Rikke Louise Andersen's illegal civil detaining in Næstved shopping mall at a Starbucks untill the police arives, because she refused to wear a mask, which if legal in Denmark if u feel any breathing problems or other discomfort while wearing them, among other things, see BEK 1372 paragraf 3 and paragraf 4 stk 5. You dont have to prove it or state why. The police arives and then takes her phone and deletes her video when she refuse to stop recording for her own safety and legal rights, which is legal to do in any public space and at any policeman in service at the time!

Osse betjente i arbejde.

Dear Colleagues

Guidance for Photographers
I am writing to you in my capacity as Chair of the ACPO Communications Advisory Group which sits in the Presidential Business Area.

There have been a number of recent instances highlighted in the press where officers have detained photographers and deleted images from their cameras. I seek yoursupport in reminding your officers and staff that they should not prevent anyone from taking photographs in public. This applies equally to members of the media and publicseeking to record images, who do not need a permit to photograph or film in public places. ACPO guidance is as follows:
· There are no powers prohibiting the taking of photographs, film or digital images in a public place. Therefore members of the public and press should not be prevented from doing so.
· We need to cooperate with the media and amateur photographers. They play a vital role as their images help us identify criminals.
· We must acknowledge that citizen journalism is a feature of modern life and police officers are now photographed and filmed more than ever.
· Unnecessarily restricting photography, whether for the casual tourist or professional is unacceptable and it undermines public confidence in the police
service.
· Once an image has been recorded, the police have no power to delete or confiscate it without a court order.
If you require further guidance please refer to the ACPO website or contact my Staff Officer Robin Edwards at [email protected].

Yours sincerely

attack (v.)
c. 1600, "assault, assail, begin hostilities against," from French attaquer (16c.), from Florentine Italian attaccare (battaglia) "join (battle)," thus the word is a doublet of attach, which was used 15c.-17c. also in the sense now reserved to attack. Meaning "endeavor to bring into discredit by writing, proposals, etc." is from 1640s. General sense of "begin action" is from 1670s, originally of diseases. Related: Attacked; attacking.

assault (n.)
late 14c., earlier asaut (c. 1200), "physical attack (on a person), sudden violent onslaught (on a place)," from Old French asaut, assaut "an attack, an assault, attacking forces" (12c.), from Vulgar Latin *adsaltus "attack, assault," from ad "to" (see ad-) + Latin saltus "a leap," from salire "to leap, spring" (see salient (adj.)). The -l- was restored, as in fault (n.), vault (n.1). In law by 1580s; historically, assault includes menacing words or actions coupled with present means to effect them; battery is an actual blow.
