's own words, her duty to uphold the constitution is not "absolute." The public health emergency was declared after an 11 year old was murdered recently. While the government restricts people's ability to hold guns and Sheriff John Allen fights back against what he deems unconstitutional, free speech is also being restricted across the board. Owen Shroyer of Infowars is facing 120 days in prison simply for vocalizing that he doesn't believe the results of the 2020 election. They're attempting to tie him to January 6th. In reality we know that Shroyer has done absolutely nothing wrong, but they're making a point out of him and they will come for the rest of us eventually as well. We must resist now or watch our rights disintegrate.

Peter Mcilvenna currently works for Lord Pearson of Rannoch (One of Margaret Thatcher’s last Lords appointees and former UKIP leader) in the House of Lords.
He has also worked as a Senior Researcher in City Hall for the UKIP assembly members and as UKIP’s National Campaign Manager during the 2019 Local and European Elections.
Prior to this Peter travelled across the UK for two years speaking at churches under the banner "Can we talk about Islam".
He also worked at Christian Concern (a Christian lobby organisation) and before that was on staff at Kensington Temple (one of the largest churches in the UK) for nearly ten years.
Peter is married with two children, has a strong Christian faith and has attended Kensington Temple, a large Black majority Pentecostal church in West London, since 2002 when he first came to London.
He is a self confessed 'Plane Geek', a keen flyer, holding a pilot's licence for the past fifteen years and takes to the skies whenever he can.
Peter co-founded Hearts of Oak with Alan Craig as they were becoming increasingly alarmed at the world wide woke agenda and they set out to create a populist Free Speech Alliance aimed at countering the cultural Marxism that pervades all areas of our lives.

Politely call Lt. Nichols and ask him why is he harassing citizens at their workplace for engaging in a First Amendment-protected activity. Be civil and non-threatening as these political reprobates are known to lie. Have a witness with you while calling. Record the conversation if need be but check the recording laws for Georgia before you do. May I suggest that Lt. Nichols research US Code title 18 sections 241&242 before he commits a Federal felony. We will not be intimidated by you! You swore an oath to uphold the Constitution. Perhaps you should obey the law before you enforce it on others.

On Tuesday, July 25th, I waited outside a couple’s home for law enforcement to arrive. Why are you harassing law-abiding citizens engaging in a First Amendment activity?
