When I was broadcasting I covered these things, and watched in disgust as the evil New World Order controlled mainstream media put fake graphics on the screen lying to the world stating that Gaddafi had fled his own country. At the exact same time I was showing video on my broadcasts of him standing in front of his headquarters in front of throngs of people who loved him, with both fists in the air shouting "IAM HERE"! "I AM HERE"! Of course I got that video around as best I could but things were limited in that day compared to now and not long after that they murdered him, perhaps the greatest hope for the continent of Africa. I won't go into all the details of what he was doing or how he treated his people but it was Far and Away nothing like what the people here were told. Gaddafi’s Libya was Africa’s Most Prosperous Democracy
Contrary to popular belief, Libya, which western media described as “Gaddafi’s military dictatorship”, was in actual fact one of the world’s most democratic States.
In 1977 the people of Libya proclaimed the Jamahiriya or “government of the popular masses by themselves and for themselves.” The Jamahiriya was a higher form of direct democracy with ‘the People as President.’ Traditional institutions of government were disbanded and abolished, and power belonged to the people directly through various committees and congresses.
In 2009, Mr. Gaddafi invited the New York Times to Libya to spend two weeks observing the nation’s direct democracy. Even the New York Times, which was always highly critical of Colonel Gaddafi, conceded that in Libya, the intention was that “everyone is involved in every decision…Tens of thousands of people take part in local committee meetings to discuss issues and vote on everything from foreign treaties to building schools.” The purpose of these committee meetings was to build a broad based national consensus.
One step up from the Local Committees were the People’s Congresses. Representatives from all 800 local committees around the country would meet several times a year at People’s Congresses in Mr. Gaddafi’s hometown of Sirte to pass laws based on what the people said in their local meetings. These congresses had legislative power to write new laws and formulate economic and public policy, as well as ratify treaties and agreements.
All Libyans were allowed to take part in local committees meetings, and at times Colonel Gaddafi was criticized. Muslim leader we’ve had since Salah-al-Deen, when he claimed the Suez
Canal for his people, as I claimed Libya, for my people, it was his footsteps
I tried to follow - to keep my people free from colonial domination – from
thieves who would steal from us.
Now, I am under attack by the biggest force in military history, my little
African son, Obama wants to kill me, to take away the freedom of our
country, to take away our free housing, our free medicine, our free
education, our free food, and replace it with American style thievery,
called "capitalism".
But all of us in the Third World know what that means, it means corporations
run the countries, run the world, and the people suffer. So, there is no
alternative for me, I must make my stand, and if Allah wishes, I shall die by
following His path, the path that has made our country rich with farmland,
with food and health, and even allowed us to help our African and Arab
brothers and sisters.
I do not wish to die, but if it comes to that, to save this land, my people, all
the thousands who are all my children, then so be it. Let this testament be
my voice to the world, that I stood up to crusader attacks of NATO, stood up
to cruelty, stoop up to betrayal, stood up to the West and its colonialist
ambitions, and that I stood with my African brothers, my true Arab and
Muslim brothers, as a beacon of light.
When others were building castles, I lived in a modest house, and in a tent.
I never forgot my youth in Sirte, I did not spend our national treasury foolishly ,
and like Salah-al-Deen, our great Muslim leader, who rescued Jerusalem
for Islam, I took little for myself…
In the West, some have called me "mad", "crazy", but they know the truth,
yet continue to lie. They know that our land is independent and free, not in
the colonial grip, that my vision, my path is, and has been clear and for my
people and that I will fight to my last breath to keep us free, may Allah

Es ist ein Polit-Thriller um Nicolas Sarkozy: Der Altpräsident steht wegen Korruption im Fadenkreuz der Justiz. Er soll Millionen Spendengelder vom ehemaligen libyschen Staatschef Muammar al-Gaddafi angenommen haben - doch der Fall ist noch brisanter. - Nicolas Sarkozy war am Mittwoch in der Affäre um illegale libysche Wahlkampfspenden formal der Korruption beschuldigt worden. Zu den weiteren Vorwürfen zählen illegale Wahlkampffinanzierung und Unterschlagung öffentlicher libyscher Gelder. In seiner Erklärung kritisierte Sarkozy, die Vorwürfe gegen ihn beruhten lediglich auf „Aussagen des libyschen Ex-Staatschef Muammar al-Gaddafi, dessen zweitältesten Sohn Saif al-Islam al-Gaddafi, Neffen, Cousin, Sprecher und Ex-Ministerpräsidenten“. „Greifbare Beweise“ gebe es aber nicht.
Saif al-Islam al-Gaddafi könnte bei den Korruptionsermittlungen gegen Sarkozy aber dennoch eine wichtige Rolle spielen. Nach der Verhaftung von Sarkozy meldete sich der Sohn des ehemaligen libyschen Staatschefs bei Euronews. Bereits 2011 hatte er in einem Exklusiv-Interview mit dem Medium die Rückzahlung einer Millionensumme für die Finanzierung von Sarkozys Wahlkampf gefordert. Jetzt behauptet Saif al-Islam al-Gaddafi, „tragfähige Beweise“ gegen Sarkozy zu haben. Er sei sogar selbst Zeuge der Lieferung der ersten Teilzahlung an Claude Gueant in Tripolis gewesen. Claude Gueant war der damalige französische Innenminister und ein enger Vertrauter von Sarkozy.
Saif al-Islam al-Gaddafi gab Sarkozy auch die Schuld am Chaos in Libyen. Der ehemalige französische Staatschef sei für die Ausbreitung von Terrorismus und die illegale Einwanderung in Libyen verantwortlich.
Ein äußerst brisanter Bericht zu dem Fall wurde 2012 veröffentlicht: Damals berichtete die italienische Zeitung „Corriere della Sera“, dass ein französischer Agent im Auftrag des ehemaligen französischen Präsidenten Sarkozy den libyschen Staatschef Gaddafi getötet habe. Der damalige libysche Interims-Premiers Mahmoud Jibril machte ähnliche Aussagen gegenüber
dem ägyptischen Staatsfernsehen, berichtete die Schweizer Zeitung „20 Minuten“.
Den Berichten zufolge hatte sich der französische Agent während des Aufstandes gegen Gaddafi in 2011 unter die Aufständischen gemischt. Gaddafi wurde auf seiner Flucht von der Nato beschossen, später von den Aufständischen aufgegriffen und gefoltert. Schließlich habe der französische Agent den libyschen Staatschef aus dem Hinterhalt eine Kugel in den Kopf gejagt.
Ein namentlich nicht genannter Diplomat aus der libyschen Hauptstadt Tripolis sagte damals zur italienischen „Corriere“: "Sarkozy hatte jeden Grund, Gaddafi so schnell wie möglich zum Schweigen zu bringen.“
